It was my second time at Grand Palm Oasis with my family. We decided to return to this resort since our experience last year was great. The food is great; wonderful staff; everything works well.

I spent 5 days at this facility in February 2019. I selected it because it was in Cancun, beach side, and had multiple restaurants to choose. from. The hotel was very accommodating of our need for 2 beds in the room and minimal walking

Great experience. Excellent customer service. Staff is professional and nice, from front desk receptionists to restaurant(s) staff,housekeepers and the whole maintenance team. Plenty of good food,great coffee and excellent cocktails.

Great staff, good clean rooms, on a busy street, convenient to many great restaurants and shopping. Breakfast buffet is decent, with very attentive staff. Walking distance to everything. The enclosed balcony keeps the room quiet and cooler.

We enjoyed our 15 day stay at this centrally located, comfortable hotel. When we arrived late in the afternoon, a concierge welcomed us with snacks and refreshments. We were fortunate to get one of the few rooms with a balcony and windows that open

I decided to stay off the beach at an all adult resort and enjoy the restaurants the old Cancun offered. Antonio at the front desk,was very helpful throughout the week with any questions I had and recommended some great restaurants

When My daughter and I arrived on feb 6 2019, we were efficiently taken care of by the hotel staff, with seamless check in.The rooms are a good size and clean. The pool area was very nice and was fairly quiet when we were there.

Great hotel and friendly staff. I stay and work with banquets for bussiness. I recomend the staff of the events: Ariana Morales and Raúl Ruíz. The Coffe Break on events are great. The rooms are so nice.
