Uziel on thr 10th floor Sens side was amazing. We stayed for a week and He was always friendly, attentive, and made great drinks. The downstairs concierge was super helpful when we couldn't get a hold of our taxi reservation. He called them repeatedly and handled the whole conversation for us.

We had dinner at the Cocoa Grill and Seafood restaurant. It was rated 5 stars in my map app. They get full points for atmosphere, service and food presentation. The wine was also very good. Nice resort, plenty of food options. Staff were Amazing!!!! My 8 year old loved it and didn't want to leave. We were really pleased by the service and amenities. especially the service provided by Elizabeth at the Makitaco restaurant and Damian at the pool bar. they were very friendly and went the extra mile to accommodate our request.
