Buen hotel que cumple las espectativas

Estuvimos 5 días en este hotel céntrico . La idea era aprovechar esos días para conocer varios lugares dela ciudad y x eso elegimos este hotel solo con desayuno. La habitación impecable El área de piscinas y bar lo mejor del hotel La decoración es maravillosa tanto en el lobby como en las piscinas y bar El desayuno muyyy completo El WiFi funcionaba impecable. Muy cerca de todo En conclusión si quieren un hotel muy bueno a buen precio para poder conocer más de Cancún antes de irte a un all inclusive este hotel es el ideal.

Excellent Oasis in downtown Cancún!

We have just stayed at the hotel for a week. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Our time in Cancun was a mixture of sightseeing with a couple of days relaxing by the pool. Rooms were absolutely fine and had everything you need for a short stay. Pool and terrace was lovely. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful from the waiters eg Emmanuel and Jose, to the reception staff and the security staff at the door to help with taxis etc. The location is great for local restaurants and easy walking distance to Parque de la Palapas for authentic food trucks! If you want to stay away from the Hotel Zone and stay downtown, I would highly recommend this hotel!

It is like visiting family.

Like visiting family. Except better. Everyone was exceptional. Security, reception, housekeeping, all amazing. Room was great, food was excellent and staff wonderful. Shout outs to el capitan, Ivan, and, Juan, Jose, Angel, Emmanuel, Mesero, Erick and Belen. These folks are why we have visited this hotel 6 times in the last 5 years. Great location and value. Comfortable hotel. Wonderful, caring staff.

I made my fourth trip to Smart Cancun for three weeks in February/March, 2023. Oasis has two hotels on the same site in downtown Cancun (about 8km from the nearest part of the hotel strip.) "Oh Cancun" and "Smart Cancun" share a very nice terrace area with a well-maintained pool, small gym, a good restaurant and a poolside bar. They also share some staff. The rooms are not opulent but they are clean and well-equipped, with a room safe, television, fridge and a comfortable bed and bathroom. The location is close, and within walking distance, to the downtown eateries, a sizeable supermarket, a traditional Mercado, the town square and a large shopping mall. I go there for a quiet and restful winter break from the Calgary, Alberta winters. Other hotel guests come from Europe,

Bueno contando la experiencia en este maravilloso hotel me sentí muy complacida por los servicios en mi estadía sobre todo recalcando el servicio de la comida excelente quedé maravillada por tantas cosas exquisitas. En el área de la comida del restaurante obtuve una excelente atención de los señores Erick y José. Y les damos las gracias por tratar de darnos esa excelente atención tanto así que nos cambiaron el menú con tal de complacer nos. En cuanto a las habitaciones creo que está muy bien equipada pero sugiero las sábanas gruesas por el frío que hace dentro. Bueno para concluir me pareció que el servicio en este hotel fue algo excelente Además de que todo el personal es muy amable y atentos con todas mis compañeras y conmigo Les recomiendo 100% visitar este hotel aquí en Cancún México.

El Desayuno empresarial APQ, se llevó a cabo con éxito. Gracias Ariana, Wilberth, Raúl, Adriano, meseros. Los alimentos estuvieron muy bien, felicitaciones al chef y colaboradores del área. Hicimos uso de la pantalla, estaba instalada y me ocupé antes de poder comentarte que quizá no tuvieron tiempo de retirarla del evento anterior. Respecto al color de los manteles, de momento le gustó a mi superior el blanco, pero al final me dijo que prefería los de color negro, así lo solicitaremos para nuestro próximo evento. El personal servicial, presto, en general, todo muy bien, muchas gracias. Tenemos 8 meses de contratar con ustedes y ya reservamos para el próximo, gracias por el esmero en su servicio. Nota: lamentamos algunos inconvenientes que tuvieron los asistentes al evento por el estacionamiento, situación ajena al hotel, ya que las obras viales no permitieron el acceso a su estacionamiento el cual siempre ha estado disponible para nuestro evento.

It was a nice experience.

If I was to talk about the hotel itself I'd most likely give it a lower rate, but if I was talking about the resturant inside the hotel it's self it was a nice experience where I felt at home. The food was a bit typical Mexican-American which was good and I definitely felt the cooks tried their best into making it a wonderful taste, I'm not sure who he was but I dont want to undertake his position into saying he was just a waitress he seemed a bit more.. maybe a head waitress? but his name was Marco and his service was wonderful I felt very at home.. me and my husband Definitely had a few laughs and he was very helpful to the max! I feel he belongs in a more top hotel than where he is because his service itself made it worth to come and eat again the following days we stayed at

Amazing stay

We had the best time in Cancun and lovely stay in this hotel. Everyone was super nice, helpful and welcomed. We want to mention especially Emmanuel and other staff: Angel, Kenia, Belan, Jose and Erick who made our stay even more pleasant. Hotel is in a very good location downtown, easy to take a bus to the beach or as pick up location for guide tours. I was very impressed with facilities like sport bar and outdoor hot baths. Breakfast was very good. Pool area was very comfortable where you could relax. We would highly recommended Smart by Oasis Hotel.

Friendly and great service

We stayed at the Smart Cancun by Oasis last year and we're really happy with the location as we are not beach people. We would come down for coffee at their coffee shop just off the lobby every morning and we're usually served by Gabby. She was friendly and the service was great. We returned to this hotel this January, a year later and Gabby not only remembered us from last time but amazing she remembered how we liked our coffee. The staff here all deserve *****

Love this place

It was my birthday, I and hubby came for long vacation here at oh cancun, it was a nice trip we really enjoyed ourselves. The service was excellent. The employees are the best, they make our stay easy from the breakfast staff especially ularco, don't kw if am pronouncing his name right. The employees at the bar, pool side, restaurant thanks for making our vacation at oh Cancún enjoyable. The reason I gave 4 star is that the whole hotel did not have microwave I couldn't warm my left over food.

Great place to stay

Wonderful place to stay, very clean, great food, wonderful pool, and fantastic location. Easy to get anywhere in cancun. The food here is really good, the staff are fantastic, we had some issues with Sunwing as they didn’t send reps to the hotel for us to book excursions and Raquel was amazing at helping us out. Another great stay!

This is our second stay here (first was 2019). Both times a great deal with Sunwing. I have only good things to say about the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. We are currently in 608 and have a great housekeeper... impeccable cleaning, always replenishes all the room amenities. She is a sweetheart! Always a smile and a Buenas Dias. Her name is Eva Lucas Ramirez. (just checked the housekeeping business card). The room is quiet and the air conditioning works great. Always hot water when you need it. The staff keep the hotel very clean and I notice they've been painting lately. I absolutely love the location of the hotel...it is central and close to everything. Great experience and worth the price

Really enjoyed my 2nd visit to Smart Oasis and will likely go back again. 2nd visit was a lot better as I was a few floors higher and not facing the traffic so got a better sleep. First time was facing the traffic and right below the coaches that pull up at 5am and lots of shouting cause of this, so be sure to take ear plugs. Breakfast was decent with wide selection of light and big breakfasts. Gym was decent and can get a good workout done, with free weights and benches. Pool area is so chilled and could stay there a while. Shops across the road and buses nearby that take you to beach. Thank you to all the staff there and had a great time.

I recently stayed at this hotel for the fourth time from January 10th 2020 through January 18th 2020. Basic, clean hotel with a great pool

For a downtown Cancun, this was a great option. We had a room with a balcony, the light was great. Smart Cancun is joined with Oh! by Oasis, sharing a great swimming pool that hosts live performances, and has affordable cocktails at the pool bar. The coffee shop on the side of the lobby is great and inexpensive, even more important - it is open 24 hours. Cons: The immediate area around the hotel is not great, but there is Las Americas mall 5-10 minutes walk and it’s great. The bus stop to go to the hotel zone is nearby, if you are in the mood for a lazy day on the beach. The window air con was super loud so we unplugged it as soon as we moved in, luckily it was not too hot. There was a bad smell from the pipes, the toilet flushes violently. Great place to stay when traveling through Cancun

My family and I were headed to Mahahual and needed a place to stay in Cancun after our flight arrived and we could get the bus south the next morning. The Smart Cancun by Oasis was just the right fit. Economical (I got a deal of under $100 Cnd), convenient (30 minutes bus or taxi form the airport; 10 minutes cab to the bus depot), and comfortable (beds and pillows were nice; air conditioning a little loud but worked). A great transition spot for us going and coming. We really enjoyed the main restaurant in the complex. Food was excellent and our waiter Omar was amazing; we really enjoyed our meal and conversation with him. There is a lovely pool (but we never swam). Highly recommend this hotel as a transition spot to other destinations.

Like going back home

We love this hotel very well located, center of Cancun, close to groceries, restaurants and buses but really like an oasis with a fantastic and quiet pool surrounded by trees and flowers. Small hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Brenda always professional and smiling when assigning our table at breakfast. Rosalia so calm and efficient while serving us. Jose still there year after year, so warmful and we were so happy to see him again. The breakfast was even better this year. The buffet was always full and fruits were particularly sweet and juicy. It was our 5 th time to this hotel and we will definitely go back.

Best pool area in long time for chilling

You must take use of the pool area - if you want a relaxing area it’s really good. Five star for that. But they do need to put coffee on the pool menu. Did a upgrade first night. The ac made a horrible noice. That is not acceptable - needs to be fixed. Super friendly and service minded staff. Abigail gave me some extra help when changing rooms. Thanks for that! The gym is great actually. And if the power to the cardio machines would work I would give it five stars. It’s far from the hotel area and beach. For 650 peso you get one full day at beach all included, transport, drinks and food. Not bad!

Hidden gem

This location is probably one of the best bang for buck locations to stay at. Close to the busses that go to beaches, near practical businesses and with on property amenities such as gym and restaurants. The only things I wish they had was black out curtains,and more up to date equipment such as a better mini fridge and air conditioners in the rooms. However, the pool and staff make up for it. I'd also prefer if their booking system was easier to just pay, as we had issues with online bookings even when going directly through their site. The pool though what can I say other than epic. A special shout out to our server Cristian Canul and his manager Israel who took care of us during our stay.

Clean, Modern Hotel Conveniently Located

Reading some of the recent reviews... maybe we lucked out! Our room was large and modern, cleaned very well every day. The air conditioner worked perfectly and we did not find it too loud. All of the staff greeted us daily with a smile and a "buenas dias". The hotel is fairly modern with a nice pool/terrace area. The pool area was almost like a micro climate...always a nice breeze. The food at the hotel was surprisingly cheap and good. What I loved about the hotel was the location...close to the major local bus routes to go to the hotel zone (beaches) etc., close to the main bus station (for out of town trips) and a large super market where we bought our daily supplies. Me gustaría comentar que ARIANA MORALES , RAUL RUIZ , WILBERT Y ADRIANO , fueron personas que se mostraron muy atentas y serviciales al momento de poyarme en realizar mi evento, contrate con ellos el servicio de renta de salón para llevar a a cabo una capacitación en mi empresa, el lugar, el ambiente y el servicio de cofee break fue como lo esperaba. Me encanto el hotel y su ubicacion

Nos recomendaron el hotel, y no nos arrepentimos de haber decidido hospedarnos ahi, buenisima atencion, tanto en el hotel, en el bar de la alberca y en la cafeteria, excelente servicio, muy amables todos, tuvimos un detalle con el mini refrigerador y en ese momento nos atendieron y nos cambiaron por otro a pesar de ya ser muy noche. La limpieza del cuarto muy bien. La ubicacion super porque a unos pasos tomas el bus si vas a la zona hotelera, a unos metros esta la terminal Ado y por ahi hay de todo para comer y tambien hay mercados. Incluso si vas a algun tour ahi en las escaleras del hotel es punto de encuentro, sin duda lo recomiendo.

Excelente!

Es una buena opción para quedarse, tiene fácil acceso a transporte y a movilizarse por Cancún, se encuentra a cuatro minutos en camión de la playa más cercana. Tiene buenas opciones de desayuno. La atención de la Señorita Kenia y del Señor José, fue muy atenta, servicial, muy amables. Es una buena opción para hospedarse. El cuarto tiene buen tamaño, almohadas cómodas.

El check in es muy tedioso a lo que debe ser, nos paso que reservamos, te piden que desde nuestro correo se mande de nuevo al correo que ellos manejan para re confirmar que está reservado y para de nuevo confirmar la confirmación, te piden el ine… en fin ! … no entiendo porque estar haciendo este proceso, con respecto al hotel, es bueno, es cómodo y ameno 👌🏻

Buena ubicación

El hotel esta cerca de la terminal del ADO, a 10 min. El lobby se ve muy moderno, pero la habitación que me asignaron se veía más vieja. Tenia un aparato de aire acondicionado ruidoso. Los servicios básicos son buenos, tiene caja de seguridad, te dan agua, toallas. Me da la impresión que la gente que se hospeda ahí por turismo, lo usa para dormir y estar saliendo a varias excursiones. Solo me quede una noche, pero creo que puedes usar la alberca del hotel Oh. El restaurante no es caro, el desayuno bufette cuesta $130, es pequeño pero con buen sabor.

Hola buenas tardes, hace unos días tuvimos 4 días consecutivos de eventos en el hotel oasis smart con una persona muy reconocida en el ámbito de las uñas, la reservación fue con meses atrás y tuve la fortuna de contar con el apoyo de la Srita Ariana que desde el principio estuvo al pendiente de todo y con un buen trato, de igual manera hago mención del señor Raul que estuvo los 4 días al cuidado que todo saliera bien y así lo fue, todo el equipo de eventos muchas felicidades así como el coffee break atendido por el señor wilberth. La comida del restaurante bites dio un poco de que hablar ya que algunas personas de nuestro evento se quejo que no estaba cocida o que se confundieron del platillo que pidieron, hicieron mención al mesero y al chef y no supieron dar una respuesta

It is like visiting family.

Like visiting family. Except better. Everyone was exceptional. Security, reception, housekeeping, all amazing. Room was great, food was excellent and staff wonderful. Shout outs to el capitan, Ivan, and, Juan, Jose, Angel, Emmanuel, Mesero, Erick and Belen. These folks are why we have visited this hotel 6 times in the last 5 years. Great location and value. Comfortable hotel. Wonderful, caring staff.

I made my fourth trip to Smart Cancun for three weeks in February/March, 2023. Oasis has two hotels on the same site in downtown Cancun (about 8km from the nearest part of the hotel strip.) "Oh Cancun" and "Smart Cancun" share a very nice terrace area with a well-maintained pool, small gym, a good restaurant and a poolside bar. They also share some staff. The rooms are not opulent but they are clean and well-equipped, with a room safe, television, fridge and a comfortable bed and bathroom. The location is close, and within walking distance, to the downtown eateries, a sizeable supermarket, a traditional Mercado, the town square and a large shopping mall. I go there for a quiet and restful winter break from the Calgary, Alberta winters. Other hotel guests come from Europe,

Bueno contando la experiencia en este maravilloso hotel me sentí muy complacida por los servicios en mi estadía sobre todo recalcando el servicio de la comida excelente quedé maravillada por tantas cosas exquisitas. En el área de la comida del restaurante obtuve una excelente atención de los señores Erick y José. Y les damos las gracias por tratar de darnos esa excelente atención tanto así que nos cambiaron el menú con tal de complacer nos. En cuanto a las habitaciones creo que está muy bien equipada pero sugiero las sábanas gruesas por el frío que hace dentro. Bueno para concluir me pareció que el servicio en este hotel fue algo excelente Además de que todo el personal es muy amable y atentos con todas mis compañeras y conmigo Les recomiendo 100% visitar este hotel aquí en Cancún México.

El Desayuno empresarial APQ, se llevó a cabo con éxito. Gracias Ariana, Wilberth, Raúl, Adriano, meseros. Los alimentos estuvieron muy bien, felicitaciones al chef y colaboradores del área. Hicimos uso de la pantalla, estaba instalada y me ocupé antes de poder comentarte que quizá no tuvieron tiempo de retirarla del evento anterior. Respecto al color de los manteles, de momento le gustó a mi superior el blanco, pero al final me dijo que prefería los de color negro, así lo solicitaremos para nuestro próximo evento. El personal servicial, presto, en general, todo muy bien, muchas gracias. Tenemos 8 meses de contratar con ustedes y ya reservamos para el próximo, gracias por el esmero en su servicio. Nota: lamentamos algunos inconvenientes que tuvieron los asistentes al evento por el estacionamiento, situación ajena al hotel, ya que las obras viales no permitieron el acceso a su estacionamiento el cual siempre ha estado disponible para nuestro evento.

It was a nice experience.

If I was to talk about the hotel itself I'd most likely give it a lower rate, but if I was talking about the resturant inside the hotel it's self it was a nice experience where I felt at home. The food was a bit typical Mexican-American which was good and I definitely felt the cooks tried their best into making it a wonderful taste, I'm not sure who he was but I dont want to undertake his position into saying he was just a waitress he seemed a bit more.. maybe a head waitress? but his name was Marco and his service was wonderful I felt very at home.. me and my husband Definitely had a few laughs and he was very helpful to the max! I feel he belongs in a more top hotel than where he is because his service itself made it worth to come and eat again the following days we stayed at

Amazing stay

We had the best time in Cancun and lovely stay in this hotel. Everyone was super nice, helpful and welcomed. We want to mention especially Emmanuel and other staff: Angel, Kenia, Belan, Jose and Erick who made our stay even more pleasant. Hotel is in a very good location downtown, easy to take a bus to the beach or as pick up location for guide tours. I was very impressed with facilities like sport bar and outdoor hot baths. Breakfast was very good. Pool area was very comfortable where you could relax. We would highly recommended Smart by Oasis Hotel.

Friendly and great service

We stayed at the Smart Cancun by Oasis last year and we're really happy with the location as we are not beach people. We would come down for coffee at their coffee shop just off the lobby every morning and we're usually served by Gabby. She was friendly and the service was great. We returned to this hotel this January, a year later and Gabby not only remembered us from last time but amazing she remembered how we liked our coffee. The staff here all deserve *****

Love this place

Great place to stay

Wonderful place to stay, very clean, great food, wonderful pool, and fantastic location. Easy to get anywhere in cancun. The food here is really good, the staff are fantastic, we had some issues with Sunwing as they didn’t send reps to the hotel for us to book excursions and Raquel was amazing at helping us out. Another great stay!

This is our second stay here (first was 2019). Both times a great deal with Sunwing. I have only good things to say about the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. We are currently in 608 and have a great housekeeper... impeccable cleaning, always replenishes all the room amenities. She is a sweetheart! Always a smile and a Buenas Dias. Her name is Eva Lucas Ramirez. (just checked the housekeeping business card). The room is quiet and the air conditioning works great. Always hot water when you need it. The staff keep the hotel very clean and I notice they've been painting lately. I absolutely love the location of the hotel...it is central and close to everything. Great experience and worth the price

Really enjoyed my 2nd visit to Smart Oasis and will likely go back again. 2nd visit was a lot better as I was a few floors higher and not facing the traffic so got a better sleep. First time was facing the traffic and right below the coaches that pull up at 5am and lots of shouting cause of this, so be sure to take ear plugs. Breakfast was decent with wide selection of light and big breakfasts. Gym was decent and can get a good workout done, with free weights and benches. Pool area is so chilled and could stay there a while. Shops across the road and buses nearby that take you to beach. Thank you to all the staff there and had a great time.

Bites restaurant staff were brilliant. Such great service from Jose, Emmanuel, Jorge, Kenia and Belen in particular. Aldo at the tourist desk was so helpful, interesting, chatty and very very funny! Basic, clean hotel with a great pool

For a downtown Cancun, this was a great option. We had a room with a balcony, the light was great. Smart Cancun is joined with Oh! by Oasis, sharing a great swimming pool that hosts live performances, and has affordable cocktails at the pool bar. The coffee shop on the side of the lobby is great and inexpensive, even more important - it is open 24 hours. Cons: The immediate area around the hotel is not great, but there is Las Americas mall 5-10 minutes walk and it’s great. The bus stop to go to the hotel zone is nearby, if you are in the mood for a lazy day on the beach. The window air con was super loud so we unplugged it as soon as we moved in, luckily it was not too hot. There was a bad smell from the pipes, the toilet flushes violently. Great place to stay when traveling through Cancun

My family and I were headed to Mahahual and needed a place to stay in Cancun after our flight arrived and we could get the bus south the next morning. The Smart Cancun by Oasis was just the right fit. Economical (I got a deal of under $100 Cnd), convenient (30 minutes bus or taxi form the airport; 10 minutes cab to the bus depot), and comfortable (beds and pillows were nice; air conditioning a little loud but worked). A great transition spot for us going and coming. We really enjoyed the main restaurant in the complex. Food was excellent and our waiter Omar was amazing; we really enjoyed our meal and conversation with him. There is a lovely pool (but we never swam). Highly recommend this hotel as a transition spot to other destinations.

Like going back home

We love this hotel very well located, center of Cancun, close to groceries, restaurants and buses but really like an oasis with a fantastic and quiet pool surrounded by trees and flowers. Small hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Brenda always professional and smiling when assigning our table at breakfast. Rosalia so calm and efficient while serving us. Jose still there year after year, so warmful and we were so happy to see him again. The breakfast was even better this year. The buffet was always full and fruits were particularly sweet and juicy. It was our 5 th time to this hotel and we will definitely go back.

Best pool area in long time for chilling

You must take use of the pool area - if you want a relaxing area it’s really good. Five star for that. But they do need to put coffee on the pool menu. Did a upgrade first night. The ac made a horrible noice. That is not acceptable - needs to be fixed. Super friendly and service minded staff. Abigail gave me some extra help when changing rooms. Thanks for that! The gym is great actually. And if the power to the cardio machines would work I would give it five stars. It’s far from the hotel area and beach. For 650 peso you get one full day at beach all included, transport, drinks and food. Not bad!

Hidden gem

This location is probably one of the best bang for buck locations to stay at. Close to the busses that go to beaches, near practical businesses and with on property amenities such as gym and restaurants. The only things I wish they had was black out curtains,and more up to date equipment such as a better mini fridge and air conditioners in the rooms. However, the pool and staff make up for it. I'd also prefer if their booking system was easier to just pay, as we had issues with online bookings even when going directly through their site. The pool though what can I say other than epic. A special shout out to our server Cristian Canul and his manager Israel who took care of us during our stay.

Clean, Modern Hotel Conveniently Located

Reading some of the recent reviews... maybe we lucked out! Our room was large and modern, cleaned very well every day. The air conditioner worked perfectly and we did not find it too loud. All of the staff greeted us daily with a smile and a "buenas dias". The hotel is fairly modern with a nice pool/terrace area. The pool area was almost like a micro climate...always a nice breeze. The food at the hotel was surprisingly cheap and good. What I loved about the hotel was the location...close to the major local bus routes to go to the hotel zone (beaches) etc., close to the main bus station (for out of town trips) and a large super market where we bought our daily supplies. Me encanto el hotel y su ubicacion

Nos recomendaron el hotel, y no nos arrepentimos de haber decidido hospedarnos ahi, buenisima atencion, tanto en el hotel, en el bar de la alberca y en la cafeteria, excelente servicio, muy amables todos, tuvimos un detalle con el mini refrigerador y en ese momento nos atendieron y nos cambiaron por otro a pesar de ya ser muy noche. La limpieza del cuarto muy bien. La ubicacion super porque a unos pasos tomas el bus si vas a la zona hotelera, a unos metros esta la terminal Ado y por ahi hay de todo para comer y tambien hay mercados. Incluso si vas a algun tour ahi en las escaleras del hotel es punto de encuentro, sin duda lo recomiendo.

Excelente!

Es una buena opción para quedarse, tiene fácil acceso a transporte y a movilizarse por Cancún, se encuentra a cuatro minutos en camión de la playa más cercana. Tiene buenas opciones de desayuno. La atención de la Señorita Kenia y del Señor José, fue muy atenta, servicial, muy amables. Es una buena opción para hospedarse. El cuarto tiene buen tamaño, almohadas cómodas.

El check in es muy tedioso a lo que debe ser, nos paso que reservamos, te piden que desde nuestro correo se mande de nuevo al correo que ellos manejan para re confirmar que está reservado y para de nuevo confirmar la confirmación, te piden el ine… en fin ! … no entiendo porque estar haciendo este proceso, con respecto al hotel, es bueno, es cómodo y ameno 👌🏻

Buena ubicación

El hotel esta cerca de la terminal del ADO, a 10 min. El lobby se ve muy moderno, pero la habitación que me asignaron se veía más vieja. Tenia un aparato de aire acondicionado ruidoso. Los servicios básicos son buenos, tiene caja de seguridad, te dan agua, toallas. Me da la impresión que la gente que se hospeda ahí por turismo, lo usa para dormir y estar saliendo a varias excursiones. Solo me quede una noche, pero creo que puedes usar la alberca del hotel Oh. El restaurante no es caro, el desayuno bufette cuesta $130, es pequeño pero con buen sabor.

Hola buenas tardes, hace unos días tuvimos 4 días consecutivos de eventos en el hotel oasis smart con una persona muy reconocida en el ámbito de las uñas, la reservación fue con meses atrás y tuve la fortuna de contar con el apoyo de la Srita Ariana que desde el principio estuvo al pendiente de todo y con un buen trato, de igual manera hago mención del señor Raul que estuvo los 4 días al cuidado que todo saliera bien y así lo fue, todo el equipo de eventos muchas felicidades así como el coffee break atendido por el señor wilberth. La comida del restaurante bites dio un poco de que hablar ya que algunas personas de nuestro evento se quejo que no estaba cocida o que se confundieron del platillo que pidieron, hicieron mención al mesero y al chef y no supieron dar una respuesta

Estuvimos 5 días en este hotel céntrico . La idea era aprovechar esos días para conocer varios lugares dela ciudad y x eso elegimos este hotel solo con desayuno. Excellent Oasis in downtown Cancún!

We have just stayed at the hotel for a week. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Our time in Cancun was a mixture of sightseeing with a couple of days relaxing by the pool. Rooms were absolutely fine and had everything you need for a short stay. Pool and terrace was lovely. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful from the waiters eg Emmanuel and Jose, to the reception staff and the security staff at the door to help with taxis etc. The location is great for local restaurants and easy walking distance to Parque de la Palapas for authentic food trucks! If you want to stay away from the Hotel Zone and stay downtown, I would highly recommend this hotel!
