OREWARDS LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1 Definitions

"ORewards": Free loyalty program operated by Oasis Hotels & Resorts.
Affiliate: Individual who has successfully registered for the ORewards program.
Operator: Oasis Hotels & Resorts, its subsidiaries and affiliates.
Benefits: The advantages and discounts granted to program affiliates.
Eligible Stay: Reservation made through the official channels specified in these terms.

1.2 Program Nature

ORewards is a free loyalty program designed to reward frequent guests of Oasis Hotels & Resorts with exclusive benefits and special discounts for direct bookings made through the oasishoteles.com website and its Call Center.

2. REGISTRATION AND AFFILIATION

2.1 Eligibility

The program is available to individuals aged 18 and over.
Affiliation is personal and non-transferable.
Requires providing truthful and updated personal information.

2.2 Registration Process

Registration is done through the official website oasishoteles.com or its Call Center.
By registering, the user accepts these terms and conditions.
Affiliation is free and has no maintenance cost.

2.3 Affiliate Account

Each affiliate is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access data.
Affiliates must immediately notify any unauthorized use of their account.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend accounts with suspicious activity.

3. PROGRAM BENEFITS

3.1 15% Discount on Stay

Applicable to room rates at all participating hotels.
Valid for any room category subject to availability.
Can be combined with other current promotions.
Applicable only to reservations made through official channels (oasishoteles.com and its Call Center).

3.2 15% Discount on Hotel Services

Includes spa services, restaurants, bars, and additional services.
Discount applicable during the affiliate's stay.
Not applicable to tips, taxes, or service charges.
Subject to availability and specific policies for each service.

3.3 Airport-Hotel-Airport Transportation

Service included from/to Cancun International Airport.
Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
Shared service, subject to schedule availability.
Applies only to guests with confirmed stays and a minimum of two nights stay.
For Smart Cancún and Oh! Cancún The Urban Oasis hotels, the minimum stay is three nights.

3.4 Priority Room Assignment and Delivery

Preferential check-in subject to room availability.
Does not guarantee automatic category upgrade.
Service available from 3:00 PM.
Priority based on order of arrival among ORewards affiliates.

3.5 10% Discount on Tours and Experiences

Applicable only to tours booked before hotel arrival.
Valid for tours operated by authorized providers.
Not applicable to third-party tours or external activities.
Subject to availability and weather conditions.

4. CONDITIONS OF USE

4.2 General Restrictions

Benefits are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Sale or transfer of benefits to third parties is not permitted.
An affiliate may apply benefits only to their own reservations.
Benefits are not combinable with other loyalty programs.
Discounts for room reservations can be combined with current campaigns at the time of booking.

4.3 Program Membership Validation

Affiliates must present official identification during check-in.
Affiliate information must match reservation data.
The Operator reserves the right to verify the affiliate's identity.
The member must be present during the check-in process.

5. MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

5.1 Program Modifications

The Operator reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
Modifications will be communicated through the official website and email.
Continued use of the program constitutes acceptance of the modifications.

5.2 Suspension or Termination

The Operator may suspend or terminate affiliation for non-compliance with these terms.
Affiliates may cancel their affiliation at any time.
Termination does not affect already confirmed reservations.
Affiliation is valid for 2 years, in case of inactivity it is automatically canceled.

6. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

6.1 Availability

All benefits are subject to availability.
The Operator does not guarantee the availability of services on specific dates.
Benefits may have restrictions during periods of high demand.

6.2 Exclusions

Not applicable to group reservations (10 or more rooms).
Not valid for corporate rates or special contracts.
Excludes blackout periods which will be communicated in advance.

6.3 Force Majeure

The Operator will not be liable for interruptions due to causes beyond its control.
Includes natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, etc.

7. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

7.1 Data Collection

Personal data is collected in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Information is used to administer the program and improve services.
Affiliates can update their data at any time.

7.2 Communications

Affiliates will receive communications related to the program.
It is possible to unsubscribe from promotional communications.
Administrative communications are mandatory.

8. RESPONSIBILITIES

8.1 Of the Operator

Provide the benefits described subject to these terms.
Maintain the confidentiality of affiliate data.
Notify significant changes to the program.

8.2 Of the Affiliate

Provide truthful and updated information.
Comply with hotel policies during their stay.
Use benefits responsibly and in accordance with these terms.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

9.1 Complaints Process

Complaints must be submitted in writing through official channels.
The Operator will respond within a maximum of 15 business days.
Amicable resolution of disputes will be prioritized.

9.2 Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Mexican law.
Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Cancun, Quintana Roo.

10. GENERAL PROVISIONS

10.1 Validity

These terms come into effect from the affiliate's registration date.
Modifications will be applied prospectively.

10.2 Severability

If any provision is invalid, the rest of the terms will remain in force.
Invalid provisions will be deemed modified to the minimum necessary.
