What is the minimum number of nights I can book?
During special seasons (Christmas, New Year, Easter, and Spring Break), we have a minimum of 3 nights. In low seasons, there is no restriction on the number of nights.
How is the beach at the hotel?
It is in excellent condition. We have a dedicated staff who clean the beach daily, so you can enjoy its white sand and the unique turquoise sea.
Do you have activities for children? Can they be alone in the Kids Club?
Yes, our hotels offer activities for children, but please note that as of 4 years old, your children can have fun in our kids club, where they will get to live exciting moments, supervised at all times by our expert staff. The only requirement is that at least a responsible adult must remain in the resort premises.

Does the hotel allow pets or emotional support animals?
Unfortunately, our hotels are not currently equipped with pet-friendly areas, so they are not allowed at this time. However, we are constantly updating our facilities, and we hope to offer this option soon so you can travel with your best friend. Stay tuned to our social media for more details about our hotels.
Is the hotel near the Cancun airport or Playa del Carmen?
Our hotels Oh! and Smart, located in downtown Cancun, are located 20 minutes away from the Cancun airport; Oasis Palm, Grand Oasis Palm, and The Sens Cancun are 25 minutes away, while The Grand Oasis Cancun and The Pyramid Cancun are 12 minutes away.
Do you have heated pools and wheelchairs available?
Our pools are not heated, as the year-round temperature in the Caribbean is warm.
We do offer wheelchairs, subject to availability. We recommend contacting us to request this service 72 hours before your arrival.

What happens if there is a hurricane during my stay?
For such events, we follow protocols established by the authorities, prioritizing your safety and that of other guests. Our contingency protocols and measures are certified and renewed each year.
Is it all-inclusive? What does 'all-inclusive' mean?
Yes, our beachfront hotels in Cancun offer attractive all-inclusive plans, which means you will have unlimited access to all entertainment, as well as a wide variety of restaurants and bars, with gastronomic options for food, drinks, and snacks at any time of the day.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
The time to modify or cancel the reservation depends on the season.
- Low season: you can request cancellation or modification of your reservation up to 1 day before your arrival without penalty.
- High season: you can request cancellation or modification of your reservation more than 8 days in advance of arrival.
Note: if the reservation has been modified to arrive on a later date than the original, the cancellation and modification policy will always refer to the original arrival date.
Is transportation included? Is it private?
Transportation is included only if you purchased a package or promotion that specifies it. We have different promotions when booking directly with us through the official channels.

Do you offer a vegan menu?
We offer different options on the restaurant menus, in addition to a wide variety at the buffet. Additionally, our food and beverage staff is always ready to provide extra options for guests with certain dietary restrictions. If this is your case, please notify the customer service staff upon arrival and each time you visit a consumption center or make a reservation at one of our specialty restaurants.
Is the internet included? Is there access to shows and casinos?
Yes. Our all-inclusive plan offers the WiFi service free of charge. Please note that if you require high-speed WiFi, your stay at The Pyramid Cancun and The Sens Cancun offer it free of charge, while it is available in our other hotels at an additional cost.
Regarding shows and casinos, the all-inclusive plan offers free access; however, games and consumption inside the casino have an extra charge.
What time do the bars and restaurants close?
The hours of our bars and restaurants depend on the hotel you have booked, as well as situations such as the day of the week and the season.
