This Legal Notice is for regulating the provisions of access, use, browsing, content, and services available for any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as “User”),solely and exclusively to inform through this website, about the terms & conditions of the hotel reservations, and that they have accessed and/or used the Oasis official website found through Uniform Resource Locators (URL): www.oasishoteles.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

All the materials found in this website are property and provided by Oasis. As of the time of accessing and using the website, all Users are obligated to fully accept unreservedly the Legal Notice herein, with the usage conditions described in this document; thus they are legally obligated to comply with these and all conditions that complement it (Privacy Notice, Terms & Conditions, and/or Cookies Policy), committing to use and/or browse the Website without breaching the current Mexican Legislation, the good customs and morals, and the public order. In accordance with the above, Oasis hereby informs the User that it currently uses a technology called "Booking Engine" owned by "Paraty Tech", with which the User can create the reservations required from Oasis. However, as said Booking Engine, is not a property of Oasis, it may contain Privacy Notice, Legal Notice, Terms & Conditions, or Cookies Policies different to those presented by Oasis within the Web Site, therefore, to make the reservation mentioned, the User shall abide by them.

All programs, applications, software, content, organization, compilation, compilation, trademarks, logos, service trademarks, commercial names, images, photographs, audio, video, artwork, and graphics, in addition to any distinctive signs within the Website are the property of Oasis, its subsidiaries, affiliates or licensors, and the presentation of these on the Website may not be construed as a license in favor of the User; therefore, the User agrees not to reproduce, modify, display, frame, publish, disseminate, transmit, publish, disassemble, decompile, extract, or create works that derive from them.

This Website shall be governed and construed according to the laws of the Mexican United States, which is accepted by the User of the Website.

Any dispute arising from or related to this Website shall be subject to, construed, and enforced by the courts located in the City of Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico. Therefore, you expressly waive any other jurisdiction to which you may be entitled for any reason. If any provision of this Legal Notice is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable from this Legal Notice and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
