Visiting Punta Laguna

Punta Laguna Reserve
The Punta Laguna reserve is part of the Otoch Ma’ax Yetel Kooh Flora and Fauna Protection Area, which in Mayan means the home of the spider monkey and the puma. Its exact location is Carretera Nuevo Xcán-Cobá, Kilometer 27.5 Quintana Roo.
Public access hours are from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Prices vary according to the number of visitors and the different adventures you want to carry out. You should also take into account that the reservation cannot be paid by credit card, but only in cash.
Among the many activities offered within this natural Mexican environment are water activities such as canoe rides, and visit the cenote, tours to the Mayan ruins or the tour with detailed explanation about the animals that live in the area, among many other activities to learn while having fun.
Punta Laguna Spider monkey reserve

Coba Lagoon
Also reserve a couple of hours of your excursion to explore the ruins of Cobá. Visiting hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but the last access is approximately two hours before closing time. To enter you have to pay 80 Mexican pesos.
