What types of groups and events can you host?
We offer options for all types of events, divided into the following categories:
- Leisure groups (vacation trips, relaxation getaways, etc.)
- Social events (weddings, sweet sixteen, graduations, first communions, baptisms, birthdays, etc.)
- Congresses and conventions (conferences, corporate meetings, conventions, training sessions, forums, exhibitions, etc.)
- Sports tourism (tournaments, competitions, training camps, clinics, exhibitions, etc.)
- Music festivals (concerts, shows, live performances, contests, etc.)
We can accommodate virtually any type of event our clients require. We hold the necessary permits for these activities; however, some events may require additional permits. In such cases, we provide guidance and support to event organizers. We can host groups and events of all types (always in compliance with applicable laws).
What types of spaces can be reserved for groups or events?
Discover the spectacular spaces featured within our properties. We offer three types of spaces, subject to availability:
- Guest rooms: where group members stay and use as their personal space during their visit.
- Event venues: designated areas specially adapted to host meetings, conferences, and private events. These venues are fully authorized and equipped for event services.
- Locations: hotel spaces where events may be held on an exceptional basis. These areas are not originally designed as event venues and may include beaches, pools, gardens, terraces, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, among others. These locations typically require additional setup, as they normally serve general hotel guests.

How many rooms or attendees qualify as a group or event?
A group or event is defined as a minimum of 10 rooms or 10 attendees. The maximum capacity depends on total hotel room availability. Reservations for less than 10 rooms are considered individual bookings.
What information is required to prepare a group or event proposal?
We maintain a price catalog for our services. To receive general service and pricing information, simply provide us with an email address so we can send you the details. Please note these are standard rates that may be improved once we receive specific information to develop group packages.
We will require:
- Name of the group or event
- Name of the organizing company
- Contact information for the event coordinator (name, phone number, and email)
- Event dates
- Number of attendees
- Specific services required
- Service schedule
- Group origin
What payment methods are accepted for contracted services?
For your convenience, we accept the following payment methods:
- Wire transfer
- Cash
- Credit card
- Check (subject to clearance)
- Bank deposit
In all cases, confirmation from Oasis acknowledging receipt of funds is required, as transactions may not always reflect correctly or may reflect different amounts.
Do you offer transportation services?
Yes. Transportation services are provided by Oasis Experiences, our official Destination Management Company (DMC). All arrangements can be coordinated through your assigned group executive.
Do you provide internet service for meetings and working sessions?
Yes. All reservations include internet access for working sessions. We also offer high-speed internet services for special purposes at an additional cost.
What is the maximum duration allowed for an event?
Events may last as long as needed, and our group executives will help organize activities accordingly. Standard ballroom events typically last five hours; however, work-related sessions can be scheduled as required.
Does the hotel offer parking and valet parking services for events?
Yes. Complimentary parking is available, as well as valet parking services for events. The parking facility has approximately 200 spaces.
To ensure proper coordination, parking usage must be arranged with a Groups and Conventions executive. Valet parking service must be subcontracted.
