We are delighted to share with you the launch of the new The Sens Cancún.

Guided by our guests and their constant search for better travel experiences, we are relaunching The Sens Cancún hotel with the goal of raising satisfaction levels and offering a higher-quality brand, with elevated operating standards, a wide variety of food and beverage concepts, as well as superior amenities and facilities.

As part of this plan, the Oasis Palm hotel will be gradually phased out. In its place, Grand Oasis Palm will take over the physical space currently occupied by Oasis Palm.

It is important to emphasize that substantial improvements are being implemented to bring this property (formerly Oasis Palm) up to Grand Oasis Palm standards. As part of this improvement program, highlights include the addition of a brand-new lobby area, upgraded room categories, a new infinity pool extending to the beach area, and an additional restaurant, to name just a few of the significant enhancements underway.

Starting January 2, 2023, The Sens Cancún will occupy the current physical space of Grand Oasis Palm.

The Sens Cancún hotel will feature the luxurious Sian Ka'an concept as a room category with unique characteristics. The details of this program are specified in the resort's technical sheet.
