Excelente lugar
Nos gusto mucho, las intalaciones siempre están limpias, el personal muy amable siempre. Tienen el club kids, una excelente idea para que los niños tengan también una linda experiencia con actividades bien organizadas y con instalaciones especiales para ellos.

Todo fue excelente. El sazón de los restaurantes, todos, muy rico. Limpio. Algunos detallitos menores en la Habitación, pero se reportaron y se atendieron. Me hubiera encantado llevar a mis hijos para que también aprovecharán las actividades. En está ocasión solo fuimos mi esposa y yo, y si volveríamos.

Buen servicio y ubicación
Muy concurrido y aún así siempre hay buena atención y servicio, se hacen algunas filas para el tema de alimentos pero aún así considero que esta bien, ojo, es un hotel concurrido, las instalaciones son como de los 80's funcionales pero ya es tiempo de renovación.

También al chef Daniel, preparando nuestros alimentos de una manera única.

This is a place u can have a new time each time
Well for my 22nd or more times coming to this great Resort it still gets better every time. The bell men make us feel like you are at home. This resort has 4 of the best concierges in all of Cancun, Robin, Carlos, Tristan, and at nite Oscar. If u have the blue band see how much it would cost to upgrade to the Black. It lets u get into Kinky's LaBuffet, and Careyes. The gym here is awesome, pool is great with swim up bars at both ends. They have bands or Dj's at nites. In the Pyramid they have neat shows most every nite. Blk bands get u into bar Fontainbleau great drinks and entertainment . All of the resturants are very good, and service over the top. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Remember ask if u need some help. Kinkys has great shows, and across from it is a very good Japanese resturant. If u want a great value and tons of fun go to this resort, forget the bad reviews, there a a lot of Karen's out there. Thanks Oasis family Doug P. (UT)

Les recomiendo ampliamente comer en el restaurante miramar ejemplar su comida, la reservacion para la cena simplemente magnífica, su langosta exquisita su aguachile del chef luis" unico" la atencion del propio chef qué viene a tu mesa a validar la atención y el sazón magnifico, el personal brutal en especial del mesero Victor, no terminaría de describir lo fascinado que nos fuimos siendo una familia grande de 11 personas nos atendieron super rápido y con tanta paciencia y elegancia que no podría describir. Regresaremos por el simple hecho de comer en MIRAMAR.
