Muy buen hotel, súper recomendable!
Muy lindo hotel, tal cual como se muestra en las imágenes. Emanuel, José y Ángel nos brindaron una excelente atención en el desayuno Sin duda volveremos Lo único a tener en cuenta es que dan cierta cantidad de toallas para la pileta, si llegas después de las 17 hs al hotel posiblemente no consigas.

Hotel céntrico en cancun
Hotel en centro de Cancún, sobre avenida Tulum. No en la zona hotelera. Muy pintorezco. Renovado con buen gusto. No tiene playa, pero una linda piscina Buen desayuno, si no SOS exigente., Un día nos quejamos porque se notaba un cambio del cocinero y luego nos enviaron una bandeja de frutas. A la habitación. Algunas habitaciones tienen olor a humedad, el primer día pedimos cambio de habitación y accedieron El personal amable y muysumiso.creo que no les dan autoridad para resolver problemas son protocolos inútiles. Por ej. Mis amigos olvidaron dos cargadores de iPhone. Que la mucama encontró pero nunca lo devolvieron porque el protocolo pedía enviar mail con foto de los cargadores. Hotel limpio, linda decoración y personal súper amable con sus áreas de oportunidad.
En general el hotel me pareció lindo, limpio en todo momento cosa que es súper importante, la habitación era amplia, con balcón y doble ventana lo cual aislaba perfecto el ruido de la calle y la cama muy cómoda. Teníamos el desayuno incluído y siempre había lo básico, huevos, fruta, panes, cereales, jugo y café. Los huevos usualmente los hacían con jamón y yo que no como, pedía unos sólo revueltos y muy amablemente me los hacían.. a lo que le doy estrellita ya que eso era muy importante para mí. En todo momento el personal de todo el hotel fué súper amable y al pendiente de que todo siempre estuviera perfecto con nuestra estancia. Buena Experiencia
Muy buen servicio, la comida es muy rica y variada. Vinimos por el cumpleaños de mi hijo y al ingresar a la habitación había un detalle de parte del hotel, eso fue muy lindo. Lo único que no nos gusto fue el baño de la habitación y el de la piscina.

Otra magnífica estadía
Muy buena estadía. Ubicación muy conveniente y el servicio fenomenal desde que llegamos con la amable Raquel, quien nos explicó a cabalistas todo y contestó todas nuestras preguntas. Tomamos ventaja de el pase del día a Grand Palm oasis donde la pasamos muy bien en la playa. Esta es la segunda vez en este hotel y no será la última. Muchísimas gracias por todo.

Gran experiencia con áreas de mejora
Viaje con mis amigas, en todo momento nos sentimos seguras y el personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. La comida del Sport Bar y el desayuno bufet de Bites estuvo excelente, la atención por parte de los meseros fue la mejor, y siempre buscaban la forma de ayudarnos. Me encanto la variedad del bufet y lo variadas y bonitas que son las piscinas. Sin duda planeo volver! Lo único que no me encanto es que en la habitación se escuchaba demasiado fuerte el sonido cuando otras puertas de otras habitaciones se cerraban. De igual forma íbamos festejando el cumpleaños de una de mis amigas y esto paso totalmente desapercibido:( Fuera de pequeños detalles sin duda alguna pienso volver en un futuro.

Nos atendieron excelente, gracias
Fueron muy atentos y amables, nos gusto el hotel y la pasamos genial. Nos prestaron paraguas para llevarnos a las actividades que teníamos fuera del hotel. Les agradezco que tengan este tipo de artículos para uso de los huéspedes, ya que no es tan factible comprar cuando se tiene que cuidar el tamaño y peso del equipaje por el avión.

Excelente ubicación en el centro, el bus que va a la playa pasa en la esquina, cerca a centros comerciales, restaurantes, y a la terminal del bus a playa del carmen, etc. el lugar en muy moderno y completo en sus habitaciones. el desayuno buffet incluido es delicioso y variado, los platos a la carta no son tan costosos. el área de piscina espectacular. Solo mejoraría la actitud de servicio en recepción, la persona que nos atendió (de lentes) poco formal; el resto muy formales como don José en el restaurante. igualmente deberían tener extractor de olor en los baños. en general una excelente opción para los que quieren estar en el centro de Cancún.

Céntrico para la búsqueda de los tours y otros acceso de la cuidad. El hotel cuenta con áreas divinas, relajantes, todo el personal es amable, atentos y servicial. Enmanuel en la barra y en el desayuno estuvo full pendiente de nosotros. Nos brindaron una atención increíble 😊 mejor que estar en casa. Si necesitabamos algún asesoría podíamos contar con el y su equipo. Me ayudo a darle una sorpresa a mi pareja en su cumpleaños 🎂 y todos los del restaurante participaron cantándole. Fue increíble al servirnos tragos en el aérea de la piscina. 💯 recomendado La comida saludable con variedad de opciones y super super rica. Con opciones locales y también de otras al estilo americano.

Not Good for Bad Leg
We liked everything about this place except for dealing with the motor traffic on foot. Our suite was clean and cool, the staff were friendly and helpful and the pool area was quiet and spacious. We opted to include breakfast and especially enjoyed the selection of fresh fruit. There are tons of great taquerias nearby and lots of other restaurants as well. Our problem was getting to them. I have a bad knee and crossing the busy streets of fast traffic was really scary for us. If you are quick on your feet and want to stay in Centro, this is a great option.

Jose Luis was great and helped us out alot! He did maintainens at the hotel. He did an amazing job. The hotell was good, and I loves the pool as well. The outside area is the best part because there are sofas with a bar/restaurant and a big pool. When the weather is good, you can Really enjoy the poolside.

Excellent experience, with a bit of room for improvement.
My wife and I stayed at Oh by Oasis for 14 nights. Pros: staff working inside the hotel, especially waiters and housekeepers, room was spacious and clean, location was excellent (right in the city centre, next to the entrance of the hotel zone), free secured car park, pool area. Cons: toilet in the bedroom was tired as well as the gym, reception and concierge staff were not very friendly and quite robotics (one morning at 6.50 I approached a gentleman at reception, possibly the night manager, reporting that the water dispenser in the gym was not working as well the A/C so I asked him for a bottle of water, he laughed and told me that I should buy it in the café. So bad he lost an opportunity to recover the issue) I cannot thank enough José and Emmanuel from the breakfast team

Nice, modern hotel in the town of Cancun. Within the grounds it does feel like you're at the beach. It is indeed an oasis. The pool and surrounding area is nice to relax in. This hotel has an excellent location if you are just staying for a night and want to be close to a grocery store and the ADO bus station.

The urban oasis- for a relaxing stay in Cancun
We had an amazing stay at this hotel, staying in the junior suite which was definitely worth the extra money as the view of the pool side is beautgul,, it’s been a week of relaxation. We took full advantage of the complimentary one day pass to the sister hotel grand palm oasis which was definitely worth it. The staff were friendly and all communal facilities were clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this stay if you’re looking for a chilled out stay whilst in Mexico. The pool area is beautiful at night with the lights and music. Raquel was so helpful during our stay and made sure we had the best experience. We will be back.

CANCUN, amazing trip worth taking!
The urban oasis turned out to be an amazing stay. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful. Raquel at the reception helped us with all of our requests, and we even got a complimentary all inclusive day pass to the Grand Palm Oasis. At first the area appeared to be devoid of any activities but after exploring the area we could easily get a 10 minute bus journey to any of Cancuns hot spots including the beach resort for as little as a dollar. Overall our stay at the hotel was very relaxing. The pool area is perfect. We topped off our trip with a visit to Play Tortuga (1 dollar bus journey from outside hotel), and booked a day trip on a ferry to go to the famous Isle Mujures. This is a MUST visit! It is literally paradise. We got to snorkel along the Mexican ocean.

Very enjoyable stay
Iván was very welcoming and kind. Kenia was always warm to me. The staff at this hotel made my experience wonderful. I was travelling solo and Raquel was very helpful regarding my questions about Cancun. I would come back here. It's truly an Oasis in the middle of the city.

I loved staying here!
No complaints about the hotel at all. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Spacious rooms, very clean. The pool was very good. The breakfasts were excellent and the staff, Ivan, Kenia, Jose, Emanuel and Belen were very friendly and gave very good service. If I ever come back to Cancun, I would be sure to stay at this hotel. It is very close to other places to eat and very close to the ADO station.

I would definitely come back to the oasis!
I would like to say that the staff was excellent, pool and gym were great, check in was smooth. My only negative was that the pillows were not that soft and the beds don’t have a blanket, they have sheets but no blankets. The breakfast was awesome and was included with my reservation. It was definitely worth the price I paid under $90 a night. Thanks Oasis , will recommend and come back to stay.

Good place to stay
It was awesome to stay at this hotel. Aketzsalli at main reception, and the rest of the staff was very informative and helpful, no matter question or request. My room was always clean and neat. Only minus was that my shower overflow every time I used it, didn’t drowned though :) Breakfast buffet was good and diverse everyday. Pastries could be more varied but it was good. Nice size pool. Location very good in Cancun centrum, close to everything and easy access to the beach by bus or taxi at a reasonable price. Overall a great stay, great hotel. Will definitely stay again here.

Good hotel, great service
First of all, service was amazing. We had difficulty with our reservation, but Aketzali (receptionist) sorted it out with a lot of effort! That was great! Breakfast is okay. Sometimes better, sometimes worse. Rooms are Standard. We had a room in first night in smart oasis and the others in oh the urban oasis. If you have a choice get urban oasis. It is a bit more new. Music gets louder in the afternoon at the pool.

The hotel is well located in downtown Cancun, close to local restaurant and markets. Rooms are spacious but quite basic. Toiletries are low quality. The toilet did not flush properly. Breakfast was average, and there was no breakfast tea.

Much needed Vacation
The room was exceptionally clean the pool was chilly but refreshing the location was perfect close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Lack of night time activities in the hotel was the reason for the 4 star but close enough to some local activity. I definitely had an advantage of knowing someone who lives local so got to see extra sights and restaurants that the locals go to. I'm still here at the hotel, my stay ends tomorrow but if I were to return to Cancun I would definitely stay here again.

Very good Budget Hotel
Away from the big hotel strip but close to buses, great shopping and bars/ restaurants. Lovely clean room and the breakfast is varied and excellent. Pool area is just as everyone says...a calm oasis. I booked it because of the pool and it more than lived up to my expectations. Bar area by the pool does the best pina coladas for only $4 . Pool food was nothing special . And lots of dining choice a short walk away. Nice staff. I recommend it !!

Vacation
A beautiful pool area with very attentive staff (Filemon was great!) but the rooms are a little tired. Otherwise great location and easy access to everything nearby! The busses are really easy to use to get to the hotel zone and the beaches and downtown Cancun is fun to explore for a real taste of Mexico!

A Diamond in the Rough
The absolute nicest property in Downtown Cancon. Staff is amazing . David and Filomen at the White Terrence are wonderful. The pool and outside area are fantastic. I will definitely stay here again. Great food? So many of the annoying situations at other places are not present her Oh! The Urban Oasis. I’ve been since June 11 and have extended my time her just because I can! Certainly close to everything. Taxis and busses outside the store. From desk did not get me into 8:30 pm because the intermediate broker did not pass on my reservation (which meant nothing to do with Oh! The Urban Oasis. Extremely clean. Everything works great and maid was amazing. The only down sides were the result of Covid 19 precautions. No gathering to drink in the bar! Pool is open until 12.

Amazing pool area
Stopped in for lunch at a slow time. Was able to speak to my waiter, David. He told me about the hotel and offered to give me a tour of the pool area. Wow! What an incredible design - the pools and landscaping, plus all the day beds, hot tubs, it was really nice. This would be a great place to hang out for the day. I wanted to commend David for going out of his way to show me this beautiful pool area.

Pretty good hotel in downtown Cancun
Stayed here for two weeks in December. The rooms on the 4th floor that face the pool are pretty nice. Avoid the second floor because of the noise of the ice machine. The service could be better, but in general, the staff is really nice and competent. Breakfast could be improved. Compliments to Anselmo and Francisco that work at the reception, really nice people.

Nice hotel!
We booked one night at the Oh! but were given rooms at their adjacent property. The pool area, restaurant and our room were all attractive and well thought out. We enjoyed the in-room coffee maker and they were generous with the coffee packets and set up. The breakfast was included and the buffet had a nice variety of fruits and hot and cold items. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance and our room was quiet so no complaints here!

Hotel ubicado en una zona estratégica
Mi novia y yo nos hospedamos en el Urban Oasis del 16 al 23 de Diciembre del 2021. Para nuestro plan de viaje en la Riviera Maya, Cancún y Quintana Roo, que consistió en visitas a diferentes lugares todos los días (chichen Itza, xcaret, Xoximilco, Tulum, Isla Mujeres, playas en zona hotelera, el Hotel Cancún The Urban Oasis era lo que buscábamos, pues queríamos un lugar que nos diera el desayuno incluido y que fuera un lugar confortable para pasar la noche y también disfrutar de la piscina y Jacuzzi. El desayuno es muy bueno con variedad, es bufet, y la atención del personal es excelente, siempre atentos, cordiales y con una gran sonrisa, gracias por los café de la mañana, todos los disfruté. Me he hospedado en este hotel durante 3 noches en la habitación 610 y sólo tengo tres pegas: 1. En la habitación el wifi no llega bien. 2. El agua de la ducha no para de cambiar de helada a ardiendo, haciendo un poco incómodo el aseo. 3. El desayuno lo sirven de 7 a 11 de la mañana (una franja horaria muy amplia), pero si tienes excursiones contratadas antes (como en mi caso), no te preparan nada para llevar, por lo que pierdes el desayuno de esos días o pagas por coger algo en la cafetería que abre un poco antes. En cuanto al servicio es espectacular, todos son muy amables y serviciales. Sin querer bloqueamos la caja fuerte y en cuanto llamé a recepción subieron a ayudarnos. Oh! Cancun Oasis for a quiet, budget friendly escape
The Oh! Cancun resort was a small urban hotel that had all the amenities for a relaxing and quiet week's vacation. The hotel is centrally located, easy to get to from the airport. My room was large, with a balcony overlooking the pool area with a bathroom, a large TV and a clock-radio that has a port for iPhone. The king size bed was super comfortable and the balcony is large enough to have dinner on. The best part of my stay was the staff. The front desk staff were amazing and helpful. Raquel and Aretzali started and ended my stay with kindness and informative answer to all my questions. Fue una muy buena experiencia estar en este Hotel. Personal muy amable, en especial Brenda, José, Erik, Kenia y Angel. El joven encargado del Cheking en la noche, no recordamos su nombre, pero fue completamente amable. Sobre todo cuando no entendíamos cómo conectarnos a internet y nos ayudó a pesar de andar ocupado .Sí volveríamos a hospedarnos en este hotel. Hotel limpio, linda decoración y personal súper amable con sus áreas de oportunidad.
En general el hotel me pareció lindo, limpio en todo momento cosa que es súper importante, la habitación era amplia, con balcón y doble ventana lo cual aislaba perfecto el ruido de la calle y la cama muy cómoda. Teníamos el desayuno incluído y siempre había lo básico, huevos, fruta, panes, cereales, jugo y café. Los huevos usualmente los hacían con jamón y yo que no como, pedía unos sólo revueltos y muy amablemente me los hacían.. a lo que le doy estrellita ya que eso era muy importante para mí. Otra magnífica estadía

Gran experiencia con áreas de mejora
Viaje con mis amigas, en todo momento nos sentimos seguras y el personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. La comida del Sport Bar y el desayuno bufet de Bites estuvo excelente, la atención por parte de los meseros fue la mejor, y siempre buscaban la forma de ayudarnos. Me encanto la variedad del bufet y lo variadas y bonitas que son las piscinas. Sin duda planeo volver! Lo único que no me encanto es que en la habitación se escuchaba demasiado fuerte el sonido cuando otras puertas de otras habitaciones se cerraban. De igual forma íbamos festejando el cumpleaños de una de mis amigas y esto paso totalmente desapercibido:( Fuera de pequeños detalles sin duda alguna pienso volver en un futuro.

Céntrico para la búsqueda de los tours y otros acceso de la cuidad. El hotel cuenta con áreas divinas, relajantes, todo el personal es amable, atentos y servicial. Not Good for Bad Leg
We liked everything about this place except for dealing with the motor traffic on foot. Our suite was clean and cool, the staff were friendly and helpful and the pool area was quiet and spacious. We opted to include breakfast and especially enjoyed the selection of fresh fruit. There are tons of great taquerias nearby and lots of other restaurants as well. Our problem was getting to them. I have a bad knee and crossing the busy streets of fast traffic was really scary for us. If you are quick on your feet and want to stay in Centro, this is a great option.

Pros: staff working inside the hotel, especially waiters and housekeepers, room was spacious and clean, location was excellent (right in the city centre, next to the entrance of the hotel zone), free secured car park, pool area. Cons: toilet in the bedroom was tired as well as the gym, reception and concierge staff were not very friendly and quite robotics (one morning at 6.50 I approached a gentleman at reception, possibly the night manager, reporting that the water dispenser in the gym was not working as well the A/C so I asked him for a bottle of water, he laughed and told me that I should buy it in the café. So bad he lost an opportunity to recover the issue) I cannot thank enough José and Emmanuel from the breakfast team

The urban oasis- for a relaxing stay in Cancun
We had an amazing stay at this hotel, staying in the junior suite which was definitely worth the extra money as the view of the pool side is beautgul,, it’s been a week of relaxation. We took full advantage of the complimentary one day pass to the sister hotel grand palm oasis which was definitely worth it. The staff were friendly and all communal facilities were clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this stay if you’re looking for a chilled out stay whilst in Mexico. The pool area is beautiful at night with the lights and music. Raquel was so helpful during our stay and made sure we had the best experience. We will be back.

CANCUN, amazing trip worth taking!
The urban oasis turned out to be an amazing stay. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful. Raquel at the reception helped us with all of our requests, and we even got a complimentary all inclusive day pass to the Grand Palm Oasis. At first the area appeared to be devoid of any activities but after exploring the area we could easily get a 10 minute bus journey to any of Cancuns hot spots including the beach resort for as little as a dollar. Overall our stay at the hotel was very relaxing. The pool area is perfect. We topped off our trip with a visit to Play Tortuga (1 dollar bus journey from outside hotel), and booked a day trip on a ferry to go to the famous Isle Mujures. This is a MUST visit! It is literally paradise. We got to snorkel along the Mexican ocean.

I would definitely come back to the oasis!
I would like to say that the staff was excellent, pool and gym were great, check in was smooth. My only negative was that the pillows were not that soft and the beds don’t have a blanket, they have sheets but no blankets. The breakfast was awesome and was included with my reservation. Good place to stay
It was awesome to stay at this hotel. Aketzsalli at main reception, and the rest of the staff was very informative and helpful, no matter question or request. My room was always clean and neat. Only minus was that my shower overflow every time I used it, didn’t drowned though :) Breakfast buffet was good and diverse everyday. Pastries could be more varied but it was good. Nice size pool. Location very good in Cancun centrum, close to everything and easy access to the beach by bus or taxi at a reasonable price. Overall a great stay, great hotel. Will definitely stay again here.

First of all, service was amazing. We had difficulty with our reservation, but Aketzali (receptionist) sorted it out with a lot of effort! That was great! Breakfast is okay. Sometimes better, sometimes worse. Rooms are Standard. We had a room in first night in smart oasis and the others in oh the urban oasis. If you have a choice get urban oasis. It is a bit more new. Music gets louder in the afternoon at the pool.

Much needed Vacation
The room was exceptionally clean the pool was chilly but refreshing the location was perfect close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Lack of night time activities in the hotel was the reason for the 4 star but close enough to some local activity. I definitely had an advantage of knowing someone who lives local so got to see extra sights and restaurants that the locals go to. I'm still here at the hotel, my stay ends tomorrow but if I were to return to Cancun I would definitely stay here again.

Away from the big hotel strip but close to buses, great shopping and bars/ restaurants. Lovely clean room and the breakfast is varied and excellent. Pool area is just as everyone says...a calm oasis. A Diamond in the Rough
The absolute nicest property in Downtown Cancon. Staff is amazing . David and Filomen at the White Terrence are wonderful. The pool and outside area are fantastic. I will definitely stay here again. Great food? So many of the annoying situations at other places are not present her Oh! The Urban Oasis. I’ve been since June 11 and have extended my time her just because I can! Certainly close to everything. Taxis and busses outside the store. From desk did not get me into 8:30 pm because the intermediate broker did not pass on my reservation (which meant nothing to do with Oh! The Urban Oasis. Extremely clean. Everything works great and maid was amazing. The only down sides were the result of Covid 19 precautions. No gathering to drink in the bar! Pool is open until 12.

Amazing pool area

Pretty good hotel in downtown Cancun
Stayed here for two weeks in December. The rooms on the 4th floor that face the pool are pretty nice. Avoid the second floor because of the noise of the ice machine. The service could be better, but in general, the staff is really nice and competent. Breakfast could be improved. Compliments to Anselmo and Francisco that work at the reception, really nice people.

Nice hotel!
We booked one night at the Oh! but were given rooms at their adjacent property. The pool area, restaurant and our room were all attractive and well thought out. Hotel ubicado en una zona estratégica
Mi novia y yo nos hospedamos en el Urban Oasis del 16 al 23 de Diciembre del 2021. Para nuestro plan de viaje en la Riviera Maya, Cancún y Quintana Roo, que consistió en visitas a diferentes lugares todos los días (chichen Itza, xcaret, Xoximilco, Tulum, Isla Mujeres, playas en zona hotelera, el Hotel Cancún The Urban Oasis era lo que buscábamos, pues queríamos un lugar que nos diera el desayuno incluido y que fuera un lugar confortable para pasar la noche y también disfrutar de la piscina y Jacuzzi. El desayuno es muy bueno con variedad, es bufet, y la atención del personal es excelente, siempre atentos, cordiales y con una gran sonrisa, gracias por los café de la mañana, todos los disfruté. Bastante bien
Me he hospedado en este hotel durante 3 noches en la habitación 610 y sólo tengo tres pegas: 1. En la habitación el wifi no llega bien. 2. El agua de la ducha no para de cambiar de helada a ardiendo, haciendo un poco incómodo el aseo. 3. El desayuno lo sirven de 7 a 11 de la mañana (una franja horaria muy amplia), pero si tienes excursiones contratadas antes (como en mi caso), no te preparan nada para llevar, por lo que pierdes el desayuno de esos días o pagas por coger algo en la cafetería que abre un poco antes. En cuanto al servicio es espectacular, todos son muy amables y serviciales. Sin querer bloqueamos la caja fuerte y en cuanto llamé a recepción subieron a ayudarnos. CANCUN, amazing trip worth taking!
The urban oasis turned out to be an amazing stay. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful. Raquel at the reception helped us with all of our requests, and we even got a complimentary all inclusive day pass to the Grand Palm Oasis. At first the area appeared to be devoid of any activities but after exploring the area we could easily get a 10 minute bus journey to any of Cancuns hot spots including the beach resort for as little as a dollar. Overall our stay at the hotel was very relaxing. The pool area is perfect. We topped off our trip with a visit to Play Tortuga (1 dollar bus journey from outside hotel), and booked a day trip on a ferry to go to the famous Isle Mujures. This is a MUST visit! It is literally paradise. We got to snorkel along the Mexican ocean.

The urban oasis- for a relaxing stay in Cancun
We had an amazing stay at this hotel, staying in the junior suite which was definitely worth the extra money as the view of the pool side is beautgul,, it’s been a week of relaxation. We took full advantage of the complimentary one day pass to the sister hotel grand palm oasis which was definitely worth it. The staff were friendly and all communal facilities were clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this stay if you’re looking for a chilled out stay whilst in Mexico. The pool area is beautiful at night with the lights and music. Raquel was so helpful during our stay and made sure we had the best experience. We will be back.

Oh! Cancun Oasis for a quiet, budget friendly escape
The Oh! Cancun resort was a small urban hotel that had all the amenities for a relaxing and quiet week's vacation. The hotel is centrally located, easy to get to from the airport. My room was large, with a balcony overlooking the pool area with a bathroom, a large TV and a clock-radio that has a port for iPhone. The king size bed was super comfortable and the balcony is large enough to have dinner on. The best part of my stay was the staff. The front desk staff were amazing and helpful. Raquel and Aretzali started and ended my stay with kindness and informative answer to all my questions. Marco del Restaurante es muy anfitrión!! Tuvimos problemas con la energía ya que en la noche el sector tuvo un shutdown; deberían tener una planta de emergencia para todos los sectores del hotel. El diésel de la planta de emergencia generó humo en la habitación y no nos dejó dormir.

Fue una muy buena experiencia estar en este Hotel. Personal muy amable, en especial Brenda, José, Erik, Kenia y Angel. El joven encargado del Cheking en la noche, no recordamos su nombre, pero fue completamente amable. Sobre todo cuando no entendíamos cómo conectarnos a internet y nos ayudó a pesar de andar ocupado .Sí volveríamos a hospedarnos en este hotel. Hotel en centro de Cancún, sobre avenida Tulum. No en la zona hotelera. Muy pintorezco. Renovado con buen gusto. No tiene playa, pero una linda piscina Buen desayuno, si no SOS exigente., Un día nos quejamos porque se notaba un cambio del cocinero y luego nos enviaron una bandeja de frutas. A la habitación. Hotel limpio, linda decoración y personal súper amable con sus áreas de oportunidad.
En general el hotel me pareció lindo, limpio en todo momento cosa que es súper importante, la habitación era amplia, con balcón y doble ventana lo cual aislaba perfecto el ruido de la calle y la cama muy cómoda. Teníamos el desayuno incluído y siempre había lo básico, huevos, fruta, panes, cereales, jugo y café. Los huevos usualmente los hacían con jamón y yo que no como, pedía unos sólo revueltos y muy amablemente me los hacían.. a lo que le doy estrellita ya que eso era muy importante para mí. En todo momento el personal de todo el hotel fué súper amable y al pendiente de que todo siempre estuviera perfecto con nuestra estancia.
