Nice place
Nice, modern hotel in the town of Cancun. Within the grounds it does feel like you're at the beach. It is indeed an oasis. The pool and surrounding area is nice to relax in. This hotel has an excellent location if you are just staying for a night and want to be close to a grocery store and the ADO bus station.

Pretty good hotel in downtown Cancun
Stayed here for two weeks in December. The rooms on the 4th floor that face the pool are pretty nice. Avoid the second floor because of the noise of the ice machine. The service could be better, but in general, the staff is really nice and competent. Breakfast could be improved. Compliments to Anselmo and Francisco that work at the reception, really nice people.

Amazing pool area
Stopped in for lunch at a slow time. Was able to speak to my waiter, David. He told me about the hotel and offered to give me a tour of the pool area. Wow! What an incredible design - the pools and landscaping, plus all the day beds, hot tubs, it was really nice. This would be a great place to hang out for the day. I wanted to commend David for going out of his way to show me this beautiful pool area.

A Diamond in the Rough
The absolute nicest property in Downtown Cancon. Staff is amazing . David and Filomen at the White Terrence are wonderful. The pool and outside area are fantastic. I will definitely stay here again. Great food? So many of the annoying situations at other places are not present her Oh! The Urban Oasis. I’ve been since June 11 and have extended my time her just because I can! Certainly close to everything. Taxis and busses outside the store. From desk did not get me into 8:30 pm because the intermediate broker did not pass on my reservation (which meant nothing to do with Oh! The Urban Oasis. Extremely clean. Everything works great and maid was amazing. The only down sides were the result of Covid 19 precautions. No gathering to drink in the bar! Pool is open until 12.

Vacation
A beautiful pool area with very attentive staff (Filemon was great!) but the rooms are a little tired. Otherwise great location and easy access to everything nearby! The busses are really easy to use to get to the hotel zone and the beaches and downtown Cancun is fun to explore for a real taste of Mexico!

Very good Budget Hotel
Away from the big hotel strip but close to buses, great shopping and bars/ restaurants. Lovely clean room and the breakfast is varied and excellent. Pool area is just as everyone says...a calm oasis. I booked it because of the pool and it more than lived up to my expectations. Bar area by the pool does the best pina coladas for only $4 . Pool food was nothing special . And lots of dining choice a short walk away. Nice staff. I recommend it !!

Much needed Vacation
The room was exceptionally clean the pool was chilly but refreshing the location was perfect close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Lack of night time activities in the hotel was the reason for the 4 star but close enough to some local activity. I definitely had an advantage of knowing someone who lives local so got to see extra sights and restaurants that the locals go to. I'm still here at the hotel, my stay ends tomorrow but if I were to return to Cancun I would definitely stay here again.

3 star excursions hub
The hotel is well located in downtown Cancun, close to local restaurant and markets. Rooms are spacious but quite basic. Toiletries are low quality. The toilet did not flush properly. Breakfast was average, and there was no breakfast tea.

Good value for money
Nice place rooms and hotel are to a good clean standard the bathroom in our room could have done with a freshen up but was still clean. The staff are friendly and helpful and facilities are all good. Breakfast is a bit random more like dinner but a good selection definitely a good place for the price

Will definitely stay again
No complaints! Staff was great especially my waiter Filemon!! Fantastic value for the price!! Close to everything, clean and beautiful pool area!!!!! Food was decent. Easy check and check out, parking is secure

Good hotel, great service
First of all, service was amazing. We had difficulty with our reservation, but Aketzali (receptionist) sorted it out with a lot of effort! That was great! Breakfast is okay. Sometimes better, sometimes worse. Rooms are Standard. We had a room in first night in smart oasis and the others in oh the urban oasis. If you have a choice get urban oasis. It is a bit more new. Music gets louder in the afternoon at the pool.

Good place to stay
It was awesome to stay at this hotel. Aketzsalli at main reception, and the rest of the staff was very informative and helpful, no matter question or request. My room was always clean and neat. Only minus was that my shower overflow every time I used it, didn’t drowned though :) Breakfast buffet was good and diverse everyday. Pastries could be more varied but it was good. Nice size pool. Location very good in Cancun centrum, close to everything and easy access to the beach by bus or taxi at a reasonable price. Overall a great stay, great hotel. Will definitely stay again here.

I would definitely come back to the oasis!
I would like to say that the staff was excellent, pool and gym were great, check in was smooth. My only negative was that the pillows were not that soft and the beds don’t have a blanket, they have sheets but no blankets. The breakfast was awesome and was included with my reservation. It was definitely worth the price I paid under $90 a night. Thanks Oasis , will recommend and come back to stay.

Not Good for Bad Leg
We liked everything about this place except for dealing with the motor traffic on foot. Our suite was clean and cool, the staff were friendly and helpful and the pool area was quiet and spacious. We opted to include breakfast and especially enjoyed the selection of fresh fruit. There are tons of great taquerias nearby and lots of other restaurants as well. Our problem was getting to them. I have a bad knee and crossing the busy streets of fast traffic was really scary for us. If you are quick on your feet and want to stay in Centro, this is a great option.

Excellent experience, with a bit of room for improvement.
My wife and I stayed at Oh by Oasis for 14 nights. Pros: staff working inside the hotel, especially waiters and housekeepers, room was spacious and clean, location was excellent (right in the city centre, next to the entrance of the hotel zone), free secured car park, pool area. Cons: toilet in the bedroom was tired as well as the gym, reception and concierge staff were not very friendly and quite robotics (one morning at 6.50 I approached a gentleman at reception, possibly the night manager, reporting that the water dispenser in the gym was not working as well the A/C so I asked him for a bottle of water, he laughed and told me that I should buy it in the café. So bad he lost an opportunity to recover the issue) I cannot thank enough José and Emmanuel from the breakfast team
