Great Cancun Hotel
Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Great sized room which was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful with a variety of choices on offer to suit all tastes. Pool area was relaxing & Ivan at the pool bar was lovely and offered good service.

Good experience
We had an amazing stay at the hotel! Everything was perfect from the room to the service. The breakfast was especially outstanding, a huge thank you to Erick Suarez and Santiago who took such great care of us every morning. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Their professionalism and kindness truly made our experience even more special. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!

Very good experience
My girlfriend and I have come for 3 nights and we liked it very much. Breakfast was great, the people who work here are very friendly, especially Carlos, Diego and Belen have taken care of us very well. I'm sure we'll come here again. Thank you very much.

Great service and attention.
Great, a great hotel I definitely highly recommend, their first class staff, Erik the one who attends to the bar, great their attention and the people in general from the manager, watch all to those who do the heavy trauma that keep the rooms clean all generally very helpful.

Amazing experience

Fantastic Hotel and friendly staff
Fantastic Hotel very clean and friendly staff. It is a beautiful hotel me and my girlfriend were there with beautiful weather. We were very friendly welcomed by the reception and especially the manager of the hotel super nice lady thanks again, my birthday was March 10th and she left a nice surprise with a beautiful letter for us, she makes our vacation completely memorable. The room was beautiful with air conditioning and clean too. On the top floor of the hotel you can get ice cubes. Nice swimming pool and a delicious breakfast. We will definitely come back here again.

Excellent experience, 10 out of 10
Excellent service in all areas of the hotel. It only takes frigo bar to mnaener cold meats or cold drinks. The TV was going a little image but turning off and turning on was solved. the restaurant good buffet with good seasoning and daily cleaning was excellent

EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE
Excellent hotel, central privileged location to all Cancun, cleanliness in every corner and delicious breakfast, well kept wet areas with lots of tranquility. Wendy the very friendly and polite receptionist, attentive practitioners, loving trunks, polite cleaning staff and always smiling entrance guards. I'll be back? Of course I do. Will I recommend it? Of course. Plus the very good cost for everything the hotel offers.

Perfect location
Good location. If you come looking to do many tours, the hotel is one of the pickup points of many tours which facilitates transfers. It is very close to supermarkets, the 28th market and hotel area. Just to improve the cleanliness of the sheets, we find ours with brown spots.

Spectacular breakfast.
The rooms are spacious, with giant double bed, the bathroom well equipped. All areas nice, modern and very clean. I especially loved the breakfast buffet, it is exceptional. I'd just turn down the volume of the music in the pool.

EXCELLENCE IN SERVICE
Very good experience in general, facilities, quality of food at breakfast and especially the staff, Wendy, Alexandra, Mario, Michael the waiter, and even the lifeguard (Adrián), and hernard. I consider the human factor as key to the service received.

The facilities are beautiful, clean,accessible in very good taste and the restaurant is delicious, great taste, the waiters always pending..All the staff are very attentive and friendly, I highly recommend it and although it is in the center has easy access to wherever you want to go..I loved ❤️
