Aketzali checked us in! Very friendly, good experience. Room was clean, breakfast was good. Not part of hotel zone, things like restaurants and convenient. Stores are very accessible. Overall good experience, but highly recommend.

The Oh! Cancun resort was a small urban hotel that had all the amenities for a relaxing and quiet week's vacation. The hotel is centrally located, easy to get to from the airport. We booked one night at the Oh! but were given rooms at their adjacent property. The pool area, restaurant and our room were all attractive and well thought out. We enjoyed the in-room coffee maker and they were generous with the coffee packets and set up. The breakfast was included and the buffet had a nice variety of fruits and hot and cold items....

Jose Luis was great and helped us out alot! He did maintainens at the hotel. He did an amazing job. The hotell was good, and I loves the pool as well. The outside area is the best part because there are sofas with a bar/restaurant and a big pool. When the weather is good, you can Really enjoy the poolside.

Iván was very welcoming and kind. Kenia was always warm to me. The staff at this hotel made my experience wonderful. I was travelling solo and Raquel was very helpful regarding my questions about Cancun. I would come back here. It's truly an Oasis in the middle of the city.
