Highly recommend for couples!
My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at the Grand Oasis Cancun, and it was perfect. The romantic dinner on the beach was unforgettable, and our server, Andrea, made sure every detail was flawless. The nightly entertainment was a bonus. We can’t wait to return next year!

Amazing family holiday in Cancun 2024
We were a group of 14. When we arrived, there was only a short way to get to our rooms so we were able to eat at the buffet until they were ready. The rooms were fine, and housekeeping kept them very clean, straightening up every day. Our fridges were refilled every day and we often had a small treats in the evening like chocolate covered strawberries. Thanks to our Concierge Francisco who spoiled us throughout the week. We really enjoyed the restaurants in particular Benazuza. Excellent meal/experience. Met the chef and we were very impressed!!. Previously, we also did the Black Sens restaurant and that was a great experience. We ate at Le petit chef for the first time. It was a unique and fun experience.our waiter at Careyes, Jose, was fun and friendly and made the experience better. The waiters at Benazuza were also excellent. Our concierge Francisco, was super helpful with everything from making dinner bookings, getting fish food for the kids so they could feed the fish, providing us with toys for in the pool, and all around keeping in contact, ensuring we had everything we needed or wanted.

First in Mexico and it was a a good experience
My experience was amazing, with Rafael Perez and Alejandro Canto Concierge. The individual were polite,Profesional and took care any concerns that I had in an efficient time frame. I believe these two individuals are an asset to the resort.

Great Customer Service!
I had such a great time! The energy and liveliness of the resort were incredible. The workers there made me feel very welcomed. I would like to specifically mention Florence, Yudith and Miguel at Miramar Beach Club. These were some of the nicest people ever. They are also very efficient at their job.

Unforgettable
Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Frank was very polite and profesional. Sebastiana very efficient and dedicated to her work. All the staff made my birthday and wedding anniversary amazing. Looking forward to see you next year.

Wonderful
The service was great from everyone different foods and it all was good a lot of activities and fun things to do friendly staff and many restaurants to choose from rooms are spacious and room service was on time with food and we received it hit the only down is room service menu is limited

Awesome experience at the Grand Oasis Cancun
My friend and I had an awesome time. The workers are very pleasant, helpful, and kind. I would like to give a special shoutout to Edwin at the front desk and Miguel at the Beach Club Miramar for their amazing service. Overall, the hotel is well-kept, with amazing views and a great location. I will definitely be returning in the near future.

Pasamos una mayoría en nuestro tiempo en el Miramar Beach Club en una cama Bali y piscina solo para adultos! Toda la semana nos esperaba Yudith como nuestra camarera en el club de playa. Florencio y Miguel Cohou estaban de camareros. ¡Hicieron la semana increíble! Yudith se mantuvo al tanto de nuestras bebidas y Florencio y Miguel sabían lo que queríamos cuando caminamos al bar! Definitivamente hicieron la semana increíble!

Great getaway spot!
The Grand Oasis Cancun is a great spot for a getaway. The restaurants were all unique, and the food was tasty. Special thanks to our waiter Jorge at Benazuza for making our dining experience so memorable. The pool area was clean and lively, although the room service could have been quicker. Overall, I had a great time!

Fantastic experience!
I went to the Grand Oasis Cancun for a family reunion, and it was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Carlos at the Careyes restaurant was outstanding, and the activities by the pool kept us entertained every day. Highly recommend this hotel for families!

Grand oasis
This was my second trip to Grand oasis Cancun, The first one was in 2012 and there was a lot of changes since the first time we came. They have made many upgrades since I was here last, We did upgrade this time and had access to more restaurants and ocean front room which was nice. I do recommend the upgrade. We had reservations 4 out of the 7 night stay. There was other restaurants to go to without a reservation, maki taco you have to get there early if you want to eat there. Also for the restaurants that require a reservation you have to dress appropriate no beachwear closed toe shoes. The Benazuza experience was great, Careyes was great, Los lunas was great, Shakira I did not care for the food the entertainment was good.. We did book excursions to Chichén itza, Tulum, Las Mujures, and did the dolphin experience. If you shop at the flea market price other vendors some are significantly cheaper than other didn’t know until after I had bought my souvenirs. They have shows in the atrium many nights plan your reservations accordingly if you want to attend they are good shows, also get there early the shows start at 7.30 if you want a seat to enjoy the show get there at 6.30. They have several little coffee shops on the property that are quite nice they didn’t have these before. The buffet style restaurants was hit or miss sometimes they had certain things sometimes the didn’t but in my opinion was decent. There was a few things I could have complained about not really worth mentioning. The pool was great they had different types of entertainment lots of things to do. Over my experience was good I think the staff was great.

iran heredia is the best customer service man ever. we called him on the phone to book our trip for march 2024 and he was super helpful. he helped us figure out all of the questions that we had and he was very friendly and nice to talk to. thank you!

Wonderful time again!
We just finished our third trip to the Grand Oasis. Each time has been very enjoyable. The staff, grounds, beach, entertainment, rooms, etc are all very well maintained. Plenty of options for food and drink. We would recommend the Grand Oasis to anyone traveling to Cancun.

Best club
Best barmaids in Mexico… best service you will ever have, they’re so kind, and amazing vibe. I recommend everyone to go there. You’ll have the best time in Mexico. They’re open 6 night a week. Don’t miss it. Great music and karaoke night………..

My Feb Vacation
Arrived today at Grand Oasis from Chicago. Checked In and went to cafeteria to grab a cup of coffee and was greeted by Sara and Carmen. Very warm welcome and they made me great coffee. Thank you ladies, will step by in the morning again for coffee.
