La atención que brindan Carmen y Lalo es MAGNÍFICA. Son muy atentos, amables y explican perfectamente sobre los productos que tienen en barra. Las bebidas que pedimos son deliciosas. Arrived today at Grand Oasis from Chicago. Checked In and went to cafeteria to grab a cup of coffee and was greeted by Sara and Carmen. Very warm welcome and they made me great coffee. Thank you ladies, will step by in the morning again for coffee.

Best barmaids in Mexico… best service you will ever have, they’re so kind, and amazing vibe. I recommend everyone to go there. You’ll have the best time in Mexico. They’re open 6 night a week. Don’t miss it. Great music and karaoke night………..

This was my second trip to Grand oasis Cancun, The first one was in 2012 and there was a lot of changes since the first time we came. They have made many upgrades since I was here last, We did upgrade this time and had access to more restaurants and ocean front room which was nice. I do recommend the upgrade. We had reservations 4 out of the 7 night...

We just finished our third trip to the Grand Oasis. Each time has been very enjoyable. The staff, grounds, beach, entertainment, rooms, etc are all very well maintained. Plenty of options for food and drink. We would recommend the Grand Oasis to anyone traveling to Cancun.

iran heredia is the best customer service man ever. we called him on the phone to book our trip for march 2024 and he was super helpful. he helped us figure out all of the questions that we had and he was very friendly and nice to talk to. thank you!
