Wonderful place to stay, very clean, great food, wonderful pool, and fantastic location. Easy to get anywhere in cancun. The food here is really good, the staff are fantastic, we had some issues with Sunwing as they didn’t send reps to the hotel for us to book excursions and Raquel was amazing at helping us out. Highly recommend staying here:)

Very nice stuff and helpful is wel they will help with everything.And I enjoy staying in here and stuf will try to help you with everything if you have missed flights or canceled they will always found a way how to help you and never will leave you.

If I was to talk about the hotel itself I'd most likely give it a lower rate, but if I was talking about the resturant inside the hotel it's self it was a nice experience where I felt at home. The food was a bit typical Mexican-American which was good and I definitely felt the cooks tried their best into making it a wonderful taste, I'm not sure who...

Place is great for a couple nights stay. Great staff overall. breakfast is nice and pool area well kept unfortunately pool closes at 8 pm. Rooms are fine, but bedsheets are scratchy. Overall 6 out of 10.

We have just stayed at the hotel for a week. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Our time in Cancun was a mixture of sightseeing with a couple of days relaxing by the pool. Like visiting family. Except better. Everyone was exceptional. Security, reception, housekeeping, all amazing. Room was great, food was excellent and staff wonderful.
