Great For Families With Kids
This was a family trip….2 families with 3 girls ages 10-12. We had a pretty good time. No need to leave the resort if you don’t want to. Take an hour or two your first day to learn about the locations of the many amenities throughout the property as well as the dress codes and dinner hours at the restaurants. A few restaurants are adult only. Manuel Reyes was our waiter at a few of the restaurants and he was great! Virgin Pina Colada and Iced Caramel Frozen Drink for the win!!! Definitely family friendly…the kids were more interested in the pools than anything. Get out EARLY EARLY to get you a cabana!!! The shower was a little tricky. Almost time for the rooms to be updated. They’re not stuck in the early 1900s, but could stand a little modern flair. Looks like the lobbies were

Cancun Trip
Nice hotel, drinks were great, and food was very delicious at Alma, Bites Food Hall, and Dos Lunas! Enrique at Dos Lunas provided excellent service and for that I'll return for the pasta! Victor at Alma also provided exceptional service. These 2 gentleman were knowledgeable of the menus and provided 1st class service! I'll definitely return to this resort.

Rica cena en Cocoa
En general el hotel está súper bien, la comida de los restaurantes está rica pero la que más me gusto fue la de Cocoa, ademas de que el mesero (Ignacio) fue súper agradable y servicial. La playa está limpia, me tocó sin zargazo y el mar súper rico. Recomendado! :)

Bonito! Pero le falta !
El hotel es lo que cuesta, esta tranquilo, la playa es hermosa si traes niños es una alberca, el servicio si es un poco amigable fueron muy pocas personas amables en el hotel, el animador EDUIN fue de las personas con mayor amabilidad y servicial, a él le doy un 10, y los de sport bar mis respetos y quieres algo bonito y barato es lo ideal, aún que falta variedad en la comida. Quizás volvería a regresar’

En Pool bar Josué 10/10 Las habitaciones en buen estado Es un hotel muy muy familiar, tiene varias actividades aunque podría tener más, la playa es muy linda, muy poco Oleage! En cuanto al hotel tardamos 1:30 en hacer check in, es un poco tedioso el servicio de recepción!

Great stay but...
The Pyramid at Grand Oasis was a great place to stay. The pools and amenities were fantastic. However, the check-in process took a bit longer than expected. Overall, it was still a pleasant experience.

Recomendable para ir en familia, hotel enfocado en un ambiente 100% familiar.
Es un buen hotel bueno, enfocado en un ambiente familiar, sus restaurantes son buenos, mas el buffet pudiera mejorar, la playa esta muy padre ,ideal para niños. En cuanto al servicio, la verdad resuelven rapido y dan seguimiento lo cual hace q notes la importancia en el servicio al cliente. PROS -Playa -Restaurantes tematicos -Servicio -Alberca CONS -Cualquier ruido se escucha en la habitación, pudieran trabajar en cosas cómo limitar el volumen de la tele. -Calidad de alimentos y bebidas en buffet. -Filas en buffet para entrar o para pedir cosas de la plancha.

Casi todo perfecto.
Todo muy bien, lo recomiendo y regresaría muchas veces, pero si “hay un pelo en la sopa”, los videojuegos no funcionan, hay una zona de juegos, donde existen muchos video juegos, pero no encontré ninguno que funcione. Muy mal por eso. Del resto, todo bien

Nuestra experiencia en familia fue muy buena , todo salio mejor de como pensábamos, volveríamos a elegirlos!!
Son un 10 en todo!! La estadía fue más de lo esperado, repetiriamos unos días más! Las camas , las almohadas , los espacios de las piletas, las comidas y restaurantes son un 10! El que más nos gustó fue el BITES ahí la atención de todos fue espectacular!! Muy agradecidos con todos🧡

Me gusto el hotel
Muy buen hotel tomando en cuenta la relación calidad/precio. Fui con mi esposa y la pasamos muy bien. La playa es tranquila y sin oleaje. Regresaría con mis hijos creo que se divertirían mucho. Recomendaría tener un poco mas de variedad en los snacks.

Leí muchas opiniones malas antes de ir y tenía miedo. Pero mi experiencia fué completamente todo lo contrario, fué satisfactoria y relajante, me sentí muy consentida y súper atendida, creo que las malas opiniones son de gente tacaña que no da propina, a mí me dieron un trato maravilloso y quiero felicitar especialmente al mesero del bar de la playa del Grand Oasis Palm, Samuel un chico súper amable y que nos trato muy bien, hicimos amistad con él. Por otra parte también recomendamos la atención de Victor el barman del bar del lobby del Sens, una persona con la que también hicimos amistad, amable y divertido 😀 esperamos volverlo a ver en nuestra próxima visita, ya que nos invitó a regresar 🙌🏻 La atención que te den es conforme a como tú te dirijas a las personas y siempre debe ser con respeto, ya que son personas que están trabajando y dando lo mejor de sí, entiendan que atienden a muchísimas personas al día y no pueden dar prioridad o poner a alguien antes que a otro, agradezco a éstas personas que hicieron mi estancia más agradable y quiero mencionar también a Julio Balam del restaurante Cocoa Beach, gracias a la complicidad de él con mi esposo, tuve una velada hermosa y romántica 🥰 nunca olvidaré esa cena ya que me pidieron matrimonio, la decoración con pétalos de rosa en la mesa fué muy romántica, junto con 2 botellas de vino y comimos una deliciosa Langosta 🦞 Muchas gracias a todo el equipo del Grand Oasis Palm, también me hicieron Up-grade mi reserva era en El Grand Oasis Palm y me dieron habitación en El Sens y además el early check in, llegué a las 10 am y me entregaron mi habitación, estuve super encantada con todo ❤️ Volveremos 🙌🏻

En relación a los malos comentarios vistos ; debo decirles que son Mentiras! El hotel es maravilloso, la comida inmejorarable ; tiene en todo momento 3 restaurantes gigantes pra comer tipo buffet; no se que más grande querrá el Sr que escribió que eran pequeños ; aparte de eso tiene 10 restauntes de todas las especialidades y si quizás tenga razón en el olor a humedad de algunas habitaciones ; sobretodo las más baratas pero puse la queja inmediatamente me pusieron la mejor habitación con un sobrecosto mínimo ; la verdad han sido de mis mejores vacaciones y la playa; ok no es para sortear es para relajarse pero cerca hay playas con más oleaje ; pero para descansar es hermoso .

Great honeymoon
Lovely honeymoon at grand oasis beach lovely but a lot seaweed in the water not a lot sun beds same round pool if you want a sun bed wake up early restaurants spot on how ever book In advance but not restaurants are included in the inclusive general buffet in decent get there early to avoid ques lovely little food market aswell in the evenings check in late at night is a disaster they give u your bands then shuffle you out the door without clue where you going be careful reps offer free breakfast slash lunch but be warned u have to sit through 90mins of a sales pitch then pressure to buy time share rooms excellent defo worth paying the extra for a sea view room swim up bars nice sea lovely stay away from the hotel shop very pricey but there 7/11 shop outside the hotel 2 min walk very reasonable all things considered I would recommend coming to grand oasis .

Informational Review/5 yr old Vaca!
The resort is beautiful. We just got back- my husband, myself and our 5 yr old daughter. The resort is is set up very well. All of the restaurants are close enough together - we did have to make reservations at them every day at 4:00 but it really wasn’t a big deal & a always got them with zero issues. The food was really good at the one we ended up going to most nights - Cafe Del Bar -we did have an issue bc kids can’t eat inside.this is bc it’s in the Sens section of the resort. I was upset bc it’s so hot all day you don’t want to eat outside. I went to the desk to ask about it & they immediately spoke to the man that was in charge at the restaurant and he was so wonderful. He say is inside, in an area where it was just us and they took care of us very well. Thank you!! And the food there was awesome! We did end up eating outside the other nights and it had cool down by making reservations later around 730 and it was nice to eat outside after all.

Le Petit Experience was EXCELLENT!!! Food prepared by Chef Cesar was delicious!!! Bartolome Canche was GREAT!!! Very welcoming and made sure my drink was well prepared. Francisco Silva and Alejandro Goneora were very attentive to my family's needs. It was a great experience that I would recommend to all. My picky 9 yr eater loved the food and tried everything and loved most.

Great Stay!
This was a very nice resort. It was very clean and our rooms were cleaned every morning. The pools were warm and clean as well. The view was spectacular and there was a lot to do. My only complaint is the food. At most, it was halfway decent and I got sick from it.

I was iffy at first because of checking reviews a couple days before my trip,when we got there check in was quick didn’t get floor I hoped for but what can you do! Got into room the musty smell was a bit much (1208)! But we were going to give it a try anyway well that evening after going back to room after late dinner,we showered and shower leaked all over bathroom floor had to use all our towels to soak it up,we were calling it a night except floors underneath us has a dj playing till 1am easy to say we asked for room change first thing in the morning thankfully Kevin at front desk took care of it! 2nd room much better #2443 great view and no musty smell or leaks! Beach area was nice loved the pool bar spent hours there,we loved la buffet at sens the best and ohh Gabriel made

Fun Stay
Uziel on thr 10th floor Sens side was amazing. We stayed for a week and He was always friendly, attentive, and made great drinks. The downstairs concierge was super helpful when we couldn't get a hold of our taxi reservation. He called them repeatedly and handled the whole conversation for us.

Almost perfect…
We had dinner at the Cocoa Grill and Seafood restaurant. It was rated 5 stars in my map app. They get full points for atmosphere, service and food presentation. The wine was also very good. Carlos our waiter was very good. The actual main course did not live up to the expectations in my opinion. I had ordered asparagus and potatoes as sides…and got mixed vegetables and rice with my shrimp diabla instead. None of the food was hot. We had a very good time, the atmosphere and company and service was first rate. They have a gorgeous location and facility. It could have been perfect if the order had been correct and the food had been hot.

Good but wouldn’t go back
This is a nice hotel but it wasn’t the absolute best time for a couple. December 9-16th, 2022. RESORT: There’s two resorts that share all the pools, restaurants and beach. Grand Oasis and Oasis Palm. One side is suppose to be only adults and even has adults only restaurants. The other side has play structures for kids by the pool. It wasn’t super far from the airport which is nice and you were 4-5 minute walk to some stores, the bus, and also the ferry that takes you to Isla Mujeres (a small island where you can shop, sight see, rent golf carts to drive around, and enjoy a beautiful beach - this all costed extra of course) There was music playing on the beach at all times, which is fine but it was old techno kind of music and we wished it was Latin music to match our beach

Rain, Rain Go Away!
We visited here from Feb 3-7th 2023 for my husband's 50th Birthday. It rained a lot which was a bummer! The resort was clean, our room was clean, and the staff was polite and helpful when needed. FOOD: We eat plant-based (vegan) so we were limited on food. They always had fruit and salad available at the buffet restaurants. Rice, grilled vegetables along with potatoes (which seemed to be cooked in oil) were always available at the buffets. Chips and salsa were usually available along with plenty of pasta. We only ate at the buffet restaurants (La Hacienda & Las Palmas) so we could control what we ate. I cannot comment on Miko Taco or the other restaurants. Their coffee shop (Coffee & Me) did have Soy milk (Soya) except for one time when they ran out. Much of the resort

Family vacation Grand Oasis Palm.
Nice resort, plenty of food options. Staff were Amazing!!!! My 8 year old loved it and didn't want to leave. The only downside is that it is mainly for younger kids under 12, my 15 year old was bored most of the trip. For excursions book with Jorge Chan at the towel desk, great guy and gave a very good price for everything we wanted to do. Stay away from the guys on the beach trying to sell excursions they always over priced especially the company FUNTASTIC ADVENTURES.....(stay away).

Great times, and memories...
We really enjoyed the energy and authentic experience of this place, with its seven or so dining options and all natives in family groups primarily. Beautiful, stunning views of the coast, exceptional entertainment and the Cancun overall magic combine to make this a worthy destination in and of itself, not to mention its relative convenience, to the tower overview which we enjoyed, and it's location right between El Centro and the Zona. Your choice. Have an all inclusive glass of wine, cafe, or a pool game, and enjoy !! (This was part of our honeymoon, which they recognized with complimentary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. Hats off to Monica)

Thanks to the Coffee and Me ladies!
Luz Hernandez and Kristell Martinez at Coffee and Me were great!! Very friendly and hard working. We had a good experience overall at oasis palm. Good food. Lines even during low season, but not always. Included alcoholic drinks were not very good. Our room had low water pressure and a funky smell. But otherwise good accommodations. Good place for children - maybe we’ll return when we have some. Not most ideal place for a couple on their honeymoon but we know how to have a great time anywhere.

I just wanted to say thank you to Modesto Nuh Chuc and Eladio Romero for the good service that they offer to my family at breakfast the last day of our stay at the hotel. Modesto has a very good knowledge of the history of Cancun we enjoy the stories about the Maya culture and how Cancun was created ! we felt like we were on a tour !. also I would like to mention Alexandro at Maki Taco and the Chef she can really cook we asked to meet her what a pleasure ! That the best restaurant at osais ! the only think you have to make a line before 4:00 Pm to schedule your dinner but is worth it ! Food is delicious!!

Me tocó mi habitación en el lado The Sens, bastante bonita y con vista al mar. La comida y las bebidas son bastante buenas y la atención es buena también. Lo que no me gustó es que en los restaurantes de reservación te dicen que a las 4 son las reservaciones y desde las 3 ya hay fila y en 5 minutos se agota el cupo total para esa noche, me pasó en Maki Tako y en Otro que no recuerdo el nombre. Me tocó mi habitación en el lado The Sens, bastante bonita y con vista al mar. La comida y las bebidas son bastante buenas y la atención es buena también. Lo que no me gustó es que en los restaurantes de reservación te dicen que a las 4 son las reservaciones y desde las 3 ya hay fila y en 5 minutos se agota el cupo total para esa noche, me pasó en Maki Tako y en Otro que no recuerdo el nombre. Great food at TWB restaurant and excellent activities for Kids
Excellent service. We really liked the food and great service from Andrés López the white box restaurant. He provided us with excellent service and the food was amazing! We also used the Kids Club, and our son had the best time ever. The staff is so friendly and they do arts & crafts and other activities that kids will love! Kudos to Fabiola, Karla, Yessica, Zeidy and Cecilia. Absolutely recommended if you want to really enjoy your vacation :)

This is our third time at this resort and we always love it. Sakura especially was amazing. Well worth the additional cost. The food was incredible and the entertainment was wonderful. Alejandro was the best server and took amazing care of us! Jesus and Evelyn were also great. A wonderful night to celebrate my husband’s birthday with some of our closest friends!

Baby blue crab Kids Zone
BABY BLUE CRAB Kids Zone. Open from morning till night so parents can drop their kids off anytime, but must remain close and on property to use the kids club. Lots of activities like arts and crafts, dancing, swimming and movie night, while other activities have an age limit (7-8 an older) just to be allowed to use the video game room. The club takes the kids to the kids buffet for lunch and dinner. My kids loved the club and the women running the kids club. During swim time there's a lifeguard on duty. My little guys met a new friend from Florida there (Ian was his name) and they still talk about him from time to time. Hoping to be back again soon.

This hotel was so fun! We had a blast with the bartender Uziel, he was so fun and good at making drinks! He definitely made sure that we were having a good time. Our experience was great and everyone is super nice and welcoming and warm. The service was excellent. The amenities were also excellent the pools and the beach are so clean and beautiful. The bar service is excellent with awesome drinks. The food is outstanding. As for food service the buffet at la hacienda the server named Mario was super attentive and very very nice, we always had everything we needed he refilled our drinks before they were even empty and is an all around friendly person who talked with us for quite some time go visit Mario at la hacienda! Great memories created!
I was iffy at first because of checking reviews a couple days before my trip,when we got there check in was quick didn’t get floor I hoped for but what can you do! Got into room the musty smell was a bit much (1208)! But we were going to give it a try anyway well that evening after going back to room after late dinner,we showered and shower leaked all over bathroom floor had to use all our towels to soak it up,we were calling it a night except floors underneath us has a dj playing till 1am easy to say we asked for room change first thing in the morning thankfully Kevin at front desk took care of it! 2nd room much better #2443 great view and no musty smell or leaks! Beach area was nice loved the pool bar spent hours there,we loved la buffet at sens the best and ohh Gabriel made

This was a very nice resort. It was very clean and our rooms were cleaned every morning. The pools were warm and clean as well. The view was spectacular and there was a lot to do. My only complaint is the food. At most, it was halfway decent and I got sick from it.

Great For Families With Kids
This was a family trip….2 families with 3 girls ages 10-12. We had a pretty good time. No need to leave the resort if you don’t want to. Take an hour or two your first day to learn about the locations of the many amenities throughout the property as well as the dress codes and dinner hours at the restaurants. A few restaurants are adult only. Manuel Reyes was our waiter at a few of the restaurants and he was great! Virgin Pina Colada and Iced Caramel Frozen Drink for the win!!! Definitely family friendly…the kids were more interested in the pools than anything. Get out EARLY EARLY to get you a cabana!!! The shower was a little tricky. Nice hotel, drinks were great, and food was very delicious at Alma, Bites Food Hall, and Dos Lunas! Enrique at Dos Lunas provided excellent service and for that I'll return for the pasta! En cuanto al servicio, la verdad resuelven rapido y dan seguimiento lo cual hace q notes la importancia en el servicio al cliente. En relación a los malos comentarios vistos ; debo decirles que son Mentiras! El hotel es maravilloso, la comida inmejorarable ; tiene en todo momento 3 restaurantes gigantes pra comer tipo buffet; no se que más grande querrá el Sr que escribió que eran pequeños ; aparte de eso tiene 10 restauntes de todas las especialidades y si quizás tenga razón en el olor a humedad de algunas habitaciones ; sobretodo las más baratas pero puse la queja inmediatamente me pusieron la mejor habitación con un sobrecosto mínimo ; la verdad han sido de mis mejores vacaciones y la playa; ok no es para sortear es para relajarse pero cerca hay playas con más oleaje ; pero para descansar es hermoso .

Informational Review/5 yr old Vaca!
The resort is beautiful. We just got back- my husband, myself and our 5 yr old daughter. The resort is is set up very well. All of the restaurants are close enough together - we did have to make reservations at them every day at 4:00 but it really wasn’t a big deal & a always got them with zero issues. The food was really good at the one we ended up going to most nights - Cafe Del Bar -we did have an issue bc kids can’t eat inside.this is bc it’s in the Sens section of the resort. I was upset bc it’s so hot all day you don’t want to eat outside. I went to the desk to ask about it & they immediately spoke to the man that was in charge at the restaurant and he was so wonderful. He say is inside, in an area where it was just us and they took care of us very well. Thank you!! And the food there was awesome! We did end up eating outside the other nights and it had cool down by making reservations later around 730 and it was nice to eat outside after all.

Cancun Trip
Nice hotel, drinks were great, and food was very delicious at Alma, Bites Food Hall, and Dos Lunas! Enrique at Dos Lunas provided excellent service and for that I'll return for the pasta! Victor at Alma also provided exceptional service. These 2 gentleman were knowledgeable of the menus and provided 1st class service! I'll definitely return to this resort.

Great For Families With Kids
This was a family trip….2 families with 3 girls ages 10-12. We had a pretty good time. No need to leave the resort if you don’t want to. Take an hour or two your first day to learn about the locations of the many amenities throughout the property as well as the dress codes and dinner hours at the restaurants. A few restaurants are adult only. Manuel Reyes was our waiter at a few of the restaurants and he was great! Virgin Pina Colada and Iced Caramel Frozen Drink for the win!!! Definitely family friendly…the kids were more interested in the pools than anything. Get out EARLY EARLY to get you a cabana!!! The shower was a little tricky. Almost time for the rooms to be updated. They’re not stuck in the early 1900s, but could stand a little modern flair. Looks like the lobbies were

Le Petit
Le Petit Experience was EXCELLENT!!! Food prepared by Chef Cesar was delicious!!! Bartolome Canche was GREAT!!! Very welcoming and made sure my drink was well prepared. Francisco Silva and Alejandro Goneora were very attentive to my family's needs. It was a great experience that I would recommend to all. My picky 9 yr eater loved the food and tried everything and loved most.

Great Stay!
This was a very nice resort. It was very clean and our rooms were cleaned every morning. The pools were warm and clean as well. The view was spectacular and there was a lot to do. My only complaint is the food. At most, it was halfway decent and I got sick from it.

Great memories created!
I was iffy at first because of checking reviews a couple days before my trip,when we got there check in was quick didn’t get floor I hoped for but what can you do! Got into room the musty smell was a bit much (1208)! But we were going to give it a try anyway well that evening after going back to room after late dinner,we showered and shower leaked all over bathroom floor had to use all our towels to soak it up,we were calling it a night except floors underneath us has a dj playing till 1am easy to say we asked for room change first thing in the morning thankfully Kevin at front desk took care of it! 2nd room much better #2443 great view and no musty smell or leaks! Beach area was nice loved the pool bar spent hours there,we loved la buffet at sens the best and ohh Gabriel made

Fun Stay
Uziel on thr 10th floor Sens side was amazing. We stayed for a week and He was always friendly, attentive, and made great drinks. The downstairs concierge was super helpful when we couldn't get a hold of our taxi reservation. He called them repeatedly and handled the whole conversation for us.

Almost perfect…
We had dinner at the Cocoa Grill and Seafood restaurant. It was rated 5 stars in my map app. They get full points for atmosphere, service and food presentation. The wine was also very good. Carlos our waiter was very good. The actual main course did not live up to the expectations in my opinion. I had ordered asparagus and potatoes as sides…and got mixed vegetables and rice with my shrimp diabla instead. None of the food was hot. We had a very good time, the atmosphere and company and service was first rate. They have a gorgeous location and facility. It could have been perfect if the order had been correct and the food had been hot.

Good but wouldn’t go back
This is a nice hotel but it wasn’t the absolute best time for a couple. December 9-16th, 2022. RESORT: There’s two resorts that share all the pools, restaurants and beach. Grand Oasis and Oasis Palm. One side is suppose to be only adults and even has adults only restaurants. The other side has play structures for kids by the pool. It wasn’t super far from the airport which is nice and you were 4-5 minute walk to some stores, the bus, and also the ferry that takes you to Isla Mujeres (a small island where you can shop, sight see, rent golf carts to drive around, and enjoy a beautiful beach - this all costed extra of course) There was music playing on the beach at all times, which is fine but it was old techno kind of music and we wished it was Latin music to match our beach

Rain, Rain Go Away!
We visited here from Feb 3-7th 2023 for my husband's 50th Birthday. It rained a lot which was a bummer! The resort was clean, our room was clean, and the staff was polite and helpful when needed. FOOD: We eat plant-based (vegan) so we were limited on food. They always had fruit and salad available at the buffet restaurants. Rice, grilled vegetables along with potatoes (which seemed to be cooked in oil) were always available at the buffets. Chips and salsa were usually available along with plenty of pasta. We only ate at the buffet restaurants (La Hacienda & Las Palmas) so we could control what we ate. I cannot comment on Miko Taco or the other restaurants. Their coffee shop (Coffee & Me) did have Soy milk (Soya) except for one time when they ran out. Much of the resort

Family vacation Grand Oasis Palm.
Nice resort, plenty of food options. Staff were Amazing!!!! My 8 year old loved it and didn't want to leave. The only downside is that it is mainly for younger kids under 12, my 15 year old was bored most of the trip. For excursions book with Jorge Chan at the towel desk, great guy and gave a very good price for everything we wanted to do. Stay away from the guys on the beach trying to sell excursions they always over priced especially the company FUNTASTIC ADVENTURES.....(stay away).

Great times, and memories...
We really enjoyed the energy and authentic experience of this place, with its seven or so dining options and all natives in family groups primarily. Beautiful, stunning views of the coast, exceptional entertainment and the Cancun overall magic combine to make this a worthy destination in and of itself, not to mention its relative convenience, to the tower overview which we enjoyed, and it's location right between El Centro and the Zona. Your choice. Have an all inclusive glass of wine, cafe, or a pool game, and enjoy !! (This was part of our honeymoon, which they recognized with complimentary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. Hats off to Monica)

Thanks to the Coffee and Me ladies!
Luz Hernandez and Kristell Martinez at Coffee and Me were great!! Very friendly and hard working. We had a good experience overall at oasis palm. Good food. Lines even during low season, but not always. Included alcoholic drinks were not very good. Our room had low water pressure and a funky smell. But otherwise good accommodations. Good place for children - maybe we’ll return when we have some. Not most ideal place for a couple on their honeymoon but we know how to have a great time anywhere.

Coffee & me the service was excellent! We want to say thank you to Kristell Martinez and Luz Hernandez. They we’re very friendly to us. As well; in general the Hotel is fantastic all the restaurants and the beverages everything was excellent thank you so much to all people who work hard everyday and always with smile when we have any questions! They’re friendly to answer to us. We have and amazing family vacation at Oasis Palm. People work hard every day to help all guests, at soon we do the check in and before to get our keys to the room. We’re able to go to the restaurant and get ready to go to the areas around the Hotel. Restaurat palmas
I just wanted to say thank you to Modesto Nuh Chuc and Eladio Romero for the good service that they offer to my family at breakfast the last day of our stay at the hotel. Modesto has a very good knowledge of the history of Cancun we enjoy the stories about the Maya culture and how Cancun was created ! we felt like we were on a tour !. also I would like to mention Alexandro at Maki Taco and the Chef she can really cook we asked to meet her what a pleasure ! That the best restaurant at osais ! the only think you have to make a line before 4:00 Pm to schedule your dinner but is worth it ! Food is delicious!!

Great family resort in a good location.
We were really pleased by the service and amenities. especially the service provided by Elizabeth at the Makitaco restaurant and Damian at the pool bar. they were very friendly and went the extra mile to accommodate our request. El lugar está súper lindo , muy buena atención de parte de los meseros y asistentes del lugar , 100% pendientes de cualquier cosa que necesites , limpio el lugar , la comida súper rica. Único comentario para mejores es la atención en recepción , way too long. De resto todo súper :). Milca nos atendió súper buena atención.

Rica cena en Cocoa
En general el hotel está súper bien, la comida de los restaurantes está rica pero la que más me gusto fue la de Cocoa, ademas de que el mesero (Ignacio) fue súper agradable y servicial. La playa está limpia, me tocó sin zargazo y el mar súper rico. Recomendado! :)

El hotel es lo que cuesta, esta tranquilo, la playa es hermosa si traes niños es una alberca, el servicio si es un poco amigable fueron muy pocas personas amables en el hotel, el animador EDUIN fue de las personas con mayor amabilidad y servicial, a él le doy un 10, y los de sport bar mis respetos y quieres algo bonito y barato es lo ideal, aún que falta variedad en la comida. Quizás volvería a regresar’

En Pool bar Josué 10/10 Las habitaciones en buen estado Es un hotel muy muy familiar, tiene varias actividades aunque podría tener más, la playa es muy linda, muy poco Oleage! En cuanto al hotel tardamos 1:30 en hacer check in, es un poco tedioso el servicio de recepción!

Me tocó mi habitación en el lado The Sens, bastante bonita y con vista al mar. La comida y las bebidas son bastante buenas y la atención es buena también. Lo que no me gustó es que en los restaurantes de reservación te dicen que a las 4 son las reservaciones y desde las 3 ya hay fila y en 5 minutos se agota el cupo total para esa noche, me pasó en Maki Tako y en Otro que no recuerdo el nombre. Las cortesías del barco pirata, la misma situación, desde las 7 am ya hay fila y solo con las primeras 10 o 12 personas se acaba el cupo porque es para un número limitado de gente y hay personas que reservan hasta para 8 y 10 personas....

Great food at TWB restaurant and excellent activities for Kids
Excellent service. We really liked the food and great service from Andrés López the white box restaurant. He provided us with excellent service and the food was amazing! We also used the Kids Club, and our son had the best time ever. The staff is so friendly and they do arts & crafts and other activities that kids will love! Kudos to Fabiola, Karla, Yessica, Zeidy and Cecilia. Absolutely recommended if you want to really enjoy your vacation :)

So much fun
This is our third time at this resort and we always love it. Sakura especially was amazing. Well worth the additional cost. The food was incredible and the entertainment was wonderful. Alejandro was the best server and took amazing care of us! Jesus and Evelyn were also great. A wonderful night to celebrate my husband’s birthday with some of our closest friends!

Baby blue crab Kids Zone
BABY BLUE CRAB Kids Zone. Open from morning till night so parents can drop their kids off anytime, but must remain close and on property to use the kids club. Lots of activities like arts and crafts, dancing, swimming and movie night, while other activities have an age limit (7-8 an older) just to be allowed to use the video game room. The club takes the kids to the kids buffet for lunch and dinner. My kids loved the club and the women running the kids club. During swim time there's a lifeguard on duty. My little guys met a new friend from Florida there (Ian was his name) and they still talk about him from time to time. Hoping to be back again soon.

The restaurants are good and the beach was nice. They have hammocks you can lay on. The drinks are really nice too. There was a worker named Geraldine who spoke to and helped me and my family. She was nice!

Best bartender!
This hotel was so fun! We had a blast with the bartender Uziel, he was so fun and good at making drinks! He definitely made sure that we were having a good time. His English was also great, so we talked with him a lot. If you’re going to stay at the hotel, definitely check which bar he’s at, and go see him! You won’t be disappointed!🤩

Amazing welcoming by lady at the front desk, rooms were clean, Wilber the at the pool bar was amazing, always attentive to the very little details. Very accommodating. I really appreciate that! Our experience was great and everyone is super nice and welcoming and warm. The service was excellent. The amenities were also excellent the pools and the beach are so clean and beautiful. The bar service is excellent with awesome drinks. The food is outstanding. As for food service the buffet at la hacienda the server named Mario was super attentive and very very nice, we always had everything we needed he refilled our drinks before they were even empty and is an all around friendly person who talked with us for quite some time go visit Mario at la hacienda! Antonio at the Japanese restaurant maki tako, was excellent we went twice and the first time we were lucky enough to get Antonio as our server that we requested him for our second time at the restaurant, he is so very nice,
