Amazing Experience at Sens!
Our stay at Sens Cancun was phenomenal! The staff made us feel so welcome, and the amenities were incredible. Special thanks to Santiago for his wonderful service at the beach and to Richard for making our dining experiences unforgettable. The sushi at Akeru was outstanding, and the drinks at the Sens Beach Club were top-notch. Highly recommend the margaritas! We can’t wait to visit again!

Les recomiendo ampliamente comer en el restaurante miramar ejemplar su comida, la reservacion para la cena simplemente magnífica, su langosta exquisita su aguachile del chef luis" unico" la atencion del propio chef qué viene a tu mesa a validar la atención y el sazón magnifico, el personal brutal en especial del mesero Victor, no terminaría de describir lo fascinado que nos fuimos siendo una familia grande de 11 personas nos atendieron super rápido y con tanta paciencia y elegancia que no podría describir. Buena opción all inclusive Cancún
Estuvimos tres noches. Desde nuestra llegada nos pasaron a un mezzanine donde un host, Ignacio, nos hizo el check in y nos atendió de maravillas. También las chicas del área donde sirven café, panecillos, etc. son sumamente atentas. El hotel tiene cuartos clásicos, pero están muy limpios y cómodos. Hay un restaurante a la orilla de la playa donde durante el día se come muy rico. Hay, por ejemplo, tostadas de atún y otros platillos muy sabrosos. En la noche, es un restaurante con reservación. También el hotel tiene un mini club de playa con costo que vale la pena. Ventanas de oportunidad. Bares y sports clubs no abren todas las noches, entonces, no hay mucho para hacer si te quieres sentar en un lugar. Ahí está limitado. Los restaurantes de acceso sin reservación en el horario de la cena se saturan y hay que hacer fila y esperar. La calidad de las bebidas del all inclusive son de 6.5/10. Tiene ventanas de oportunidad para la mejora, pero me gustó mucho. He estado en muchos all inclusive de diferentes gama de precios, desde más luxury hasta más básicos, y creo que The Sens es una muy buena opción intermedia si uno se hospeda en Cancún. Lo recomiendo.

Amazing paradise in Cancun!
This hotel never disappoint us, always is nice to return to the sens. Our suit was big and have a jacuzzi in the balcony that’s allow us to have a nice time during the sunset during we enjoyed a Champaign before dinner time. The housekeeping team did a great job decorating the suit with balloons as we were having a birthday celebration. The food in the outlet is outstanding with impecable profesional services. The staff knew about our special birthday celebration and make everything special for us. We were with friends who also were treated very well making special touches for them too. I highly recommend the sección where is the balinese bed they have a bar in this sección and the bartender and server on the beach club are amazing and on top of everything. Santiago was our server in the beach club this guy know about service and the bartender I don’t remember his name makes the best margaritas ever we had a lot of fun in the private pool they have on the beach club. Our server for breakfast Angel is the best he was waiting for us with mimosas every morning and the service was excellent thank you Angel! You mush try the sushi place it is a nice restaurant great cocktails And the sushi amazing ! Thank you so much Oasis sens for such an amazing hotel and make us feel like home ! Los Sens - lo hicimos de nuevo....:) !!!!
Otra gran estancia en el Sens Cancun. Celebramos un gran cumpleaños y nos divertimos mucho. La mayoría de nuestras habitaciones estaban en el piso 8 y 9 con una vista impresionante sobre el Caribe mexicano. Nuestro 915 estaba impecablemente limpio y teníamos un gran servicio de limpieza todos los días. Nos encantó el desayuno al aire libre en Miramar y Angel y Eva nuestros camareros eran súper estrellas. Akeru era muy agradable para el almuerzo y tiene un buen ambiente comiendo sushi en un ambiente casi privado. Richard, nuestro servidor hizo que todo pasara. Cenamos en Miramar – la Caja Blanca – que era una de mis favoritas - y Cocoa que era genial. Kudos al Sens Beach Club con el bar casi directamente en el océano. Las camas balinesas son imprescindibles. Margaritas súper deliciosas con jugo de limón fresco. Gracias a Irene, Santiago y Javier en el bar. Ya estamos planeando volver pronto. Amazing experience
The experience was entertaining and the food was amazing. Our waiter Bartolome made it even more memorable. It is an experience for all ages, young and old. I recommend this restaurant as a must try for everyone. It is something I have never experienced before.

Vacation
We really enjoyed the beach and the pools as well. The staff is friendly. For the bars, I think they need to improve the liquor selection. They have a few restaurants that is adult only. Maki Taco has a great service- amazing food. Cristalle is amazing server. Lucy and Maria were amazing as well. La Palmas restaurant has delicious food and amazing staff. Moises is very attentive and polite. Hostess are very professional and very friendly. Estrella was very polite and professional. Great service.

The resort was good and we had a blast but one thing that stuck out in our mind was Our bartender Hervin. He is somebody that would have us coming back again for another visit. He took care of us on the beach almost everyday and had a personal flair and touch with every guest. we really appreciated having him take care of us the whole trip. We would love to see the rooms updated but other than that the trip was very nice.

I normally never write reviews, negative nor positive. But just wanted to post this one considering the many various posts. We booked the Grand Oasis Palm (Not the Oasis Palm) but on arrival was given a room at the Oasis Palm due to a bad smelling first room at the GOP. However on dealing with this the day after, Frontdesk Manager sorted it out and got us back to the right hotel. Yes, it’s a busy family hotel, but once you get to know the system after a day or two, it works nicely and you can get the most out of it. Friendly staff and nice pools, beaches, restaurant and bars, even when traveling with young kids. Deal with complaints on the day if needed - not after your stay, otherwise hotel cannot make up for it and slow down and adjust - it’s a holiday… We are still

Decent beachfront all-inclusive
Right on the beach, with lots of families, decent food, and all you could want from an all-inclusive. Strangely the taxi drivers at the hotel didn't know the name Sens, they found it easily enough via Google Maps, but it's better known by Oasis. We were upgraded to a spacious suite that had plentiful space and a spa in the bedroom - unfortunately the water flowing into it was pretty rank but I think that may be a Cancun thing. One day we had winds and heavy rain and leaks came in all over the hotel, I wondered if they weren't prepared for such weather. Our room was mostly fine but people with balconies got the worst leaks. I think the building may need some maintenance and from the outside it could do with some updating. Also the grating around the pool is missing in parts,

Best bang for your buck for food, service, and beach, but lacking in drink quality and entertainment.
Best bang for your buck when it comes to food and the beach. The buffet was actually really quite decent and servers were very attentive and pleasant. Especially Isai, who always went above and beyond and was very personable with everyone in our family. The fine-dining restaurant called Careyes my wife and I enjoyed was unbelievable. The all inclusive drinks are not all that amazing, however, with the exception of the cheap Mezcal, which, mixed with Fresca and rimmed with salt, made for a nice cocktail but yeah, you're not gonna be drinking Manhattans and hazy IPA's. Oh, and the water at the pools at both hotels are not heated which is alright on hotter days but not nice on cooler, windier days. The latin band was incredible but overall the entertainment wasn't out of

Better than expected
We have just returned from the hotel stayed in the Sens part, we are family of 4, 2 adults and kids age 5 & 10. We travelled from London. I was anxious to arrive after reading a lot of mixed reviews, so thought i would write my own, so sorry for long post but hopefully someone finds it helpful! We found the hotel on a whole to be nice, the lobby and entrance are very nice but the hotel is dated in parts but there was work being done to rest of hotel. We had room 1323 which had a balcony, the rooms are bit dated but clean, bathroom was big and lots of wardrobe space but I would have preferred no balcony as these rooms had the same view but were bigger. Pools - we found the water temp OK, cold when you first get in but bearable. My kids preferred the Sens pool and would go in

Interesting! You get use to it. My favorite restaurants Careyes, The white Box & Makitacos. Actually, both Careyes and White Box are part of the best restaurants I ever ate to. However, kids are not accepted. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I suggest you rent a bed at Sa’an if you want to be confortable. Not too expensive, but worth it. Hotel a bit older but clean. What I didn’t like are the elevators line ups. Line ups at restaurants to make reservations. Not sufficient chairs at the beach. Still enjoyed my vacations.

A modern looking, clean hotel with updated amenities and hard working staff on a beautiful beach. There are a lot of activities / events to do, with some wonderful restaurants. Some very talented musicians, dancers, and entertainers every evening. I wouldn't necessary rate this as a five star hotel as there are several issues that keep it from being top of the line, such as front desk staff not knowing their rewards program (free extended checkout) and not quite trustworthy (he said he would give us a free upgrade to a suite which was only a standard room), and not explaining to new guests the room numbering system (on 2 occasions people tried to enter our room in the middle of night as they tried to access our room (1014) instead of 1014S. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with ocean view, balcony, top floor, hot tub…bed was comfortable, food in restaurants à la carte was outstanding, best I’ve had so far….Claudia Bustamante was very helpful, friendly and went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. Uziel, bartender on the 10th floor was very hospitable. Thank you to both. Shuttle from airport to hotel and smoking in non designated area was our only concern.

Very nice small Resort with small beach
Small Resort with a very small beach and swimming area but at least sargassum was no issue so could go in the water.. Right next to the ferry and channel that boats go through constantly. Didnt mind the boats- fun to wath.BUT the jetskis were extremely annoying & the fumes stunk ! The service was amazing best we have had in years. Especially Julio at the front desk- he went out of his way when we weren't happy with our room-it was right over air-conditioning units and was terrible loud.Moved us into #505 which is probably the best room in the whole resort! Had amazing ocean view and it's own huge terrace! Usually if ask to move you are just told nothing is available- but we were surprised from the desk they actually went above and beyond!! great week in Cancun
Check-in Process: We travelled from Canada, and booked a basic room through Sunwing Vacations (8th floor - view of the highway, not Ocean View), and didn’t pay for any upgraded package. We were pleasantly surprised when checking in. We were led past the main Check-in Desk on the ground floor, and we were taken to a 2nd floor lounge for check-in. We were given champagne and pastries, and were seated in very comfortable chairs for the check-in process. Initially we were worried that we were being given a timeshare/vacation club sales pitch. On previous Caribbean vacations, we would check-in at the main Check-in desk, and would be standing during the whole process. We’re not used to this type of VIP service during check-in for a basic room. The Grand Oasis Palm resort is next door. We were able to use the facilities of both resorts (restaurants, bars, beach, coffee shops) for free. Moving between the 2 resorts is quick, there are no trolleys/buses for this. You can walk indoors between the resorts (through the Spa area), or walk along the beach between the 2 resorts. Going indoors is handy when it’s raining, and you’re going for dinner in your nice evening attire to a restaurant in the other resort. Room: Very clean, no insects. I’ve read reviews on Trip Advisor where people complained about cockroaches, ants, etc in the rooms. But we saw not a single insect during the 7 days. Fridge is refilled regularly with bottled water, Coke, beer. Hot water worked fine, never a problem with water temperature or pressure. Air conditioning worked fine. Only negative in the room was the balcony door was very hard to slide open. You had to use a lot of muscle to open that door. I was the door-opener the whole week, my wife couldn’t open it. There is a micro-chip embedded on the wristband that opened the room door. Very handy, no need to carry a room card for this. Coffee shop: They served the fancy coffee like espresso, americano, latte, etc. Also served gelato. The Oasis Palm next door also had a coffee shop, but that one didn’t serve gelato also. Shout out to Fernanda in the coffee shop in the Sens lobby. Great service with a smile. Dinner Reservations: We never had a problem with dinner reservations at a-la-cartes. Previous reviewers talked about lining up at 3pm to make reservations, and standing in line for 30 minutes. This was not my experience. The most I had to wait in line was 12 minutes. And reservations can be made starting at 8am, not 3pm. Go to Concierge desk, near Check-in desk. There are usually 2 Concierges on duty all the time. They will make dinner reservations for the next day.

Lovely experience

Excellent birthday
Loved petit chef. We went for birthday celebration and it was fantastic. The video was amazing and our 10 year old loved it. We were attended by Victor and Bartholome and they were excellent. Dessert was delicious and ribeye was also the best.

Para empezar estuvo todo bien, pero si fue alfo tardado la recepción, sin embargo nos dieron acceso a las instalaciones, bien ahí, decidimos recorrer la playa del hotel y esta muy linda, muy limpias después comimos en algunos restaurantes, pero visitamos un restaurante qué nos recomendaron qué es café del mar para la cena, la comida está riquísima, de entrada nos atendieron muy bien, el lugar tiene buena vista al mar y de sus platillos ni que decir, la atención de los meseros es simplemente muy atentos, mi esposa y yo regresamos una ocasión más y el servicio el mismo, suoer, queremos darle las gracias a Luis, isaias Julio Ruby Julio balan, Miguel por el excelente servicio qué nos brindaron estando ahí. Para personas adultos mayores que disfrutamos de la comodidad que ofrecen los resorts todo incluido como The Sens Cancún, encontrarán la mejor oferta de restaurantes a la carta en el White Box, Careyes, Sakura y Cafe del Mar. Exquisita presentación de los platos y calidad, con un excelente servicio donde se destacan Jesus Lázaro Romero y Alejandro Santiago por su amabilidad y atención. El hotel tiene importantes oportunidades de mejora en sus instalaciones pero su Director, Gabriel Torre, es conciente de las mismas y está siempre dispuesto a solucionar los inconvenientes que pueda encontrar el huesped y construir sobre la excelente oferta gastronómica con que cuentan.

Kid friendly and all around great experience
My trip here to Cancun has been nothing short of wonderful. Although we went as a couple only there were plenty of kid friendly accommodations. There was food available at all times and variety was all over the map. Ramen, italian, mexican and available from 630am until about 2 am. With so many choices to choose from as far as cooling down at the pools and beach we found great people who attended us as well. 2 people really stood out with me and one of them was Eduin who catered to the kayak activities and gaming room. His personality stood out and was enthusiastic about catering to us on the activities he was assigned. The Sens was an amazing experience! The check-in process was quick and easy as well as the check-out. We LOVED the VIP Lounge Lounge Area, the staff was so attentive and knew all of our orders by the end of our stay. I have to give the biggest shout-out to Valentina - she is truly the best! She makes sure everything is perfect every time we stay at an Oasis Property. I have stayed at many Hotels in the Hotel Zone and this is one of the best!

Every time we go - It gets Better and Better !!!
We were staying at The Sens Cancun with some friends for four nights and we had a blast at the Adult Only Sian Kaan section. The rooms on the ninth and tenth floor are amazing with even better views. The bar on the 10th floor is a nice after dinner spot and we ended our evenings mostly there. We stayed at this hotel already several times because the service and proximity to the beach is second to none. This time to our big surprise - all the adult restaurants got an update or are New! Kudos to the team at Careyes – the food is so delicious. The White Box is just great for breakfast and so relaxing with its outside seating. The new Café del Mar offers a great new style and menu. The best holiday in the most perfect setting
Had the best time staying at this hotel, we had a lovely ocean view room which was nice and spacious with really good aircon! The staff in this hotel are so nice, literally nothing is too much trouble for them and they really go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience. UZIEL was AMAZING, he was super friendly, really knowledgeable and so good with my children! He is definitely a great asset to t he hotel. Others that deserve a mention are Emilio, Emmanuel, Laura, Reuben and Mario who were all fab too!

Buena opción all inclusive Cancún
Estuvimos tres noches. Desde nuestra llegada nos pasaron a un mezzanine donde un host, Ignacio, nos hizo el check in y nos atendió de maravillas. También las chicas del área donde sirven café, panecillos, etc. son sumamente atentas. El hotel tiene cuartos clásicos, pero están muy limpios y cómodos. Hay un restaurante a la orilla de la playa donde durante el día se come muy rico. Hay, por ejemplo, tostadas de atún y otros platillos muy sabrosos. En la noche, es un restaurante con reservación. También el hotel tiene un mini club de playa con costo que vale la pena. Ventanas de oportunidad. Bares y sports clubs no abren todas las noches, entonces, no hay mucho para hacer si te quieres sentar en un lugar. Ahí está limitado. Los restaurantes de acceso sin reservación en el horario de la cena se saturan y hay que hacer fila y esperar. La calidad de las bebidas del all inclusive son de 6.5/10. Tiene ventanas de oportunidad para la mejora, pero me gustó mucho. He estado en muchos all inclusive de diferentes gama de precios, desde más luxury hasta más básicos, y creo que The Sens es una muy buena opción intermedia si uno se hospeda en Cancún. Lo recomiendo.

Amazing paradise in Cancun!
This hotel never disappoint us, always is nice to return to the sens. Our suit was big and have a jacuzzi in the balcony that’s allow us to have a nice time during the sunset during we enjoyed a Champaign before dinner time. The housekeeping team did a great job decorating the suit with balloons as we were having a birthday celebration. The food in the outlet is outstanding with impecable profesional services. The staff knew about our special birthday celebration and make everything special for us. We were with friends who also were treated very well making special touches for them too. I highly recommend the sección where is the balinese bed they have a bar in this sección and the bartender and server on the beach club are amazing and on top of everything. Santiago was our server in the beach club this guy know about service and the bartender I don’t remember his name makes the best margaritas ever we had a lot of fun in the private pool they have on the beach club. Our server for breakfast Angel is the best he was waiting for us with mimosas every morning and the service was excellent thank you Angel! Los Sens - lo hicimos de nuevo....:) !!!!
Otra gran estancia en el Sens Cancun. Celebramos un gran cumpleaños y nos divertimos mucho. La mayoría de nuestras habitaciones estaban en el piso 8 y 9 con una vista impresionante sobre el Caribe mexicano. Nuestro 915 estaba impecablemente limpio y teníamos un gran servicio de limpieza todos los días. Nos encantó el desayuno al aire libre en Miramar y Angel y Eva nuestros camareros eran súper estrellas. Akeru era muy agradable para el almuerzo y tiene un buen ambiente comiendo sushi en un ambiente casi privado. Richard, nuestro servidor hizo que todo pasara. Cenamos en Miramar – la Caja Blanca – que era una de mis favoritas - y Cocoa que era genial. Kudos al Sens Beach Club con el bar casi directamente en el océano. Las camas balinesas son imprescindibles. Margaritas súper deliciosas con jugo de limón fresco. Gracias a Irene, Santiago y Javier en el bar. Ya estamos planeando volver pronto. 2nd Time, Amazing Experience!

Amazing experience

Vacation
We really enjoyed the beach and the pools as well. The staff is friendly. For the bars, I think they need to improve the liquor selection. They have a few restaurants that is adult only. Maki Taco has a great service- amazing food. Cristalle is amazing server. Lucy and Maria were amazing as well. La Palmas restaurant has delicious food and amazing staff. Moises is very attentive and polite. Hostess are very professional and very friendly. Estrella was very polite and professional. Great service.

Hervin
The resort was good and we had a blast but one thing that stuck out in our mind was Our bartender Hervin. He is somebody that would have us coming back again for another visit. He took care of us on the beach almost everyday and had a personal flair and touch with every guest. we really appreciated having him take care of us the whole trip. I normally never write reviews, negative nor positive. But just wanted to post this one considering the many various posts. We booked the Grand Oasis Palm (Not the Oasis Palm) but on arrival was given a room at the Oasis Palm due to a bad smelling first room at the GOP. However on dealing with this the day after, Frontdesk Manager sorted it out and got us back to the right hotel. Yes, it’s a busy family hotel, but once you get to know the system after a day or two, it works nicely and you can get the most out of it. Friendly staff and nice pools, beaches, restaurant and bars, even when traveling with young kids. Deal with complaints on the day if needed - not after your stay, otherwise hotel cannot make up for it and slow down and adjust - it’s a holiday… We are still

Decent beachfront all-inclusive
Right on the beach, with lots of families, decent food, and all you could want from an all-inclusive. Strangely the taxi drivers at the hotel didn't know the name Sens, they found it easily enough via Google Maps, but it's better known by Oasis. We were upgraded to a spacious suite that had plentiful space and a spa in the bedroom - unfortunately the water flowing into it was pretty rank but I think that may be a Cancun thing. One day we had winds and heavy rain and leaks came in all over the hotel, I wondered if they weren't prepared for such weather. Our room was mostly fine but people with balconies got the worst leaks. I think the building may need some maintenance and from the outside it could do with some updating. Also the grating around the pool is missing in parts,

Best bang for your buck for food, service, and beach, but lacking in drink quality and entertainment.
Best bang for your buck when it comes to food and the beach. The buffet was actually really quite decent and servers were very attentive and pleasant. Especially Isai, who always went above and beyond and was very personable with everyone in our family. The fine-dining restaurant called Careyes my wife and I enjoyed was unbelievable. The all inclusive drinks are not all that amazing, however, with the exception of the cheap Mezcal, which, mixed with Fresca and rimmed with salt, made for a nice cocktail but yeah, you're not gonna be drinking Manhattans and hazy IPA's. Oh, and the water at the pools at both hotels are not heated which is alright on hotter days but not nice on cooler, windier days. The latin band was incredible but overall the entertainment wasn't out of

Better than expected
We have just returned from the hotel stayed in the Sens part, we are family of 4, 2 adults and kids age 5 & 10. We travelled from London. I was anxious to arrive after reading a lot of mixed reviews, so thought i would write my own, so sorry for long post but hopefully someone finds it helpful! We found the hotel on a whole to be nice, the lobby and entrance are very nice but the hotel is dated in parts but there was work being done to rest of hotel. We had room 1323 which had a balcony, the rooms are bit dated but clean, bathroom was big and lots of wardrobe space but I would have preferred no balcony as these rooms had the same view but were bigger. Pools - we found the water temp OK, cold when you first get in but bearable. My kids preferred the Sens pool and would go in

Interesting! You get use to it. My favorite restaurants Careyes, The white Box & Makitacos. Actually, both Careyes and White Box are part of the best restaurants I ever ate to. However, kids are not accepted. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I suggest you rent a bed at Sa’an if you want to be confortable. Not too expensive, but worth it. Hotel a bit older but clean. What I didn’t like are the elevators line ups. Line ups at restaurants to make reservations. Not sufficient chairs at the beach. Still enjoyed my vacations.

A modern looking, clean hotel with updated amenities and hard working staff on a beautiful beach. There are a lot of activities / events to do, with some wonderful restaurants. Some very talented musicians, dancers, and entertainers every evening. I wouldn't necessary rate this as a five star hotel as there are several issues that keep it from being top of the line, such as front desk staff not knowing their rewards program (free extended checkout) and not quite trustworthy (he said he would give us a free upgrade to a suite which was only a standard room), and not explaining to new guests the room numbering system (on 2 occasions people tried to enter our room in the middle of night as they tried to access our room (1014) instead of 1014S. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with ocean view, balcony, top floor, hot tub…bed was comfortable, food in restaurants à la carte was outstanding, best I’ve had so far….Claudia Bustamante was very helpful, friendly and went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. Uziel, bartender on the 10th floor was very hospitable. Thank you to both. Shuttle from airport to hotel and smoking in non designated area was our only concern.

Very nice small Resort with small beach
Small Resort with a very small beach and swimming area but at least sargassum was no issue so could go in the water.. Right next to the ferry and channel that boats go through constantly. Didnt mind the boats- fun to wath.BUT the jetskis were extremely annoying & the fumes stunk ! The service was amazing best we have had in years. Especially Julio at the front desk- he went out of his way when we weren't happy with our room-it was right over air-conditioning units and was terrible loud.Moved us into #505 which is probably the best room in the whole resort! Had amazing ocean view and it's own huge terrace! Usually if ask to move you are just told nothing is available- but we were surprised from the desk they actually went above and beyond!! great week in Cancun
Check-in Process: We travelled from Canada, and booked a basic room through Sunwing Vacations (8th floor - view of the highway, not Ocean View), and didn’t pay for any upgraded package. We were pleasantly surprised when checking in. We were led past the main Check-in Desk on the ground floor, and we were taken to a 2nd floor lounge for check-in. We were given champagne and pastries, and were seated in very comfortable chairs for the check-in process. Initially we were worried that we were being given a timeshare/vacation club sales pitch. On previous Caribbean vacations, we would check-in at the main Check-in desk, and would be standing during the whole process. We’re not used to this type of VIP service during check-in for a basic room. The Grand Oasis Palm resort is next door. We were able to use the facilities of both resorts (restaurants, bars, beach, coffee shops) for free. Moving between the 2 resorts is quick, there are no trolleys/buses for this. You can walk indoors between the resorts (through the Spa area), or walk along the beach between the 2 resorts. Going indoors is handy when it’s raining, and you’re going for dinner in your nice evening attire to a restaurant in the other resort. Room: Very clean, no insects. I’ve read reviews on Trip Advisor where people complained about cockroaches, ants, etc in the rooms. But we saw not a single insect during the 7 days. Fridge is refilled regularly with bottled water, Coke, beer. Hot water worked fine, never a problem with water temperature or pressure. Air conditioning worked fine. Only negative in the room was the balcony door was very hard to slide open. You had to use a lot of muscle to open that door. I was the door-opener the whole week, my wife couldn’t open it. There is a micro-chip embedded on the wristband that opened the room door. Very handy, no need to carry a room card for this. Coffee shop: They served the fancy coffee like espresso, americano, latte, etc. Also served gelato. The Oasis Palm next door also had a coffee shop, but that one didn’t serve gelato also. Shout out to Fernanda in the coffee shop in the Sens lobby. Great service with a smile. Dinner Reservations: We never had a problem with dinner reservations at a-la-cartes. Previous reviewers talked about lining up at 3pm to make reservations, and standing in line for 30 minutes. This was not my experience. The most I had to wait in line was 12 minutes. And reservations can be made starting at 8am, not 3pm. Go to Concierge desk, near Check-in desk. There are usually 2 Concierges on duty all the time. They will make dinner reservations for the next day.

Kid friendly and all around great experience
My trip here to Cancun has been nothing short of wonderful. Although we went as a couple only there were plenty of kid friendly accommodations. There was food available at all times and variety was all over the map. Ramen, italian, mexican and available from 630am until about 2 am. With so many choices to choose from as far as cooling down at the pools and beach we found great people who attended us as well. 2 people really stood out with me and one of them was Eduin who catered to the kayak activities and gaming room. His personality stood out and was enthusiastic about catering to us on the activities he was assigned. Beauty & Service - Great Experiences!
The Sens was an amazing experience! The check-in process was quick and easy as well as the check-out. We LOVED the VIP Lounge Lounge Area, the staff was so attentive and knew all of our orders by the end of our stay. I have to give the biggest shout-out to Valentina - she is truly the best! She makes sure everything is perfect every time we stay at an Oasis Property. I have stayed at many Hotels in the Hotel Zone and this is one of the best!

Every time we go - It gets Better and Better !!!
We were staying at The Sens Cancun with some friends for four nights and we had a blast at the Adult Only Sian Kaan section. The rooms on the ninth and tenth floor are amazing with even better views. The bar on the 10th floor is a nice after dinner spot and we ended our evenings mostly there. We stayed at this hotel already several times because the service and proximity to the beach is second to none. This time to our big surprise - all the adult restaurants got an update or are New! Kudos to the team at Careyes – the food is so delicious. The White Box is just great for breakfast and so relaxing with its outside seating. The new Café del Mar offers a great new style and menu. If you have the opportunity - try Sakura and the dinner show. What an experience. We had a beach bed

Relaxing beach experience
The Siam Kaan, the adult area, was very nice and the new pool was excellent. The bar on the beach was great. It was great to be able to reserve a bed on the beach for the day. The upgraded adult floors are very well done with great views, and a nice bar for sunset.

All inclusive
I came here for my 25th birthday and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was super friendly, they do not speak much English but that’s okay! The drinks are 10/10 and the food is good! Definitely recommend coming here for any type of trip!

I had an AWSOME experience! Great customer service especially from Rafael Pool, Joshua, Emmanuel, Emilio, and Daniel. They made me feel welcome like a part of the family! The food was wonder from Le Buffet. and I would highly recommend this resort so much that I'm already planning to return next year with my family! 😊

Particularly appreciated the smooth efficient and private check in. Excellent concierge services provided by Javier. Beautiful and scenic location. Comfortable and well appointed room. Delicious and well catered to in Cafe del Mar by the host Luis and the chef, also named Luis! Thank you both for a memorable dinner with soft ambiance . The White was the best for breakfast and lunch. A thoroughly enjoyed visit to Senses!

The best holiday in the most perfect setting
Had the best time staying at this hotel, we had a lovely ocean view room which was nice and spacious with really good aircon! The staff in this hotel are so nice, literally nothing is too much trouble for them and they really go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience. UZIEL was AMAZING, he was super friendly, really knowledgeable and so good with my children! He is definitely a great asset to t he hotel. Others that deserve a mention are Emilio, Emmanuel, Laura, Reuben and Mario who were all fab too!

Dined in the Sukura restaurant where we were entertained by multiple shows and the food was fantastic, presentation was excellent and the food was delicious. Special mention to Alejandro Santiago, Jesus Lazaro & Capitan Evelyn for being gracious hosts and making our dining experience memorable.

Buen lugar para ir en familia, tienes acceso al barco pirata es un show corto pero divertido si no quieres pagar el completo, lo negativo mi hija de 17 no pudo entrar a algunos restaurantes por ser menor pero si la cobraron como adulta
