Amazing Experience at Sens!
Our stay at Sens Cancun was phenomenal! The staff made us feel so welcome, and the amenities were incredible. Special thanks to Santiago for his wonderful service at the beach and to Richard for making our dining experiences unforgettable. The sushi at Akeru was outstanding, and the drinks at the Sens Beach Club were top-notch. Highly recommend the margaritas! We can’t wait to visit again!

Amazing experience
The experience was entertaining and the food was amazing. Our waiter Bartolome made it even more memorable. It is an experience for all ages, young and old. I recommend this restaurant as a must try for everyone. It is something I have never experienced before.

El mejor servicio en todo Cancún!
Gran destino para un viaje en familia y amigos! Si estás buscando un gran alojamiento en Cancún con tu familia y amigos The Sens es el lugar para ir! Gracias a todos los que hicieron nuestra estancia tan especial que su equipo es excepcional. Volveremos.

Tú rockeas
Fuimos 6 noches al hotel, De primera mano, los empleados donde mejor, desde el principio hasta el último, sus recomendaciones y consejos de una manera saludable No puedo recordar todos los nombres del personal, pero el equipo de ventas la señora que está por la mañana, nos ayuda mucho, el tipo del equipo de conserjes, ma men, sinceramente le pido mucho que haga que el cumpleaños de mi novia sea el mejor día, y gracias a él pasa, la señora es de la cajera la molesté mucho para conseguir propinas para los empleados de los restaurantes lo siento 🫣 Pero amo a todos Mis mejores saludos Enrique González 1317 22 - 28 de agosto

Gran servicio, servidores muy atentos a nuestras necesidades y peticiones.
El servicio en los restaurantes era fenomenal. Angel era genial acomodar a nuestro grupo grande en una mesa para el desayuno cada mañana. El camarero en la playa era fantástico y haciendo nuestras peticiones de bebidas específicas. También fue muy agradable tener una cama privada en la playa.

Amazing paradise in Cancun!
This hotel never disappoint us, always is nice to return to the sens. Our suit was big and have a jacuzzi in the balcony that’s allow us to have a nice time during the sunset during we enjoyed a Champaign before dinner time. The housekeeping team did a great job decorating the suit with balloons as we were having a birthday celebration. The food in the outlet is outstanding with impecable profesional services. The staff knew about our special birthday celebration and make everything special for us. We were with friends who also were treated very well making special touches for them too. I highly recommend the sección where is the balinese bed they have a bar in this sección and the bartender and server on the beach club are amazing and on top of everything. Santiago was our server in the beach club this guy know about service and the bartender I don’t remember his name makes the best margaritas ever we had a lot of fun in the private pool they have on the beach club. Our server for breakfast Angel is the best he was waiting for us with mimosas every morning and the service was excellent thank you Angel! You mush try the sushi place it is a nice restaurant great cocktails And the sushi amazing ! Thank you so much Oasis sens for such an amazing hotel and make us feel like home ! I don’t want to forget about the beach the water is clear clean and refreshing ! We had a bless!! Thank you Mike from Vail Colorado !

Los Sens - lo hicimos de nuevo....:) !!!!
Otra gran estancia en el Sens Cancun. Celebramos un gran cumpleaños y nos divertimos mucho. La mayoría de nuestras habitaciones estaban en el piso 8 y 9 con una vista impresionante sobre el Caribe mexicano. Nuestro 915 estaba impecablemente limpio y teníamos un gran servicio de limpieza todos los días. Nos encantó el desayuno al aire libre en Miramar y Angel y Eva nuestros camareros eran súper estrellas. Akeru era muy agradable para el almuerzo y tiene un buen ambiente comiendo sushi en un ambiente casi privado. Richard, nuestro servidor hizo que todo pasara. Cenamos en Miramar – la Caja Blanca – que era una de mis favoritas - y Cocoa que era genial. Kudos al Sens Beach Club con el bar casi directamente en el océano. Las camas balinesas son imprescindibles. Margaritas súper deliciosas con jugo de limón fresco. Gracias a Irene, Santiago y Javier en el bar. Ya estamos planeando volver pronto. Gracias equipo Sens por toda su amabilidad, trabajo duro y grandes sonrisas. ¡Eres el mejor!

2nd Time, Amazing Experience!
This was our second time here and it was just as amazing as the first. Every staff member we interacted with was extremely kind and helpful. Our waiter on the beach, Santiago, made our experience even better by being so helpful and always making sure we were taken care of. Thank you to the Sens for making our vacation incredible, and we hope to be back in the future!

Fantastic Stay!
The hotel is absolutely beautiful and clean. The views were amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. A special thank you to Angel and Eva for their kindness and impeccable service at breakfast every morning, and to Irene and Javier for their excellent service at the beach bar. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Love it!
Great experience! Fantastic amenities Love the rooms, restaurants and location! Staff super nice, specially housekeeping, servers. Kudos to Irene, victor, Ricardo/Richard & Angel from Miramar. The Coffee & You place is a must every morning to start your day and find your friends! Can’t wait to go back!

The bar by the grand oasis palm bar. I had the pleasure to meet many fantastic people like Enrique and Ramón
They made our experience one of a kind. Thank you guys for the best anniversary experience ever we enjoyed our stay. I also want to give out tour guides Marcos who made our time spectacular going to the ruins

Vacation
We really enjoyed the beach and the pools as well. The staff is friendly. For the bars, I think they need to improve the liquor selection. They have a few restaurants that is adult only. Maki Taco has a great service- amazing food. Cristalle is amazing server. Lucy and Maria were amazing as well. La Palmas restaurant has delicious food and amazing staff. Moises is very attentive and polite. Hostess are very professional and very friendly. Estrella was very polite and professional. Great service.

Hervin
The resort was good and we had a blast but one thing that stuck out in our mind was Our bartender Hervin. He is somebody that would have us coming back again for another visit. He took care of us on the beach almost everyday and had a personal flair and touch with every guest. we really appreciated having him take care of us the whole trip. We would love to see the rooms updated but other than that the trip was very nice.

Best bang for your buck for food, service, and beach, but lacking in drink quality and entertainment.
Best bang for your buck when it comes to food and the beach. The buffet was actually really quite decent and servers were very attentive and pleasant. Especially Isai, who always went above and beyond and was very personable with everyone in our family. The fine-dining restaurant called Careyes my wife and I enjoyed was unbelievable. The all inclusive drinks are not all that amazing, however, with the exception of the cheap Mezcal, which, mixed with Fresca and rimmed with salt, made for a nice cocktail but yeah, you're not gonna be drinking Manhattans and hazy IPA's. Oh, and the water at the pools at both hotels are not heated which is alright on hotter days but not nice on cooler, windier days. The latin band was incredible but overall the entertainment wasn't out of

Decent beachfront all-inclusive
Right on the beach, with lots of families, decent food, and all you could want from an all-inclusive. Strangely the taxi drivers at the hotel didn't know the name Sens, they found it easily enough via Google Maps, but it's better known by Oasis. We were upgraded to a spacious suite that had plentiful space and a spa in the bedroom - unfortunately the water flowing into it was pretty rank but I think that may be a Cancun thing. One day we had winds and heavy rain and leaks came in all over the hotel, I wondered if they weren't prepared for such weather. Our room was mostly fine but people with balconies got the worst leaks. I think the building may need some maintenance and from the outside it could do with some updating. Also the grating around the pool is missing in parts,
