Our second experience in the palm oasis

Good service and quality in it at the time of stay, excellent food in cocoa, good buffet service and edible... Don't hesitate to book!

Just got back!! 🥁 loved it!! Celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary, and for what we paid it was a bargain. Beach, awesome and very safe for small children. Food 7 out of 10. Once you get the hang of the app, or speak to the concierge desk, they will show you how to book the restaurants. Tip, get a private transfer, super quick and efficient. We paid extra through onthebeach. Pools started to warm up as we were leaving so you'll be fine. Kids loved it. Pirate Ship, worth doing 100%. Staff that we encountered were lovely! Tip, Get a boat next door to isla mujeres, and get a golf buggy and tour the island and beaches, (we went three times) thank me later 😉 You can upgrade wristbands to black and use next doors restaurants, approx £40 per day/night per adult. We didn't as we were happy with tbe 3 a la cartes you get at grand oasis palm. Relax, dont stress, you'll have a blast! Enjoy!! Family from the UK, 2 adults, 3 kids, 11, 5 and 4. PUP! ⚽️

De ruim a ótimo em 5 dias.

No início, não ficamos impressionados. As bebidas eram ruins e a comida pior ainda. Também tínhamos um quarto pequeno sem vista, duas camas de casal um pouco pequenas e 5 pessoas hospedadas. Pagamos mais de 1000 para fazer upgrade para uma suíte familiar no Palms. Que diferença um quarto faz. Entre isso e encontrar o bom bar (o da piscina principal do Syn) e os melhores restaurantes, tudo mudou. Peçam os daiquiris e piñas coladas congelados. Eles até prepararam a barracuda que pescamos na nossa aventura de pesca.

Aproveitamos nossas primeiras grandes férias em família no Grand Oasis Palm. Os quartos estavam limpos, a localização era ótima e perto da balsa para Isla Mujeres, muitas piscinas para escolher e opções de refeições decentes. A área da praia também era agradável. As filas eram longas nos buffets e bares, e as opções de comida para crianças eram limitadas, mas tivemos o Miguel como nosso garçom três vezes e ele se superou por nós. O Miguel nos conseguiu mesa rapidamente e conseguiu quesadillas e arroz para meus filhos exigentes. Ele teve o melhor atendimento. No geral nos divertimos muito e voltaríamos.

Resort três estrelas com equipe cinco estrelas

Esta foi minha segunda vez no Grand Oasis Palm em Cancún. Com bastante experiência em Cancún e na Riviera Maya até Tulum, escrevo esta resenha com isso em mente. Embora apenas pelas instalações eu daria três estrelas ao Grand Oasis Palm, havia elementos cinco estrelas. A equipe deste resort foi incrível, fazendo de tudo para nos fazer sentir calorosamente recebidos e atendendo qualquer necessidade com o mais alto nível de profissionalismo. Este comentário positivo se aplica a toda a equipe, desde o bar da praia, recepção, garçons e outros que trabalharam incansavelmente para tornar a experiência de férias a melhor possível. Quanto ao serviço de alimentação, vou comentar apenas sobre o buffet que tinha uma grande seleção de pratos bem preparados e apresentados. As sopas eram excepcionais e a variedade de sushi era surpreendentemente boa. As instalações estão um pouco desgastadas e precisam de renovação. O resort precisa de um bar no lobby. Quando chove forte, só há outro bar diurno no lado Oasis para conseguir bebidas (além do serviço de mesa nos restaurantes). O bar esportivo é limitado tanto em tamanho quanto na seleção de bebidas. O movimentado bar da praia é maravilhoso, mas definitivamente precisa de mais um ou dois bartenders. Recomendo o Grand Oasis Palm em Cancún como um resort all inclusive econômico, mas vejo esta propriedade como três estrelas com equipe cinco estrelas e buffet quatro estrelas, portanto no geral selecionei quatro estrelas para esta resenha.

Grand Oasis Palm Cancún

Ficamos no Grand Oasis Palm de 24/12 a 01/01, em família (2 adultos e 2 adolescentes), no regime all inclusive, no quarto Standard Vista Limitada. No geral, a experiência foi positiva, especialmente para quem viaja em família e busca praticidade. Pontos positivos: Check-in organizado e sem grandes demoras, mesmo na alta temporada. Boa estrutura para famílias, com ambiente animado e clima festivo, especialmente no Natal e Réveillon. Comida variada dentro da proposta do hotel, com destaque para o jantar de Natal. Boa localização, com praia tranquila e mar mais calmo, ideal para crianças e adolescentes. Equipe atenciosa e prestativa quando precisamos de apoio com logística e informações. Pontos de atenção: Quartos um pouco compactos para famílias com adolescentes, exigindo adaptação e organização. Disputa intensa por lugares na praia e piscina: para conseguir um lugar é preciso chegar muito cedo (por volta das 5h). Depois das 8h praticamente não há disponibilidade. Hotel bastante lotado neste período, o que impacta nas filas de alguns restaurantes e áreas comuns. Cobrança de taxa ambiental no check-in, que poderia ser informada com mais clareza antecipadamente. Resumo final: O Grand Oasis Palm é uma boa opção para famílias que priorizam localização, estrutura e all inclusive, especialmente em datas festivas. Apesar de alguns pontos de melhoria, principalmente relacionados à lotação e logística das áreas comuns, tivemos uma estadia agradável e com boas memórias em Cancún. Recomendamos, especialmente para quem viaja com crianças e adolescentes e entende a dinâmica de grandes hotéis na alta temporada.

Bom serviço, mas banheiro ruim.

Fiquei hospedada de 10 a 14 de fevereiro, o serviço prestado pela equipe é muito bom, são simpáticos, atenciosos para ajudar com qualquer necessidade. As instalações comuns (restaurantes, piscina, praia, etc.) são muito bonitas e tudo funciona perfeitamente, comida fresca, gostosa e muita variedade para todos os gostos. De dia e à noite têm atividades para crianças e adultos aproveitarem. Porém os quartos são muito simples comparados ao lobby e outras instalações, estas têm muito luxo na aparência mas esqueceram de reformar os quartos, especialmente os banheiros. Parecem velhos, usam cortina de tecido no chuveiro, e o cheiro dos encanamentos do banheiro é muito forte. Reportei em várias ocasiões que não aguentava o mau cheiro mas não conseguiram resolver. Estava hospedada com meu bebê de 9 meses e era bastante desconfortável aquele cheiro, não me sentia à vontade no quarto, então tentava ficar nas áreas comuns. Os quartos têm uma vista bonita, especialmente o que me designaram, o 347, mas seria bom se investissem um pouco mais na manutenção e reforma dos quartos. O quarto 341 onde minha família ficou tinha o ar condicionado quebrado, havia vazamentos de água (gotejamento contínuo) e pedaços do teto se desprendiam. No geral a experiência foi boa, a cama era muito confortável e tudo estava muito limpo, mas recomenda-se melhorar o estado dos quartos.

Bom serviço e qualidade durante a estadia, excelente comida no Cocoa, bom serviço de buffet e comida saborosa... Luis do restaurante Cocoa é um garçom magnífico e no geral todo o pessoal do hotel proporcionou bom atendimento. É nossa segunda vez visitando este hotel e eles melhoraram, os quartos estavam sempre limpos e o serviço sempre em bons termos. Só precisam controlar os jovens estrangeiros porque depois de certa hora da noite geram muito barulho.

Uma semana inesquecível.

Acabamos de voltar!! 🥁 Adoramos!! Comemorando nosso 10° aniversário de casamento, e pelo que pagamos foi uma pechincha. Praia, incrível e muito segura para crianças pequenas. Comida, 7 de 10. Quando você pega o jeito do app, ou fala com o concierge, eles te mostram como reservar os restaurantes. Dica: contratem um transfer privado, super rápido e eficiente. Nós pagamos extra pelo onthebeach. As piscinas começaram a esquentar quando estávamos saindo, então vocês vão ficar bem. As crianças adoraram. Navio Pirata, vale 100% a pena. A equipe que encontramos foi adorável! Dica: pegue um barco ao lado para Isla Mujeres, alugue um buggy de golfe e percorra a ilha e as praias (fomos três vezes), me agradeçam depois 😉 Você pode fazer upgrade das pulseiras para preto e usar os restaurantes do hotel ao lado, aproximadamente £40 por dia/noite por adulto. Não fizemos isso porque estávamos satisfeitos com os 3 restaurantes à la carte do Grand Oasis Palm. Relaxem, não se estressem, vão se divertir muito! Aproveitem!! Não é um resort ao qual voltaríamos

Adequado mas decepcionante na manutenção. Por exemplo: no primeiro quarto a porta do banheiro travou e não abria. Mudamos para outro quarto onde as torneiras do banheiro vazavam no balcão. O chuveiro saía quente sem controle de água fria. O quarto estava empoeirado, as luminárias tinham uma camada de poeira. Tenho asma e isso é um problema para mim. Quanto aos pontos positivos, a variedade de comida era muito boa. Muitas opções. O serviço no buffet e nos restaurantes à la carte foi excelente.

No geral, aproveitamos nossas 4 noites no Grand Oasis Palm. Um grande diferencial para nós foi que o resort tem uma praia excelente. Outros resorts tinham praias impróprias para banho. É mais um resort familiar, mas a vida noturna está perto na zona hoteleira, a uns 10 minutos de Uber. Os buffets eram bons. Tinha comida ótima e algumas opções nem tanto. Mas pelo menos tem opções! Não conseguimos reservar jantar no fim de semana, o que foi decepcionante. Fora isso, a equipe foi muito prestativa e gentil durante nossa estadia. Definitivamente não é um hotel de luxo, mas é agradável e limpo, que é o importante. Se eu voltasse a Cancún, talvez voltaria aqui dependendo da concorrência.

Ótima experiência

Fui em março de 2026 e me diverti muito. A comida do buffet era ótima e muito limpa; havia muitas opções para todos. As bebidas também não eram aguadas e eram facilmente acessíveis. Nosso quarto estava limpo e o chuveiro era grande com água quente. O serviço foi muito bom; todos eram simpáticos. A única coisa que deu errado foi que não conseguimos toalhas de praia em 3 dos 4 dias, mesmo pedindo várias vezes a diferentes pessoas. Voltaria com prazer.

Excelente serviço e atendimento, desde que você desce do transporte já oferecem apoio e orientação. Na recepção não demoramos nada, esclareceram nossas dúvidas e dão as melhores opções, não apenas para você pagar mais, isso foi muito legal, dão opções e conselhos com o que você já pagou, isso é super genial. Os quartos super limpos, todos os dias faziam limpeza, maravilhoso. As piscinas limpas, a praia também mantêm limpa, os restaurantes limpos com excelente atendimento. Na verdade, nenhuma reclamação, desde o check-in até o check-out foi maravilhoso, voltaria muitas vezes mais sem hesitar, desde que mantenham o atendimento e o serviço como até hoje. Obrigada!

Disfrutamos nuestras primeras grandes vacaciones familiares en el Grand Oasis Palm. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, la ubicación era excelente y cerca del ferry a Isla Mujeres, muchas albercas para elegir y opciones de comida decentes. La zona de playa también era agradable. Las filas eran largas en los buffets y bares, y las opciones de comida para niños eran limitadas, pero tuvimos a Miguel como nuestro mesero tres veces y se desvivió por nosotros. Miguel nos consiguió mesa rápidamente y pudo conseguir quesadillas y arroz para mis hijos exigentes. Tuvo el mejor servicio. En general la pasamos muy bien y volveríamos.

De malo a genial en 5 días.

Al principio no nos impresionó. Las bebidas eran malas y la comida peor. Además teníamos una habitación pequeña sin vista, dos camas matrimoniales algo chicas y éramos 5 personas. Pagamos más de 1000 para hacer upgrade a una suite familiar en los Palms. Qué diferencia hace una habitación. Entre eso y encontrar el buen bar (el de la alberca principal del Syn) y los mejores restaurantes, la cosa cambió. Pidan los daiquiris y las piñas coladas congeladas. Hasta nos cocinaron la barracuda que pescamos en nuestra aventura de pesca.

Nos hospedamos en el Grand Oasis Palm del 24/12 al 01/01, en familia (2 adultos y 2 adolescentes), en régimen todo incluido, en la habitación Standard Vista Limitada. En general, la experiencia fue positiva, especialmente para quienes viajan en familia y buscan practicidad. Puntos positivos: Check-in organizado y sin grandes demoras, incluso en temporada alta. Buena estructura para familias, con ambiente animado y clima festivo, especialmente en Navidad y Año Nuevo. Comida variada dentro de la propuesta del hotel, con destaque para la cena de Navidad. Buena ubicación, con playa tranquila y mar más calmado, ideal para niños y adolescentes. Personal atento y servicial cuando necesitamos apoyo con logística e información. Puntos de atención: Habitaciones algo compactas para familias con adolescentes, requiriendo adaptación y organización. Pelea intensa por lugares en la playa y alberca: para conseguir un lugar hay que llegar muy temprano (alrededor de las 5am). Después de las 8:00 prácticamente no hay disponibilidad. Hotel bastante lleno en este periodo, lo que impacta en las filas de algunos restaurantes y áreas comunes. Cobro de impuesto ambiental en el check-in, que podría informarse con más claridad de antemano. Resumen final: El Grand Oasis Palm es una buena opción para familias que priorizan ubicación, estructura y todo incluido, especialmente en fechas festivas. A pesar de algunos puntos de mejora, principalmente relacionados con la saturación y logística de las áreas comunes, tuvimos una estancia agradable y con buenos recuerdos en Cancún. Lo recomendamos, especialmente para quienes viajan con niños y adolescentes y entienden la dinámica de grandes hoteles en temporada alta.

Resort de tres estrellas con personal de cinco estrellas

Esta fue mi segunda vez en el Grand Oasis Palm en Cancún. Con bastante experiencia en Cancún y la Riviera Maya hasta Tulum, escribo esta reseña con eso en mente. Aunque solo por las instalaciones le daría tres estrellas al Grand Oasis Palm, tiene elementos de cinco estrellas. El personal de este resort fue increíble, haciendo todo lo posible para que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos y atendiendo cualquier necesidad con el más alto nivel de profesionalismo. Este comentario positivo aplica a todo el personal, desde el bar de playa, recepción, meseros y demás que trabajaron incansablemente para que la experiencia vacacional fuera la mejor posible. En cuanto al servicio de comida, solo comentaré sobre el buffet que tenía una gran selección de platillos bien preparados y presentados. Las sopas eran excepcionales y la variedad de sushi era sorprendentemente buena. Las instalaciones están un poco deterioradas y necesitan renovación. El resort necesita un bar en el lobby. Cuando llueve fuerte, solo hay otro bar diurno en el lado Oasis para obtener bebidas (aparte del servicio a mesa en los restaurantes). El bar deportivo es limitado tanto en tamaño como en selección de bebidas. El concurrido bar de playa es maravilloso, pero definitivamente necesita uno o dos bartenders más. Gran experiencia

Fui en marzo de 2026 y la pasé increíble. La comida del buffet estaba muy buena y todo muy limpio; había muchas opciones para todos. Las bebidas tampoco estaban aguadas y eran fáciles de conseguir. Nuestra habitación estaba limpia y la regadera era grande con agua caliente. El servicio fue muy bueno, todos eran amables. Lo único que salió mal fue que no pudimos conseguir toallas de playa durante 3 de los 4 días, a pesar de pedirlas varias veces a diferentes personas. Con gusto volvería.

Buen servicio y calidad durante la estancia, excelente comida en Cocoa, buen servicio de buffet y rica comida... Luis del restaurante Cocoa es un mesero magnífico y en general todo el personal del hotel brindó buena atención. Es nuestra segunda vez visitando este hotel y han mejorado, las habitaciones siempre estuvieron limpias y el servicio en buenos términos siempre. Solo que controlen a los jóvenes extranjeros porque después de cierta hora de la noche generan mucho ruido.

Una semana inolvidable.

Excelente lugar, muy buena comida, excelente ubicación, muy buen show, albercas limpias, la variedad de comida es excelente y los restaurantes de buffet son una muy buena experiencia, no es solo una cena, son cenas con un servicio que las hace inolvidables. El único problema es el sargazo porque había mucho en el mar y no era tan agradable estar en el agua.

¡Acabamos de regresar! 🥁 ¡Nos encantó! Celebrando nuestro 10° aniversario de bodas, y por lo que pagamos fue una ganga. La playa, increíble y muy segura para niños pequeños. La comida, 7 de 10. Una vez que le agarras la onda a la app, o hablas con el concierge, te muestran cómo reservar los restaurantes. Consejo: contraten un traslado privado, súper rápido y eficiente. Nosotros pagamos extra a través de onthebeach. Las albercas empezaron a calentarse cuando nos íbamos, así que estarán bien. A los niños les encantó. El Barco Pirata, vale la pena al 100%. El personal que nos atendió fue encantador. Consejo: tomen un bote en el hotel de al lado a Isla Mujeres, renten un carrito de golf y recorran la isla y sus playas (nosotros fuimos tres veces), me lo agradecerán después 😉 Pueden mejorar las pulseras a negras y usar los restaurantes de al lado, aproximadamente £40 por día/noche por adulto. Nosotros no lo hicimos porque estábamos contentos con los 3 restaurantes a la carta del Grand Oasis Palm. Relájense, no se estresen, ¡la van a pasar increíble! ¡Disfruten! Buen servicio, pero mal baño.

Me hospedé del 10 al 14 de febrero, el servicio brindado por el personal es muy bueno, son amables, atentos para ayudar con cualquier necesidad. Las instalaciones comunes (restaurantes, alberca, playa, etc.) son muy bonitas y todo funciona perfectamente, comida fresca, rica y mucha variedad para todos los gustos. De día y de noche tienen actividades para disfrutar tanto niños como adultos. Sin embargo, las habitaciones son muy sencillas comparadas con el lobby y otras instalaciones, estas tienen mucho lujo en su apariencia pero se les olvidó renovar las habitaciones, especialmente los baños. Se ven viejos, usan cortina de tela en la regadera, y el olor de las tuberías del baño es muy fuerte. Reporté en varias ocasiones que no soportaba el mal olor pero no pudieron solucionarlo. Me hospedé con mi bebé de 9 meses y era bastante incómodo ese olor, no me sentía a gusto en la habitación, así que trataba de estar en las áreas comunes. Las habitaciones tienen una bonita vista, especialmente la que me asignaron, la 347, pero sería bueno que invirtieran un poco más en el mantenimiento y remodelación de las habitaciones. La habitación 341 donde se quedó mi familia tenía el aire acondicionado descompuesto, había fugas de agua (goteo continuo) y se desprendían pedazos del techo. En general la experiencia fue buena, la cama era muy cómoda y todo estaba muy limpio, pero se recomienda mejorar el estado de las habitaciones.

No es un resort al que volveríamos

Aceptable pero decepcionante en cuanto al mantenimiento. Por ejemplo: en la primera habitación la puerta del baño se trabó y no se podía abrir. Nos cambiaron a otra habitación donde los grifos del baño goteaban sobre el lavabo. La regadera salía caliente sin control de agua fría. La habitación estaba polvosa, las lámparas tenían una capa de polvo. Tengo asma y esto es un problema para mí. En cuanto a lo positivo, la variedad de comida era muy buena. Mucha variedad. El servicio en el buffet y en los restaurantes a la carta fue excelente.

Disfrutamos nuestras 4 noches de estancia. ¡Gracias personal del Grand Oasis!

En general, disfrutamos nuestras 4 noches en el Grand Oasis Palm. Un gran plus para nosotros fue que el resort tiene una playa excelente. Otros resorts tenían playas donde no se podía nadar. Es más un resort familiar, pero la vida nocturna está cerca en la zona hotelera, a unos 10 minutos en Uber. Los buffets estaban bien. Había comida muy buena y otras opciones no tan buenas. ¡Pero al menos hay opciones! No pudimos reservar cena durante el fin de semana, lo cual fue decepcionante. Fuera de eso, el personal fue muy amable y atento durante nuestra estancia. Definitivamente no es un hotel de lujo, pero es agradable y limpio, que es lo importante. Si volviera a Cancún, tal vez regresaría dependiendo de la competencia.

Excelente lugar y excelente gente

Excelente servicio y atención, desde que te bajas del transporte te ofrecen apoyo y orientación. En la recepción no tardamos nada, nos aclararon dudas y te dan las mejores opciones, no solo para que pagues más, eso fue muy padre, te dan opciones y consejos con lo que ya pagaste, esto está súper genial. Las habitaciones súper limpias, todos los días hacían limpieza, padrísimo. Las albercas limpias, la playa también la mantienen limpia, los restaurantes limpios con excelente atención. La verdad ni la más mínima queja, desde el check-in hasta el check-out fue maravilloso, regresaría muchas veces más sin dudarlo, siempre y cuando sigan con las atenciones y el servicio como hasta hoy. ¡Gracias!

Excellent restaurant AKERU on the grounds of the Grand OasisPalm

We enjoyed our first big family vacation at Grand Oasis Palm. The rooms were clean, location was great and close to Isla Mujeres ferry, lots of pools to choose from, and decent dining options. The beach area was nice too. The lines were long at the buffets and bars and limited kid-friendly food choices but we had a Miguel as our server three times and he went above and beyond for us. Miguel was able to get us seated quickly and he was able to get my picky kids quesadillas and rice. He had the best service. Overall we had a great time and would come back again.

Poor to great in 5 days.

Ar first, we weren't impressed. The drinks were bad, the food was worse. We also had a small room without a view, two full beds on the small side and 5 of us staying. We paid the 1000+ to upgrade to a family suite at the palms. What a difference a room can make. Between that and finding the good bar (the one by the main pool at the Syn) and the better restaurants, life changed. Get the frozen daquiris and pina coladas. They even cooked up our fresh caught barracuda from our fishing adventure.

Good service, but bad bathroom.

I stayed from 10 to 14 February, the service provided by the staff is very good, they are friendly, attentive to help with any need, the social facilities (restaurants, swimming pool, beach, etc) are very nice and everything works perfectly, fresh, rich food and a lot of variety for all tastes. In the day and night they have activities to enjoy for children and adults. However the rooms are very simple compared to the lobby and other facilities, these have a lot of luxury in their appearance but they forgot to renovate the rooms, especially the bathrooms. They look old, they use cloth curtain in the shower, and the smell of bathroom pipes is very strong. I reported on several occasions that I could not stand the bad smell but they could not solve it, I was staying with my 9-month-old baby and it was quite uncomfortable that smell and I did not feel comfortable in the room, so I tried to stay in the common areas. The rooms have a nice view especially the one I was assigned 347, but it would be nice if they invested a little more in the maintenance and remodeling of the rooms. Room 341 where my family stayed, had broken down the air conditioning, there were leaks of water (continuous dripping) and pieces of the ceiling were detached. Overall the experience was good, the bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean but it is recommended to improve the condition of the rooms.

Overall, we enjoyed our 4 nights stay at Grand Oasis Palm. A huge plus for us was that the resort has a great beach. Other resorts had unswimmable beaches. It’s more of a family resort, but the nightlife is close by in the hotel zone area about 10 min uber. The buffets were good. Some great food and some not so great food options. But there is options at least! We were unable to book a dinner reservation on the weekend which was dissapointing. Besides that, that staff were very helpful and kind during our stay. It’s definitely not a ‘fancy’ hotel but it is nice, and clean which is important. If I were to stay in Cancun again, I might return here depending on the competition.

Three Star Resort with Five Star Staff

This was my second time at the Grand Oasis Palm in Cancun. Having had a fair amount of experience in the Cancun and the Mayan Riviera all the way to Tulum, I write this review with that experience in mind. While by facilities alone, I would call the Grand Oasis Palm only a three star, there were five star elements to it. The staff at this resort were amazing, going out of their way to make us feel warmly welcomed and saw to any needs we had with the highest level of professionalism. This positive comment applies to all the staff from the beach bar, reception, serving staff and others who worked tirelessly, doing their best to make the vacationing experience as best possible. As for food service, I will only comment on the buffet that had a large selection of well prepared and presented dishes to choose from. The soups were outstanding and the variety of sushi was surprisingly good. The facility is a little weathered overall where it is overdue for renovations. The resort needs a lobby bar. Once the rain pounds, there is only one other day time bar on the Oasis side to get beverages (other than table service at the restaurants). The sports bar is limited in both size and drink selection. The busy beach bar is wonderful, but it definitely needs an additional bartender, or two. I do recommend the Grand Oasis Palm in Cancun as a budget friendly, all inclusive resort but I do see this facility as a three star with five star staff and four star buffet, therefore overall, I selected four stars for this review.

Grand Oasis Palm Cancun

We stayed at Grand Oasis Palm from 24/12 to 01/01, in a family (2 adults and 2 teenagers), in the all inclusive regime, in the Standard Limited View room. Overall, the experience was positive, especially for those who travel with family and seek practicality. Positive points: Organized check-in and no major delays, even during high season. Good structure for families, with lively atmosphere and festive climate, especially at Christmas and Revival. Varied food within the hotel's proposal, with emphasis on the Christmas dinner. Nice location, with quiet beach and more calm sea, ideal for children and teenagers. Careful and helpful staff when we need support with logistics and information. Points of attention: Somewhat compact rooms for families with teenagers, requiring adaptation and organization. Intense fight for seats on the beach and pool: to get a seat, it is necessary to arrive very early (around 5am). After 8:00, there is virtually no availability. Hotel quite crowded in this period, which impacts queues in some restaurants and common areas. Environmental tax collection at check-in, which could be more clearly informed in advance. Final summary: The Grand Oasis Palm is a good choice for families who prioritize location, structure and all inclusive, especially on holiday dates. Despite some points of improvement, mainly related to the crowding and logistics of the common areas, we had a pleasant stay and with good memories in Cancún. We recommend, especially for those who travel with children and teenagers and understand the dynamics of large hotels in high season.

Great experience

I went during March 2026, and I had a fantastic time. The buffet food was great and very clean; there were plenty of options for everyone. The drinks were also not watered down and were easily accessible. Our room was clean, and the shower was big with warm water. The service was very good; everyone was friendly. The one thing that went wrong was that we couldn't get beach towels for 3/4 of the days after asking multiple times and asking various people. I would happily go back again.

Our second experience in the palm oasis

Don't hesitate to book!

Just got back!! 🥁 loved it!! Celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary, and for what we paid it was a bargain. Beach, awesome and very safe for small children. Food 7 out of 10. Once you get the hang of the app, or speak to the concierge desk, they will show you how to book the restaurants. Tip, get a private transfer, super quick and efficient. We paid extra through onthebeach. Pools started to warm up as we were leaving so you'll be fine. Kids loved it. Pirate Ship, worth doing 100%. Staff that we encountered were lovely! Tip, Get a boat next door to isla mujeres, and get a golf buggy and tour the island and beaches, (we went three times) thank me later 😉 You can upgrade wristbands to black and use next doors restaurants, approx £40 per day/night per adult. We didn't as we were happy with tbe 3 a la cartes you get at grand oasis palm. Relax, dont stress, you'll have a blast! Enjoy!! Family from the UK, 2 adults, 3 kids, 11, 5 and 4. PUP! ⚽️

De ruim a ótimo em 5 dias.

No início, não ficamos impressionados. As bebidas eram ruins e a comida pior ainda. Também tínhamos um quarto pequeno sem vista, duas camas de casal um pouco pequenas e 5 pessoas hospedadas. Pagamos mais de 1000 para fazer upgrade para uma suíte familiar no Palms. Que diferença um quarto faz. Entre isso e encontrar o bom bar (o da piscina principal do Syn) e os melhores restaurantes, tudo mudou. Peçam os daiquiris e piñas coladas congelados. Eles até prepararam a barracuda que pescamos na nossa aventura de pesca.

Aproveitamos nossas primeiras grandes férias em família no Grand Oasis Palm. Os quartos estavam limpos, a localização era ótima e perto da balsa para Isla Mujeres, muitas piscinas para escolher e opções de refeições decentes. A área da praia também era agradável. As filas eram longas nos buffets e bares, e as opções de comida para crianças eram limitadas, mas tivemos o Miguel como nosso garçom três vezes e ele se superou por nós. O Miguel nos conseguiu mesa rapidamente e conseguiu quesadillas e arroz para meus filhos exigentes. Ele teve o melhor atendimento. No geral nos divertimos muito e voltaríamos.

Resort três estrelas com equipe cinco estrelas

Esta foi minha segunda vez no Grand Oasis Palm em Cancún. Com bastante experiência em Cancún e na Riviera Maya até Tulum, escrevo esta resenha com isso em mente. Embora apenas pelas instalações eu daria três estrelas ao Grand Oasis Palm, havia elementos cinco estrelas. A equipe deste resort foi incrível, fazendo de tudo para nos fazer sentir calorosamente recebidos e atendendo qualquer necessidade com o mais alto nível de profissionalismo. Este comentário positivo se aplica a toda a equipe, desde o bar da praia, recepção, garçons e outros que trabalharam incansavelmente para tornar a experiência de férias a melhor possível. Quanto ao serviço de alimentação, vou comentar apenas sobre o buffet que tinha uma grande seleção de pratos bem preparados e apresentados. As sopas eram excepcionais e a variedade de sushi era surpreendentemente boa. As instalações estão um pouco desgastadas e precisam de renovação. O resort precisa de um bar no lobby. Quando chove forte, só há outro bar diurno no lado Oasis para conseguir bebidas (além do serviço de mesa nos restaurantes). O bar esportivo é limitado tanto em tamanho quanto na seleção de bebidas. O movimentado bar da praia é maravilhoso, mas definitivamente precisa de mais um ou dois bartenders. Recomendo o Grand Oasis Palm em Cancún como um resort all inclusive econômico, mas vejo esta propriedade como três estrelas com equipe cinco estrelas e buffet quatro estrelas, portanto no geral selecionei quatro estrelas para esta resenha.

Grand Oasis Palm Cancún

Ficamos no Grand Oasis Palm de 24/12 a 01/01, em família (2 adultos e 2 adolescentes), no regime all inclusive, no quarto Standard Vista Limitada. No geral, a experiência foi positiva, especialmente para quem viaja em família e busca praticidade. Pontos positivos: Check-in organizado e sem grandes demoras, mesmo na alta temporada. Boa estrutura para famílias, com ambiente animado e clima festivo, especialmente no Natal e Réveillon. Comida variada dentro da proposta do hotel, com destaque para o jantar de Natal. Boa localização, com praia tranquila e mar mais calmo, ideal para crianças e adolescentes. Equipe atenciosa e prestativa quando precisamos de apoio com logística e informações. Pontos de atenção: Quartos um pouco compactos para famílias com adolescentes, exigindo adaptação e organização. Disputa intensa por lugares na praia e piscina: para conseguir um lugar é preciso chegar muito cedo (por volta das 5h). Depois das 8h praticamente não há disponibilidade. Hotel bastante lotado neste período, o que impacta nas filas de alguns restaurantes e áreas comuns. Cobrança de taxa ambiental no check-in, que poderia ser informada com mais clareza antecipadamente. Resumo final: O Grand Oasis Palm é uma boa opção para famílias que priorizam localização, estrutura e all inclusive, especialmente em datas festivas. Apesar de alguns pontos de melhoria, principalmente relacionados à lotação e logística das áreas comuns, tivemos uma estadia agradável e com boas memórias em Cancún. Recomendamos, especialmente para quem viaja com crianças e adolescentes e entende a dinâmica de grandes hotéis na alta temporada.

Bom serviço, mas banheiro ruim.

Fiquei hospedada de 10 a 14 de fevereiro, o serviço prestado pela equipe é muito bom, são simpáticos, atenciosos para ajudar com qualquer necessidade. As instalações comuns (restaurantes, piscina, praia, etc.) são muito bonitas e tudo funciona perfeitamente, comida fresca, gostosa e muita variedade para todos os gostos. De dia e à noite têm atividades para crianças e adultos aproveitarem. Porém os quartos são muito simples comparados ao lobby e outras instalações, estas têm muito luxo na aparência mas esqueceram de reformar os quartos, especialmente os banheiros. Parecem velhos, usam cortina de tecido no chuveiro, e o cheiro dos encanamentos do banheiro é muito forte. Reportei em várias ocasiões que não aguentava o mau cheiro mas não conseguiram resolver. Estava hospedada com meu bebê de 9 meses e era bastante desconfortável aquele cheiro, não me sentia à vontade no quarto, então tentava ficar nas áreas comuns. Os quartos têm uma vista bonita, especialmente o que me designaram, o 347, mas seria bom se investissem um pouco mais na manutenção e reforma dos quartos. O quarto 341 onde minha família ficou tinha o ar condicionado quebrado, havia vazamentos de água (gotejamento contínuo) e pedaços do teto se desprendiam. No geral a experiência foi boa, a cama era muito confortável e tudo estava muito limpo, mas recomenda-se melhorar o estado dos quartos.

Bom serviço e qualidade durante a estadia, excelente comida no Cocoa, bom serviço de buffet e comida saborosa... Luis do restaurante Cocoa é um garçom magnífico e no geral todo o pessoal do hotel proporcionou bom atendimento. É nossa segunda vez visitando este hotel e eles melhoraram, os quartos estavam sempre limpos e o serviço sempre em bons termos. Não é um resort ao qual voltaríamos

Adequado mas decepcionante na manutenção. Por exemplo: no primeiro quarto a porta do banheiro travou e não abria. Mudamos para outro quarto onde as torneiras do banheiro vazavam no balcão. O chuveiro saía quente sem controle de água fria. O quarto estava empoeirado, as luminárias tinham uma camada de poeira. Tenho asma e isso é um problema para mim. Quanto aos pontos positivos, a variedade de comida era muito boa. Muitas opções. O serviço no buffet e nos restaurantes à la carte foi excelente.

No geral, aproveitamos nossas 4 noites no Grand Oasis Palm. Um grande diferencial para nós foi que o resort tem uma praia excelente. Outros resorts tinham praias impróprias para banho. É mais um resort familiar, mas a vida noturna está perto na zona hoteleira, a uns 10 minutos de Uber. Os buffets eram bons. Tinha comida ótima e algumas opções nem tanto. Mas pelo menos tem opções! Não conseguimos reservar jantar no fim de semana, o que foi decepcionante. Fora isso, a equipe foi muito prestativa e gentil durante nossa estadia. Definitivamente não é um hotel de luxo, mas é agradável e limpo, que é o importante. Se eu voltasse a Cancún, talvez voltaria aqui dependendo da concorrência.

Ótima experiência

Fui em março de 2026 e me diverti muito. A comida do buffet era ótima e muito limpa; havia muitas opções para todos. As bebidas também não eram aguadas e eram facilmente acessíveis. Nosso quarto estava limpo e o chuveiro era grande com água quente. O serviço foi muito bom; todos eram simpáticos. A única coisa que deu errado foi que não conseguimos toalhas de praia em 3 dos 4 dias, mesmo pedindo várias vezes a diferentes pessoas. Voltaria com prazer.

Excelente serviço e atendimento, desde que você desce do transporte já oferecem apoio e orientação. Na recepção não demoramos nada, esclareceram nossas dúvidas e dão as melhores opções, não apenas para você pagar mais, isso foi muito legal, dão opções e conselhos com o que você já pagou, isso é super genial. Os quartos super limpos, todos os dias faziam limpeza, maravilhoso. As piscinas limpas, a praia também mantêm limpa, os restaurantes limpos com excelente atendimento. Na verdade, nenhuma reclamação, desde o check-in até o check-out foi maravilhoso, voltaria muitas vezes mais sem hesitar, desde que mantenham o atendimento e o serviço como até hoje. Obrigada!

Disfrutamos nuestras primeras grandes vacaciones familiares en el Grand Oasis Palm. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, la ubicación era excelente y cerca del ferry a Isla Mujeres, muchas albercas para elegir y opciones de comida decentes. La zona de playa también era agradable. Las filas eran largas en los buffets y bares, y las opciones de comida para niños eran limitadas, pero tuvimos a Miguel como nuestro mesero tres veces y se desvivió por nosotros. Miguel nos consiguió mesa rápidamente y pudo conseguir quesadillas y arroz para mis hijos exigentes. Tuvo el mejor servicio. En general la pasamos muy bien y volveríamos.

De malo a genial en 5 días.

Al principio no nos impresionó. Las bebidas eran malas y la comida peor. Además teníamos una habitación pequeña sin vista, dos camas matrimoniales algo chicas y éramos 5 personas. Pagamos más de 1000 para hacer upgrade a una suite familiar en los Palms. Qué diferencia hace una habitación. Entre eso y encontrar el buen bar (el de la alberca principal del Syn) y los mejores restaurantes, la cosa cambió. Pidan los daiquiris y las piñas coladas congeladas. Hasta nos cocinaron la barracuda que pescamos en nuestra aventura de pesca.

Excelente restaurante AKERU en las instalaciones del Grand Oasis Palm

Grand Oasis Palm Cancún

Nos hospedamos en el Grand Oasis Palm del 24/12 al 01/01, en familia (2 adultos y 2 adolescentes), en régimen todo incluido, en la habitación Standard Vista Limitada. En general, la experiencia fue positiva, especialmente para quienes viajan en familia y buscan practicidad. Puntos positivos: Check-in organizado y sin grandes demoras, incluso en temporada alta. Buena estructura para familias, con ambiente animado y clima festivo, especialmente en Navidad y Año Nuevo. Comida variada dentro de la propuesta del hotel, con destaque para la cena de Navidad. Buena ubicación, con playa tranquila y mar más calmado, ideal para niños y adolescentes. Personal atento y servicial cuando necesitamos apoyo con logística e información. Puntos de atención: Habitaciones algo compactas para familias con adolescentes, requiriendo adaptación y organización. Pelea intensa por lugares en la playa y alberca: para conseguir un lugar hay que llegar muy temprano (alrededor de las 5am). Después de las 8:00 prácticamente no hay disponibilidad. Hotel bastante lleno en este periodo, lo que impacta en las filas de algunos restaurantes y áreas comunes. Cobro de impuesto ambiental en el check-in, que podría informarse con más claridad de antemano. Resumen final: El Grand Oasis Palm es una buena opción para familias que priorizan ubicación, estructura y todo incluido, especialmente en fechas festivas. A pesar de algunos puntos de mejora, principalmente relacionados con la saturación y logística de las áreas comunes, tuvimos una estancia agradable y con buenos recuerdos en Cancún. Lo recomendamos, especialmente para quienes viajan con niños y adolescentes y entienden la dinámica de grandes hoteles en temporada alta.

Resort de tres estrellas con personal de cinco estrellas

Esta fue mi segunda vez en el Grand Oasis Palm en Cancún. Con bastante experiencia en Cancún y la Riviera Maya hasta Tulum, escribo esta reseña con eso en mente. Aunque solo por las instalaciones le daría tres estrellas al Grand Oasis Palm, tiene elementos de cinco estrellas. El personal de este resort fue increíble, haciendo todo lo posible para que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos y atendiendo cualquier necesidad con el más alto nivel de profesionalismo. Este comentario positivo aplica a todo el personal, desde el bar de playa, recepción, meseros y demás que trabajaron incansablemente para que la experiencia vacacional fuera la mejor posible. En cuanto al servicio de comida, solo comentaré sobre el buffet que tenía una gran selección de platillos bien preparados y presentados. Las sopas eran excepcionales y la variedad de sushi era sorprendentemente buena. Las instalaciones están un poco deterioradas y necesitan renovación. El resort necesita un bar en el lobby. Cuando llueve fuerte, solo hay otro bar diurno en el lado Oasis para obtener bebidas (aparte del servicio a mesa en los restaurantes). El bar deportivo es limitado tanto en tamaño como en selección de bebidas. El concurrido bar de playa es maravilloso, pero definitivamente necesita uno o dos bartenders más. Recomiendo el Grand Oasis Palm en Cancún como un resort todo incluido económico, pero lo veo como un tres estrellas con personal de cinco estrellas y buffet de cuatro estrellas, por lo tanto, en general seleccioné cuatro estrellas para esta reseña.

Gran experiencia

Fui en marzo de 2026 y la pasé increíble. La comida del buffet estaba muy buena y todo muy limpio; había muchas opciones para todos. Las bebidas tampoco estaban aguadas y eran fáciles de conseguir. Nuestra habitación estaba limpia y la regadera era grande con agua caliente. El servicio fue muy bueno, todos eran amables. Lo único que salió mal fue que no pudimos conseguir toallas de playa durante 3 de los 4 días, a pesar de pedirlas varias veces a diferentes personas. Con gusto volvería.

Nuestra segunda experiencia en el Palm Oasis

Buen servicio y calidad durante la estancia, excelente comida en Cocoa, buen servicio de buffet y rica comida... Luis del restaurante Cocoa es un mesero magnífico y en general todo el personal del hotel brindó buena atención. Es nuestra segunda vez visitando este hotel y han mejorado, las habitaciones siempre estuvieron limpias y el servicio en buenos términos siempre. Solo que controlen a los jóvenes extranjeros porque después de cierta hora de la noche generan mucho ruido.

Una semana inolvidable.

Excelente lugar, muy buena comida, excelente ubicación, muy buen show, albercas limpias, la variedad de comida es excelente y los restaurantes de buffet son una muy buena experiencia, no es solo una cena, son cenas con un servicio que las hace inolvidables. El único problema es el sargazo porque había mucho en el mar y no era tan agradable estar en el agua.

¡No dudes en reservar!

¡Acabamos de regresar! 🥁 ¡Nos encantó! Celebrando nuestro 10° aniversario de bodas, y por lo que pagamos fue una ganga. La playa, increíble y muy segura para niños pequeños. La comida, 7 de 10. Una vez que le agarras la onda a la app, o hablas con el concierge, te muestran cómo reservar los restaurantes. Consejo: contraten un traslado privado, súper rápido y eficiente. Nosotros pagamos extra a través de onthebeach. Las albercas empezaron a calentarse cuando nos íbamos, así que estarán bien. A los niños les encantó. El Barco Pirata, vale la pena al 100%. El personal que nos atendió fue encantador. Consejo: tomen un bote en el hotel de al lado a Isla Mujeres, renten un carrito de golf y recorran la isla y sus playas (nosotros fuimos tres veces), me lo agradecerán después 😉 Pueden mejorar las pulseras a negras y usar los restaurantes de al lado, aproximadamente £40 por día/noche por adulto. Nosotros no lo hicimos porque estábamos contentos con los 3 restaurantes a la carta del Grand Oasis Palm. Relájense, no se estresen, ¡la van a pasar increíble! ¡Disfruten! Buen servicio, pero mal baño.

Me hospedé del 10 al 14 de febrero, el servicio brindado por el personal es muy bueno, son amables, atentos para ayudar con cualquier necesidad. Las instalaciones comunes (restaurantes, alberca, playa, etc.) son muy bonitas y todo funciona perfectamente, comida fresca, rica y mucha variedad para todos los gustos. De día y de noche tienen actividades para disfrutar tanto niños como adultos. Sin embargo, las habitaciones son muy sencillas comparadas con el lobby y otras instalaciones, estas tienen mucho lujo en su apariencia pero se les olvidó renovar las habitaciones, especialmente los baños. Se ven viejos, usan cortina de tela en la regadera, y el olor de las tuberías del baño es muy fuerte. Reporté en varias ocasiones que no soportaba el mal olor pero no pudieron solucionarlo. Me hospedé con mi bebé de 9 meses y era bastante incómodo ese olor, no me sentía a gusto en la habitación, así que trataba de estar en las áreas comunes. Las habitaciones tienen una bonita vista, especialmente la que me asignaron, la 347, pero sería bueno que invirtieran un poco más en el mantenimiento y remodelación de las habitaciones. La habitación 341 donde se quedó mi familia tenía el aire acondicionado descompuesto, había fugas de agua (goteo continuo) y se desprendían pedazos del techo. En general la experiencia fue buena, la cama era muy cómoda y todo estaba muy limpio, pero se recomienda mejorar el estado de las habitaciones.

No es un resort al que volveríamos

Aceptable pero decepcionante en cuanto al mantenimiento. Por ejemplo: en la primera habitación la puerta del baño se trabó y no se podía abrir. Nos cambiaron a otra habitación donde los grifos del baño goteaban sobre el lavabo. La regadera salía caliente sin control de agua fría. La habitación estaba polvosa, las lámparas tenían una capa de polvo. Tengo asma y esto es un problema para mí. En cuanto a lo positivo, la variedad de comida era muy buena. Mucha variedad. El servicio en el buffet y en los restaurantes a la carta fue excelente.

En general, disfrutamos nuestras 4 noches en el Grand Oasis Palm. Un gran plus para nosotros fue que el resort tiene una playa excelente. Otros resorts tenían playas donde no se podía nadar. Es más un resort familiar, pero la vida nocturna está cerca en la zona hotelera, a unos 10 minutos en Uber. Los buffets estaban bien. Había comida muy buena y otras opciones no tan buenas. ¡Pero al menos hay opciones! No pudimos reservar cena durante el fin de semana, lo cual fue decepcionante. Fuera de eso, el personal fue muy amable y atento durante nuestra estancia. Definitivamente no es un hotel de lujo, pero es agradable y limpio, que es lo importante. Si volviera a Cancún, tal vez regresaría dependiendo de la competencia.

Excelente lugar y excelente gente

Excelente servicio y atención, desde que te bajas del transporte te ofrecen apoyo y orientación. En la recepción no tardamos nada, nos aclararon dudas y te dan las mejores opciones, no solo para que pagues más, eso fue muy padre, te dan opciones y consejos con lo que ya pagaste, esto está súper genial. Las habitaciones súper limpias, todos los días hacían limpieza, padrísimo. Las albercas limpias, la playa también la mantienen limpia, los restaurantes limpios con excelente atención. La verdad ni la más mínima queja, desde el check-in hasta el check-out fue maravilloso, regresaría muchas veces más sin dudarlo, siempre y cuando sigan con las atenciones y el servicio como hasta hoy. ¡Gracias!

We enjoyed our first big family vacation at Grand Oasis Palm. The rooms were clean, location was great and close to Isla Mujeres ferry, lots of pools to choose from, and decent dining options. The beach area was nice too. The lines were long at the buffets and bars and limited kid-friendly food choices but we had a Miguel as our server three times and he went above and beyond for us. Miguel was able to get us seated quickly and he was able to get my picky kids quesadillas and rice. He had the best service. Overall we had a great time and would come back again.

Poor to great in 5 days.

Ar first, we weren't impressed. The drinks were bad, the food was worse. We also had a small room without a view, two full beds on the small side and 5 of us staying. We paid the 1000+ to upgrade to a family suite at the palms. What a difference a room can make. Between that and finding the good bar (the one by the main pool at the Syn) and the better restaurants, life changed. Get the frozen daquiris and pina coladas. They even cooked up our fresh caught barracuda from our fishing adventure.

Good service, but bad bathroom.

I stayed from 10 to 14 February, the service provided by the staff is very good, they are friendly, attentive to help with any need, the social facilities (restaurants, swimming pool, beach, etc) are very nice and everything works perfectly, fresh, rich food and a lot of variety for all tastes. In the day and night they have activities to enjoy for children and adults. However the rooms are very simple compared to the lobby and other facilities, these have a lot of luxury in their appearance but they forgot to renovate the rooms, especially the bathrooms. They look old, they use cloth curtain in the shower, and the smell of bathroom pipes is very strong. I reported on several occasions that I could not stand the bad smell but they could not solve it, I was staying with my 9-month-old baby and it was quite uncomfortable that smell and I did not feel comfortable in the room, so I tried to stay in the common areas. The rooms have a nice view especially the one I was assigned 347, but it would be nice if they invested a little more in the maintenance and remodeling of the rooms. Room 341 where my family stayed, had broken down the air conditioning, there were leaks of water (continuous dripping) and pieces of the ceiling were detached. Overall the experience was good, the bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean but it is recommended to improve the condition of the rooms.

Overall, we enjoyed our 4 nights stay at Grand Oasis Palm. A huge plus for us was that the resort has a great beach. Other resorts had unswimmable beaches. It’s more of a family resort, but the nightlife is close by in the hotel zone area about 10 min uber. The buffets were good. Some great food and some not so great food options. But there is options at least! We were unable to book a dinner reservation on the weekend which was dissapointing. Besides that, that staff were very helpful and kind during our stay. It’s definitely not a ‘fancy’ hotel but it is nice, and clean which is important. If I were to stay in Cancun again, I might return here depending on the competition.

Three Star Resort with Five Star Staff

This was my second time at the Grand Oasis Palm in Cancun. Having had a fair amount of experience in the Cancun and the Mayan Riviera all the way to Tulum, I write this review with that experience in mind. While by facilities alone, I would call the Grand Oasis Palm only a three star, there were five star elements to it. The staff at this resort were amazing, going out of their way to make us feel warmly welcomed and saw to any needs we had with the highest level of professionalism. This positive comment applies to all the staff from the beach bar, reception, serving staff and others who worked tirelessly, doing their best to make the vacationing experience as best possible. As for food service, I will only comment on the buffet that had a large selection of well prepared and presented dishes to choose from. The soups were outstanding and the variety of sushi was surprisingly good. The facility is a little weathered overall where it is overdue for renovations. The resort needs a lobby bar. Once the rain pounds, there is only one other day time bar on the Oasis side to get beverages (other than table service at the restaurants). The sports bar is limited in both size and drink selection. The busy beach bar is wonderful, but it definitely needs an additional bartender, or two. I do recommend the Grand Oasis Palm in Cancun as a budget friendly, all inclusive resort but I do see this facility as a three star with five star staff and four star buffet, therefore overall, I selected four stars for this review.

Grand Oasis Palm Cancun

We stayed at Grand Oasis Palm from 24/12 to 01/01, in a family (2 adults and 2 teenagers), in the all inclusive regime, in the Standard Limited View room. Overall, the experience was positive, especially for those who travel with family and seek practicality. Positive points: Organized check-in and no major delays, even during high season. Good structure for families, with lively atmosphere and festive climate, especially at Christmas and Revival. Varied food within the hotel's proposal, with emphasis on the Christmas dinner. Nice location, with quiet beach and more calm sea, ideal for children and teenagers. Careful and helpful staff when we need support with logistics and information. Points of attention: Somewhat compact rooms for families with teenagers, requiring adaptation and organization. Intense fight for seats on the beach and pool: to get a seat, it is necessary to arrive very early (around 5am). After 8:00, there is virtually no availability. Hotel quite crowded in this period, which impacts queues in some restaurants and common areas. Environmental tax collection at check-in, which could be more clearly informed in advance. Final summary: The Grand Oasis Palm is a good choice for families who prioritize location, structure and all inclusive, especially on holiday dates. Despite some points of improvement, mainly related to the crowding and logistics of the common areas, we had a pleasant stay and with good memories in Cancún. We recommend, especially for those who travel with children and teenagers and understand the dynamics of large hotels in high season.

Great experience

I went during March 2026, and I had a fantastic time. The buffet food was great and very clean; there were plenty of options for everyone. The drinks were also not watered down and were easily accessible. Our room was clean, and the shower was big with warm water. The service was very good; everyone was friendly. The one thing that went wrong was that we couldn't get beach towels for 3/4 of the days after asking multiple times and asking various people. I would happily go back again.

Our second experience in the palm oasis

An unforgettable week.

Don't hesitate to book!

Just got back!! 🥁 loved it!! Celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary, and for what we paid it was a bargain. Beach, awesome and very safe for small children. Food 7 out of 10. Once you get the hang of the app, or speak to the concierge desk, they will show you how to book the restaurants. Tip, get a private transfer, super quick and efficient. We paid extra through onthebeach. Pools started to warm up as we were leaving so you'll be fine. Kids loved it. Pirate Ship, worth doing 100%. Staff that we encountered were lovely! Tip, Get a boat next door to isla mujeres, and get a golf buggy and tour the island and beaches, (we went three times) thank me later 😉 You can upgrade wristbands to black and use next doors restaurants, approx £40 per day/night per adult. We didn't as we were happy with tbe 3 a la cartes you get at grand oasis palm. Relax, dont stress, you'll have a blast! Enjoy!! Family from the UK, 2 adults, 3 kids, 11, 5 and 4. PUP! ⚽️
