Arandas Tequila

It was created in 1761 under the name of Santa María Guadalupe de los Arandas, although nowadays the full name is not usually used. Several religious buildings can be visited, such as the Templo de San José Obrero, a church with a marked neo-Gothic style, or, for example, the Sanctuary of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

Another important building that will undoubtedly please those who want to learn more about the history of the place is the visit to the Historical Museum El Sauz de Cajigal. The exhibits inside the museum include collections of unique archaeological pieces.

Although not a cultural visit as such, seeing the beautiful Guadalupe Bridge in Jalisco has its charm and is highly photogenic. It is located in the small town of El Chilarejón, one of the smallest known (it has about 50 inhabitants).

There you can enjoy multiple activities in the middle of nature, especially hiking, walks with the family and much more. It also stands out for its beautiful landscapes that are worth photographing, as well as the nearby monuments and agave plantations.
