Informational Review/5 yr old Vaca!

The resort is beautiful. We just got back- my husband, myself and our 5 yr old daughter. The resort is is set up very well. All of the restaurants are close enough together - we did have to make reservations at them every day at 4:00 but it really wasn’t a big deal & a always got them with zero issues. The food was really good at the one we ended up going to most nights - Cafe Del Bar -we did have an issue bc kids can’t eat inside.this is bc it’s in the Sens section of the resort. I was upset bc it’s so hot all day you don’t want to eat outside. I went to the desk to ask about it & they immediately spoke to the man that was in charge at the restaurant and he was so wonderful. He say is inside, in an area where it was just us and they took care of us very well. Thank you!! And the food there was awesome! We did end up eating outside the other nights and it had cool down by making reservations later around 730 and it was nice to eat outside after all.

Great honeymoon

Lovely honeymoon at grand oasis beach lovely but a lot seaweed in the water not a lot sun beds same round pool if you want a sun bed wake up early restaurants spot on how ever book In advance but not restaurants are included in the inclusive general buffet in decent get there early to avoid ques lovely little food market aswell in the evenings check in late at night is a disaster they give u your bands then shuffle you out the door without clue where you going be careful reps offer free breakfast slash lunch but be warned u have to sit through 90mins of a sales pitch then pressure to buy time share rooms excellent defo worth paying the extra for a sea view room swim up bars nice sea lovely stay away from the hotel shop very pricey but there 7/11 shop outside the hotel 2 min walk very reasonable all things considered I would recommend coming to grand oasis .

Amazing resort

Great experience!

My family and I had an amazing time at the Grand Oasis Palm. The food was excellent. The service was exceptional. We especially enjoyed our meal at Careyes with the help of Alejandro Juarez. He was very accommodating and helpful. He went above and beyond with his service.

Alma was great food!

Went to Alma at grand Oaisis Palm, Rony was amazing!! He helped us order such amazing food. I cannot tell you how much his recommendations ment. The food was fantastic. The entire staff spend time talking to us and was really just amazing.
