The cenote of Kaan Luum

Kaan Luum Lagoon: prices

The entrance fee to this lagoon is about 50 or 100 pesos, but only the access to the lagoon. If you want to do other types of activities or hire more services, the price may be higher. It depends on how you want to spend your day, so you will have a different plan or another.

Please note that prices only include activities and access. In and around the area you will hardly find restaurants or stores to buy food and beverages, so it is recommended to bring them from home. It is also advisable to bring your own sunscreens, if possible biodegradable, to protect the water and not to pollute.

The opening hours to the public are from 9:00 AM to 17:00 PM, although it is recommended to arrive early in the morning to enjoy the cenote and the lagoon without crowds.

This cenote is 25 meters in diameter and 85 meters deep. You will recognize the cenote by the change in color of its turquoise blue waters to a characteristic dark blue due to its depth. It is also striking for its almost perfect circumference, surrounded by fences to avoid accidents.
