There are several points of the territory that you cannot miss, such as the famous Templo de San Roman, a religious building dating from colonial times. You can also reach by your own means the archaeological site of Ek Balám, perfect if you are a history lover.

The museum or tequileria Don (Mr.) Tadeo was created in 1990 and since then promotes this wonderful Mexican drink that is known practically all over the world.
The tequila they serve and sell is made from the agave plant, which they export and distribute throughout the country. If you want to visit this colorful museum, you will also have to go to Cenote Hubiku, just 12 kilometers from Valladolid.
The building is distributed in a tasting room, an exhibition area, a souvenir store, as well as the stone mill where this strong beverage is made. There is also an adjoining restaurant with its own oven where unique dishes are prepared.
Sooner or later you will have to leave this cultural visit aside to see first hand the Hubiku cenote, close to the museum. It is characterized for being a closed and subway cenote that must be reached through the roof. In addition, its fresh and turquoise almost transparent waters will leave you in awe.
Its name comes from Mayan and means nest of iguanas. The cenote is very young because it is still considered a cavern and is not outdoors.
