Oasis Jazz U; more than an event, stories, dreams and passion for music.

It is already the middle of the year and one of the most awaited moments of the year has arrived. “The best Jazz Festival in Quintana Roo” by The universal, our Oasis Jazz U festival will give us the honor to present for the second time Trombone Shorty, who returns this June 1st. to the Oasis Arena to delight our ears and hearts, as he did in the 2013 edition along with his band Orleans Avenue and who will share the stage with Stanley Clarke Band that will perform on June 2.

Recall that this is the seventh edition of a festival that has stood out since 2012 for inviting to listen live to the best exponents of jazz and funk of today that undoubtedly brings together lovers of this genre to witness the performances of artists such as such as Tower of Power (2016) Marcus Miller (2017), Diego El Cigala (2015) among others.

One of the most outstanding editions was that of 2014, paying tribute to the great Paco de Lucía, where artists such as Paquito D’ Rivera, Chuchito Valdéz and his great friend Juan D’Anyelica honored the memory of the transcendental composer from Algeciras.
